I am honestly really shocked to see so many people with negative experiences here. I know that when youre sick and in pain it can be difficult to get the care you need. My experience has been exemplary truly. I started coming here after my doctor retired and was nervous as I have several chronic autoimmune disorders so it can be hard to start over with a new doctor who had not been there during the diagnosis process. Dr. Lawal has made me feel listened to and her nurses are always quick to respond to emails and messages. I now see several doctors at URPG Dr Whalon, Dr Mai, PA T. Lamond, and Dr. Rivera. My family all have doctors there. I love being able to use MyChart its so easy to track test results, contact my doc, even have e-visits during the pandemic. So I cant recommend enough.

I had a great experience! Dr. Kenner was my OB and it was my first pregnancy every appointment he made sure I was doing okay and nothing was wrong when it came to give birth to my beautiful baby girl! he was always nice and kept telling me I got this and helped me through all of it! will definitely use him again when I have my second kid

Ask around about Dr. Wolfe s ENTIRE office (Dr. Shine and McKenzie included) AND staff before committing to an appointment, or take my advice and just steer clear, but really just ask your friends and family: bet someone you know has had a negative experience with them!

Would give negative stars if allowed. I have been to this place for YEARS, years. ALL the friends and family I speak to, talk bad about this place and for good reason. They each have their own story. I wished Id had listened to them. I started with them since my insurance chose my Primary automatically and the doctor was really nice at first, but after the initial appointment, it has just gone steadily downhill until this final situation. They refuse to work with my insurance, no one can breakdown my bill charges for me or explain what they are for, they revoke my script that I just went in to get, but still want their money...? I called to get clarification, got NONE, was talked in circles and given no clear answers, could not get a real doctor on the phone, waited over a week for a return call, then called myself, only to be met with the same ingenuine, take a number, dont care about you attitude and very uppity and snobby customer service. Listen to the reviews, theres a reason they have a low rating!!! Dont do it, or at least stay far away from Dr. Wolfe/Dr.Mackenzie/Dr. Shine office!

I have had wonderful experiences with all three doctors at this facility. Family Dr Patel, urologist Dr Paul Morrison and obgyn Dr Tran. Definitely recommend this facility!

I have been to 3 different doctored at this facility one was the walk-in clinic, one was the dermatologist, and the last was at the neurologist. I was treated awful every time. I would find a different facility to go to. United Regional needs to try to find different doctors that truly want to help and support their patients.

DONT USE THIS OFFICE messaged my doctor for lantus insulin refill which the nurse said I have to do, which was on auto refill before. which I get from insulin company, who ever ordered the Medicine sent it to Walmart which is not correct since it comes from company. I message again since that was wrong. all I can say is know your patient, do your job correctly, and look in my file. Dr. Bourne-Arriaga office, her nurses are great or the ones I deal with are but whoever handles this stuff needs training or fired. the ladies name was Nicole thanks 02.28.24 Ok so I request pen needles prescription be sent, sent screen shots,on type and where to send it, also told I take 6 shots a day, which the doctor should know, has me listed as 4 shots a day which shorts my prescription, Dr. BOURN, Alma the nurse didnt order the correct pen needles even with screen shots of what I needed. Can someone please fix this office. When I started going there in 2020 it was a great now , its awful, as you can see that they have order wrong multiple times. The incompetence of this office is astounding

I have been having a horrible time with getting appointments, drs lying, and forging other drs signatures, incompetence all around for a year. On top of that, I just saw they sent a $20 bill to a collection agency. I have been there half a dozen times since that appointment and have paid over $1k since. No mention of this or me owing ever. This place is full of morons at all parts. I will never go back and will be making the drive to Dallas for all future doctor visits.

Highly do not recommend I got a phone call 30 minutes before my appointment saying they are canceling it .after driving an hour and 20 minutes here because this is the nearest place to me. Even after explaining how far I just drove they basically tell me it s not their fault and the next appointments are pretty far out. Absolutely ridiculous!

Really like my doctor and nurse. But the lab waiting room look like pride celebration, they claim its summer decorations. But who puts up a Christmas tree up for summer and use all the gay pride colors to dress it up. And the labs people need to take the chip off their shoulders.

Employee / Front desk staff Jill phoned me to reschedule my first prenatal appointment. Due to the Dr.having an emergency. Completely acceptable . I had some concerns, as I am near 40 and this is my first pregnancy . I was eager to address with the Dr & medication refill .. I asked if common practice was to reschedule an appointment an additional week out . She responded we don t have to see you I let her know she needs to work on her personal skills . My advice to you JILL is to find a profession that you can actually excel in . Jills people skills are poor , she lacks compassion and is VILE . You should be informative and empathetic. It would have been helpful to also mention there is a waitlist that I could have been added to .

The front office staff is RUDE if I could give zero stars I would! They are no help at all, and not considerate of whatever brought you in! Also don t call them on the phone because they will not give you any information on your own child unless you have put your name down as a person to release information on! Yes even if you give them all the information about yourself and your child, all they do is argue with you with an elites status attitude !! However the nurses and doctors were fabulous when we got passed the front glass rudeness. We will not go there again, sadly it used to be my favorite clinic before it replaced seasoned persons with new blood . Lastly, it is not a walk in clinic- it is a by appointments only, both front office staff teamed up on me when I reiterated it was listed as a walk in clinic and labeled me as argumentative and yelled at me I was welcome to leave if I had a problem with it. I had a sick child and took the appointment time they had. When your child is sick the last thing you need is two rude girls who are in charge of you getting in to see a doctor. The End.

Called for Dr. Favre; Neurologist. I think most doctors dont understand that patients need to be seen when they are sick! I called about a medical issue that Im having NOW, and was told the first appointment available would be 8 months from now. Come on Doctors! We may be dead long before 8 months. I think this is a scam on patients.

My mother went for a follow up appt yesterday after being in the hospital for a fall last week, she asked the DR a question, to which he replied...Im sorry we cant discuss that today you have gone over the amount of time we have. I am appalled that a DR would speak to a patient that way, but I am sure that it is due to the policy of this GROUP. DRs dont treat people the way they should be, they treat us like cattle, and just want to throw a pill at everything!

Doctors ( Dr. Lawal ) there dont care about your well being, they always send you to a different doctor, a primary care physician is supposed to help with any symptoms or issues you may have primarily and if their treatment doesnt work then they are supposed to refer you to a specialist even if its for pain management or whatever the case may be.

Was told I could not be seen by my PCP bc I had COVID SYMPTOMS. Said I could not come in. Then referred me to some urgent care clinic not in network. I complained and they said my doctor, GODWIN,would order test and they would tell me time. 2 days later nothing. I now have pneumonia 10 days after I first requested appt. These hillbillies are quacks. Never took my temp, no, pulse or looked in ears throat. No palpitations of swollen glands. This is a level of treatment this is below any professional standard of care.I complained about my lack of health care here and on fb. United Regional Physician Group cancelled my online access and told me Id be arrested if I show for treatment. Thanks doctor godwin.

Dr Bedford ar in the OB GYN office is wonderful!! He listens, gives sound advice, and truly seems to care! I felt at ease with him and the assisting nurse. He addressed all of my concerns and took time to answer my questions. I highly recommended him to anyone needing OB or GYN care.

I was very nervous when I went to see Dr Kenner for the first time. I am now very pleased to have him as my dr I now regret seeing my last dr in my last pregnancy. Hes kind and very gentle. Great bedside manner and very professional. Im always a high risk pregnancy but this time i truly feel confident and safe about this pregnancy. I definitely would recommend Dr Kenner to anyone looking for a good dr.

Working here as a travel nurse was AMAZING! Teamwork and patient care was top notch from my coworkers. Everyone was always so welcoming. I felt like I was at home as soon as I started. Would have tried to find a full time position if it wasn t so far from family.

My daughter was admitted to the ER and it was serious enough that we had to stay for observation. The experience has been 1st Class. I dont remember the name of the male nurse who first took care of us. He was a traveling nurse. He made us feel at ease in a scary situation. The PA Jimmy W., is out of this world amazing. He stepped in, took charge and made everything go smoothly. He has the best attitude Ive ever seen in an ER. His positivity, inspiring bedside manner and well get through this together, attitude lights up the whole room. He explains things and listens to his patients. Ive been the most impressed by the professionalism and genuine care from this team of medical professionals, that there simply are not enough positive words to say about them. They work well together and with you as a parent/family member and patient, to save lives. Thank you for recognizing the seriousness of my daughters situation and saving her life.

Very efficient, appt time is the time they call you back, other places your lucky to be called back in under 30 min. Everyone here works together. You can see your Doctor, have blood drawn and get a CT scan or a X-ray all in the same office. Sign up for my chart (mychart) and get all test results messages, set appointment times, check appt times and a whole lot of other useful stuff.

Dr. Tran and his staff are AMAZING! Quick, efficient, professional and kind. I m treated with dignity and if I ever have any questions, he and his nurses are always there to listen and help. The delivery went smooth, However my baby delivered breathing rapidly and swallowed meconium, very scary though Dr.Tran handled everything with great care. Third baby, healthy little girl, AND THE BEST PREGNANCY/DELIVERY EXPERIENCE!!! I will not go anywhere else.

I was here for a wellness check with the PCP as well as a pap smear with the gynos. Both visits left me feeling satisfied with my experiences and they were very patient with my LO. Its a shame that I wont be staying in the area to have them as my permanent doctor and PA, but I will not hesitate to say the PCP and gynecologist offices are wonderful!

I use doctor Etem Chu for my OBGYN and I love the her, the clinic and nurses. Ive gone for both of my babies and don t wait for more than 10 minutes. She is a caring doctor who always takes time to explain and listen to my concerns. She s never in a rush. I would recommend 100%

Great doctors and nurses! But the front desk lady for Dr. lingurar is absolutely rude! I ve gone in 2 times now, the first time I was a new patient and had to wait to be called back 90 min after my appointment time mind you I showed up 30 min before my appointment time and had my paper work turned in 10 min before my scheduled time. The second time I went I was told I d be brought back on time because I wasn t a new patient this time! Well I m sitting there and watch a new patient turn their forms in and get called immediately back and I had already been sitting there 20 min past my appointment time, I ended up waiting 40 min past my appointment time to be called back. I was supposed to be told the gender and was going to be sent home with an envelope todo my baby reveal that weekend. That didn t happen, they made me do a blood gender test instead and told me I would get an envelope the next time I come in or they could just tell me my results over the phone in 10 days. Ruined my whole gender reveal! Thinking about changing clinics.

Went to Doctor O. Asked for MRI heavy metal poison urine test. Was refused twice. As a former nurse. This was against my rights. Then she did not know rabies protocol for dog bites so I had to get a tetnaus shot and other medications on my second trip to the er. My impression was many of these foreign doctors believe Medicare is nothing more than a cash cow. They send Americans money back to their own family in other countries. I was not finished with my visit. I have been asked to leave better clinics. You are fired.

This is a great doctors office. They have an array of specialists in this building. Everything from family medicine, dermatology, rheumatology, and many more. The nurses are always very friendly and the doctors do the best they can to give the patient the best of care. I highly recommend coming here.

I would not recommend choosing a PCP from URPG. Its a lie, their doctor dont listen intently to patients or help tgem get an effective and efficient care. After 2 months of PCP visits, bunch of tests and visits to urologist and gastroentologist, I am still in pain and all my PCP can say is that it is do generic a pain, I cant tell.

Dr.Hull is amazing. My son needed emergency surgery for his appendex and he went above and beyond to run the necessary test there in clinic and we were able to skip past the ER. Which was at a level 5 at the time (over 8 hour wait to even be seen). He personally escorted us to our car gave us a hug and wished us luck. He had everything ready when we arrived over to the hospital. We were up in preop in no time and surgery went well! My son ended up with the last bed available on the pediatric wing for the night. This was our first experience at this clinic and I would defenitly recommend them. Especially Dr. Hull!!!!

Everyone was very friendly and compassionate However, I was there almost 3hrs for a diagnosis, breathing treatment, and x-rays. Really???? 45 min to be called into exam room, waiting 25 min. to get an x-ray, another 25 minutes waiting for the results of the x-rays and NEVER EVER SEEN A DOCTOR, ONLY A NURSE PRACTITIONER. She was great but I feel this place is not organized very well. . If I ever need to return, Ill definitely bring something to pass the time.
