Ordered the ramen from Dripped Birria. In the description they say birria meat, chopped onions and cilantro. We also paid for extra cilantro. When we got the ramen there was no meat, onions or cilantro at all, and looked nothing like the picture. It was a thick broth that had so much chilli spice it was clumping up on top of the noodles.

The place it self is cool don t eat at the poke poke place. It was really gross. The rice tasted old and under cooked. I ordered the spicy tuna but it was still frozen and not spicy. It just was really bad. Really disappointed.

My husband and I are visiting from out of town. Based on past reviews, we decided to order the Gochujang Chicken from Cypress Cafe. Unfortunately, it didnt have the texture of real fried Korean chicken and was more like a Buffalo Wild Wings style chicken tender drenched in sauce. The side panjeon was also lackluster. The most authentic item was the kimchi. The locker order system is lovely, but we watched a woman get completely dismissed by restaurant staff after she politely cited that the online ordering system said her order was ready and it was not. My philosophy is mistakes happen and it isnt easy to be in any small business in this economy. But dont sell inferior items or dont ignore a customer who voices concerns. A simple apology should have been given to that woman instead of Im cooking it right now. Either convert this to a true Food Hall where customers can actually interact with each other and give each other real-time recommendations on what to order or continue this dystopian operation. EDIT 9/13/24 per Lombrano Food Hall response: To be fair, I understand how hard it is to manage a large group of businesses under one umbrella, while addressing security/safety concerns due to rising costs and homelessness (hence the locker system). I hope yall find a happy medium that works for everyone in the community. Thank you for responding and taking our suggestions/comments seriously.

Go for the $1 wing Wednesday !! I ordered online and was able to have the locker open for me to retrieve my food. There was no wait, which was nice. I ordered for delivery at the place I catch my ride. Everything was wrapped fantastically. Even though it is just plastic to-go containers, it means everything when you are mobile and need things not to spill. As to the food, delicious. Etouffée and Sober Soup. I mostly come here for Cypress Cafe. The service is quick and it s convenient. The only critique I have is that the place they have for people to eat their food, the outdoor tables, is not suitable for most weather. Rice was almost completely uncooked and was raw and hard in my burrito, Uncooked rice can cause food poisoning. Even if the rice had been cooked the burrito would have still been disgusting. Ive been disappointed with this place now after multiple attempts here now. Dont waste your money here for the convenience. This special gem is hidden, but oh so worth finding! Carlos is wonderful, the atmosphere while waiting for your food is welcoming, and the food is out of this world! All different cuisines to choose from so flavorful, fresh, and authentic! A must to stop by to check out no matter what mood you re in! The food is SO good but the environment just..... is not. There are 2 or 3 picnic tables outside, and the room to use the kiosk to order food is small with some benches and one public restroom. I wish this was built more like the food hall downtown with seating options and cafeteria style placement of each food stand. You order from tablets at this one for all the restaurants inside. The renovations made it more pleasing to the eye on the outside, but this is definitely a To-go food spot and not a sit-down and eat environment.

Though the name of the building s premises is kind of misleading; we were expecting more of a scene similar to The Post in Houston with an open area with viewable vendor spots. Ordered from two restaurants, Noods and Mighty Mos, and couldn t be happier. The carne asada fried rice and pastor pad thai were every tasty and portions are generous. Similarly, the poutine (Quebec) from Moes was a meal for two and my family loved it. I chose to pick up and didn t know what to expect as I drove toward it because there s not a lot around there in terms of restaurants or businesses open to the public but I appreciate the business model with so many delivery services, they can focus on the food at a great price. I also appreciate the pick up lockers (open by hitting link in phone) seamless and if your order is ready, there s no waiting for an attendant to help you. I originally wanted delivery but couldn t have two restaurants on the same order which I understand but I didn t want to cause two drivers to have to make the delivery if they didn t catch my note. Ideally, there would be an option that allows you to say you have orders from different places and links the orders. I may have overlooked I could have also maybe ordered through Uber (but prefer using establishment s delivery service when available). Pictured is an extra order of carne asada fried rice (no tomatoes) other dishes didn t last long enough for photos.

Was really excited to try this place and support however we were let down. My son and I were super hungry and went out of our way to try this place, he was excited to try the wings since a few of the other items were unavailable. After waiting the full time told to us (10-15min) with our stomaches growling, the minute my food was said to be ready, I got a text saying they cancelled our order. We picked up some wings and the fish and shrimp plate from Lombrano s Food Hall. It was to easy to order from Eat Wit Yo Eyez using the app. The food was ready pretty quickly and it was hot. It is like picking up an order from the Amazon locker. The chicken wings are literally some of the best in San Antonio. Not overly breaded or sauced. The OG and Golden wings were crispy. They reMinded me of the Korean twice fried chicken, just crispy crispy and delicious. The meat was seasoned and juicy. The pork egg rolls were packed with meat. The Cajun green beans also hit the spot. In essence everything was fresh and delicious. Eat Wit Yo Eyez, just became a new favorite.

And when we got our food it was HOT & FRESH. Even when we got home, it was still HOT!! (We live like 20 minutes away). We would honestly wait the extra 30 mins again. It was absolutely worth it! I found this spot through a FB page, of restaurants in SA. One of the comments was you dont even have to ask for them to be fried extra bc they come out like that everytime. They werent lying!! We had to go back today to try the remaining flavors of the (Wednesday $1) wings at Eat Wit Yo Eyez at Lombrano Food Hall I can not stress how AMAZING these wings are! They are SO good that we dont even need any ranch or ANY dipping sauce with them!! Today we purchased the following: Smokey cider (4) BBQ (4) Lemon pepper (4) Buffalo (4) Garlic parmesean (4) Large fries Totaling $29.22 I must say we have officially tried each of the flavors and neither of us can decide which is the best flavor! These wings are SO flavorful and there is a flavor for everyone....if you want sweet, spicy, bold, tangy, dry rub, or saucy then you have got to try them out!!

It s a new experience as there is no staff to greet you. But you get to order on screen and in a matter of minutes it s in a locker that you unlock from your phone. Brought me daughter and she loved it. Food was delicious also.

I know pics do its justice but being a first timer and hungry. I jus had to start eating. Eat wit yo eyes is the real deal. I had been eyeing this place out but never pulled the trigger and man am I mad about it. Wing wednesdays is legit. Got the habanero (perfect spice) and Asia flavor which was a little on the sweet side but still really good. What makes this place even better is they serve seafood. Im not all crazy about seafood but shellfish yes. So when I saw they has crayfish etufee. I had to order it and man was it so so delicious! This place may be my go to spot every Wednesday. A pretty decent place to try out if youre looking for takeout while in the downtown area. We had delivery so Im not sure what the actual restaurants atmosphere is like although based on the food itself and photos online it seems like itd be a quaint and simple place. The food was filling and good although a little on the salty side. The sandwiches were decently filled despite being a little messy (probably from being shaken around during delivery). I ordered the poutine fries which had a nice texture and the flavor was pretty great, the only real concern with the food was how salty and overbearing some of the taste was but overall we were able to finish the meals and enjoyed them. Id say it just needs to tone down a little on the seasoning(s) but is still definitely worth a try! Didnt get to interact with staff (that I know of) as we ordered through Uber Eats but was pretty neutral experience. Despite not getting the full experience as we just happened to stumble across it on uber and being a tad salty, I was satisfied with the taste of the food and would love to be able to give it another try and possibly visit the location itself someday!

They don t even tell the chef about these reviews! The businesses get absolutely ZERO benefit from these reviews and the food Hall responds as if they did something. Perusing through Yelp, we came across Eat Wit Yo Eyez. The pictures made my mouth water. We thought we were heading to a sit down restaurant. Surprise!! It s a George Jetsonish Food Hall. I called and I was sent a link to order. I m including it below. Now initially when I placed my order, I was texted that it would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. When we walked inside, there s a sign that says for this restaurant it takes a little bit longer. We totally understand because the food was hot and fresh. Everything was delish!! We tasted the Brady Bowl which was 6 jumbo fried shrimp tossed in our signature Flava of Asia sauce next to a bed of steamed jasmine rice topped with fresh pickled cucumber salad (includes red onion and carrots) drizzled with spicy mayo and Flava of Asia sauce and sesame seeds, green onions and light parsley. Light, Refreshing and delicious! The other was the Wings & fish combo. The wing sauce was buffalo lemon pepper and the fish was the OG sauce. OH EM GEE!!!! It was sooooooo good!! You can order online or at the self serve counter. When you arrive you go to the two iPad looking devices to check in. If your food is ready the locker door that your good is in will magically pop open. You take your food, close the locker and go. There is a covered table outside and a restroom inside but that s it. There s a variety of foods to enjoy! Bon appétit!

This was definitely a different experience. I was expecting a place where you could actually see the different food vendors and sit down to eat inside the building. You order from a koish or online beforehand and pick your order up from a storage box. Nonetheless the food was great! The buffalo lemon pepper wings were on point and the lemon pepper fish and shrimp were delicious! Sorry no photos but food looked as advertised online.
