My Dad had a hankering for prime rib. He thoroughly enjoyed it. I am super allergic to food, so I played it safe and ordered water...I still had an allergic reaction to the water...so if you have severe food allergies dont eat or drink here...if you dont have allergies definitely eat here. Dietary restrictions: Their menu has fine print for people with dietary restrictions, but reading it made me laugh out loud. It is clear whoever wrote their dietary restrictions notice has no clue how dietary restrictions work.

Great food and amazing service! That was the best waiter I ve ever had and the place was packed! The only thing that was a little unpleasant was the volume level of the music. Normally it would be ok but a song with long high pitch vocals came on and it was like nails driving into my ears at that volume level. I wouldn t let this stop me from returning though! That damn service was truly fantastic.

I dont usually go out of my way to post popular restaurant reviews, just because I feel like most people have eaten at a Texas Roadhouse before. But I have to brag on two people! - Brianna was our waitress and her personality was so nice. You didnt just feel like she hated her life and her job but was so sweet and helpful! - Kendall? I very stupidly left my drivers license there and he went out of the way to make sure if got back to me! More than that, it was so busy when we stopped in (dinner rush on a Sunday) and every waiter/waitress was asking the guests how their day had been, and carrying on conversations. Just super well done customer service all the way around! I appreciate all of you :) Keep up the great work!

As usual, I had the best tasting, juiciest steak in town. The waitress was the best. Except for being a little noisy, the atmosphere was great also. I got the 6oz sirloin, which in most restaurants would be dry, but not at Texas Roadhouse. It just melts in your mouth. And the mashed potatoes on the plate with the aunju gravy right off the steak, man I was in Heaven. Go and git you some of this, you wont be sorry!

Not a good experience Cassie ordered a sirloin they bought her our a filet. She ordered mashed with gravy on the side, mash potatoes came with gravy on them. When she got the mash without gravy on top it was when the server was bringing the bill. Smh Barry Joe We return to this restaurant on 07/26/2024 Probably the worse restaurant experience ever. So loud... So dirty... Under my table was full of trash. Was disgusting. I asked them if they could clean it, they said we do that at the end of the night when we close. I asked if I could move to another table that was open, the hostess had to walk back to the front to ask if we could.... Really? We waited there for a good 5 minutes, then another party sat at the open table, so we were stuck with the dirty disgusting one ... Food was fine. No issues there. Waitress and busboy kept sitting at the booth next to us and flirting and making fart noises....was annoying. Good food, but everything else took away from it.

Had a very bad experience at Texas Roadhouse this past Thursday night (7-18-24). First off, our rolls were under cooked, they were still white, not a hint of golden brown. We asked the waitress for some different rolls, she said okay, but never brought us anything. Then we ordered a couple appetizers, it took them almost 1 hr for those to come out, right before we got our food. How is it an appetizer if it comes out 3 minutes before your entrees come out. Our waitress wasnt very good either, our drinks were constantly empty while she just stood at the computers talking to other staff. But the worst part, and the part that still has me extremely upset, is the table across from us had a 15 year old birthday boy, so when the staff came around to sing, non of them paid attention or noticed my 1 year old grand daughter in a high chair at the edge of our table. I didnt notice right away because I was helping my 4 year old grandson with his food, but all the sudden I hear my grand daughter scream out, I turn to look and the staff that gathered around had bumped her high chair half way under our table, pinning her against the table. I pulled her out right away, she was so scared and cry uncontrollably, and non of the staff seemed concerned at all. They just looked at me like Im the crazy one, and kept on singing. That is completely uncalled for. They could have hurt my 1 year old grand daughter and no one cared. I spent close to $150 there and thats the kind of service we received. I will never spend another dollar at the Wichita Falls Texas Roadhouse, after the service we received and how they almost hurt my grand daughter. Management should be ashamed of the poor service and actions of their staff.

The Ft Worth Rib-Eye had a little more fat on it than desired. Still, very flavorful. They never put enough butter on the loaded baked potato. I had initially rated this restaurant poorly due to several instances of receiving poorly cooked and bland steaks during multiple visits. However, upon revisiting the establishment recently, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a well-prepared and flavorful steak in a timely manner. Texas Roadhouse has completely turned around my opinion and has once again earned a five-star rating from me. I went to eat out with my sisters, had a great service with my server, then placed a to go order, three different meal, I saw that one of each side was missing when I got home, so I called to let them know I missed some of my sides and was told to come to the restaurant, so I sent my little sister to go get it but later got a called to bring the food with me after she already got to the restaurant, so I went there myself, only to meet a really rude girl with her hand crossed acting like i didn t pay for what i bought or I m was lying about a couple sides, my family of 8 have been dinning here for years and have never experienced such a bad service before, her customer service was awful

I dined in with my sisters and bought 3 Togo meals, on getting home she realized they didn t pack her corn, chills and broccoli, my sister called to let them know some of her sides were missing, and the person on the phone ask her to come get it or send someone, my lil sister got there, while my sister had a call back at home asking her to bring her whole to go order with her, she left home with it, on getting there the to go host was giving her attitude with her hands crossed, implying she s lying about the food the bought. Lindsay was our server and she was so kind and attentive. She made sure to speak to my children in a way they could understand and made it fun for them to order! This was my first time here and I am so happy we had her as our server! Many other servers including the woman sweeping up front had a bad attitude and a lack of drive. I have never been disappointed in food or service at this location. The wait staff act happy and willing to do what is needed and more. They are always busy, and I would think the stress level could get high, but I would never know. Working a lot lately, so carry out is the main thing these days, and my order has always been right. Great steak. Out of 5 at our table, 4 were spot on, and 1 was more medium than medium-rare as requested, but the flavor and tenderness was still good which made up for it. Everything was fresh, drinks were cold. While 2 glasses were chipped, they were replaced immediately by the waitress. Accidents happen, but service made up for it! Okay so Ill start off with how long the wait will be once you come here! But its only because its a small town so I understand the wait.. Soon as we got to our table of 7 the butter biscuits served hot our waiter was nice and pleasant. Took 15 to 25 mins for everyone meal to come out which isnt bad when the place was packed and had a line coming out the door. Overall the food was good the drinks where great and just passing through I would stop again!! The atmosphere was enjoyable got a couple of folks staring but that didnt bother us at all. So if your traveling in witchita falls area this is nice restaurant to stop in for a few hours off the road. Our waitress was very sweet and tried to be helpful. However, this was supposedly a 6oz medium filet. I sent it back twice only for the manager to insist that it was a filet and not a sirloin. The manager was unfriendly and honestly quite rude. I have always enjoyed this place, but today was just bad.

This is always a good meal with great service. Sometimes it can be a little loud but thats just because it is such a good place to go that its busy. You really cant hold that against them I guess. We love coming here and I am particularly impressed with the fact that they can continue to have potato skins. So many places dont have them anymore and I grew to love them in the 80s so its always a good day when I find some. We have consistently had good service and great food and it is definitely on our rotation of places to eat

My husband and I are new to the area and have been to Texas Roadhouse twice in the last week one with our kids and one without but times have been early afternoon. We ve managed to get there when it s been quite busy but our service hasn t been fazed. We were continuously asked if there was anything we needed, we had our drinks refilled without needing to ask and we ve had our order placed correctly. I love the family friendly atmosphere and the cheerful team at this establishment!

Sat at bar to grab quick lunch and got ignored because wasnt drinking, I believe. Had to ask for bread after I ordered while she was tending to her friends and giving them great service. Sat with dirty dishes including salad plate infront of me till I paid the check.
