Terrible experience. This place has gone so far downhill its scary. How are they still open? Customer service was virtually nonexistent, way too much money for such poor quality food. Then after my father in law paid with his credit card, the card given back to him wasnt his credit card at all, but a Golden Coral card. He didnt realize it until we got home. When we tried calling the phone number listed on multiple websites, it was disconnected! So we had to drive all the way back without confirmation his card was actually there. Yea, we wont go back.

The manager and the man who served us at the table were very good, but the ones who were serving the meat they cooked on the grill thought they were the duellas. They dont serve us well and dont answer well when you ask them something and then talk about their personal life as if Customers are interested in knowing

Ive always want for the breakfast and it has been excellent. So I tried the dinner last night and it was awful. The food was cold and looking old. The crew seem like they just didnt care what they served.The waitress ignored me. I been throwing up all night and I cant stay far from a toilet...and my stomach is not weak..stay away from the dinner!!!!!!!

Not at all as I remembered... The food was really greasy... I remember stopping after church and this is not what I remembered... I chose a couple pieces of steak to eat with my eggs and one of them was entirely fat... The lady making the omelettes was very nice but I couldnt eat it because of the grease.. The server I had was very nice and went out of his way to be of service...

I do wish that Golden Corral had a bench inside front door for handicap to sit to catch breath, wait for rest of party, etc. Parking: Lots of parking. Handicap is more full during busier times. Suggest going earlier or later than busy times if handicap is needed. Or if other people are with you & handicap is full, get dropped off at front door & ask 1 of the other drivers to park the car. Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps. Have not seen the electronic door openers that you see with wheelchair symbol on them. So if your arms are not strong, bring someone with you, or wait on the kindness of strangers going in or out to open the door.

Nastiness GC Ive ever been too. They just opened and had several dry meats on the buffet already. Mgr denies it was from yesterday but u can clearly tell that it is. Nothing tastes seasoned. Id never go back. Also, Ortho showed up right after I did. That shudv been my Red Flag!

Food was fair as was service. As for pricing? I have to say thanks for giving my son a discount even after saying that you dont give military discounts except on veterans day. He is active duty and only 25 yo. However, there is no way I will ever darken the door of a golden corral again. I didnt eat $18+ worth of food. I never thought Id ever see a golden corral with such outrageous prices. Not sorry! I could have gotten better food and service for about the same price at Abuelos which is where I had intended to go and decided to go here to save money. My bill was over $70. After checking found out you could go to a higher-end restaurant for about the same price.

Found German roaches around the grill area where steaks are cooked. Came out during the dinner rush. I brought it up to the manager and he stated hes been having someone treat every weekend. Apparently hes not cleaning, or helping with conducive conditions. Dont go here until they fix it. Notified the right group to enforce changes. Spent over $100 and never coming back.

This place always delivers!!! I can t find a more affordable and delicious buffet restaurant in DFW. It s sad that they closed so many of them. With that said, it s does have its issues. They used to serve rotisserie chicken breast with the wing. Now they only serve dark rotisserie meet. They used to have the most delicious garlic bread, they don t anymore. The meatloaf is very generic, not at all flavorful. The macaroni and cheese leaves much to be desired. And macaroni and cheese is not that difficult to make, well it is for GCorrall. But, at the end of the day they have other plates that make up for what I mentioned that wasn t up to par. I ll still be a customer at the end of the day.

This is an older location that needs some serious updates, especially the restrooms. The food was pretty good and it was hot and fresh. The dining area was clean. The food was ok, seemed like it had sat under the heat lamps too long and all of it was mislabeled, the tea tasted like dirty dish water. The server completely ignored us, keeping his head down and avoiding eye contact ever time he walked through his section, we couldnt get a refill until I got up to get dessert and asked the lady at the register for help. And even though they were not busy they left a pile of garbage and dirty dishes on the table next to us and didnt clean it or move it to the back the entire time we were there.

For the price of a drink and lunch for 2 it was close to $40. Wasnt busy and the food was average at best most looked warm but its not. Cold or mild is what we got. Staff is friendly and they do check on you so that was a huge positive but when you price what you pay for the food you get, I would say skip this and go elsewhere. I went when it was pretty busy and the little waiter did a great job of keeping up with everyones drinks but the atmosphere was so bad I literally could barely eat which was bad because if you get a drink youre looking at over $24 apiece for adults. Its hard to put my finger on it but it seemed dirty. Mostly it was the floor and I had to keep my tray and eat off that because I couldnt use the table. Its possible it was just an off day but Ive been to a lot of buffets and this place needs a facelift. But the people working there were really working hard!

I always say that when I travel that I wont eat at the same restaurants that I have in my home state. I broke my own rule because it was close to our hotel, it was Fathers Day, and I wanted to spend more time with family. I treated everyone. My husband, uncle, sister, and nephew. It wasnt expensive for all of us. We were able to find a table right away. The food was OK. I dont eat meat, so sometimes I wish restaurants would serve vegan bacon. Just a wish! But I was able to eat a variety of other breakfast foods. My family seemed to enjoy themselves and thats all that mattered.

I was surprised how wonderful my experience was. I expected buffet style food and bland taste. I was wrong. The food was wonderful especially the steak! Overpriced for the food. Went here with my daughter since we waved a buffet setting. We werent very impressed with the food selection and it was overpriced. Wont be coming back.

Foods good but services not ok the dude old Mexican guy tell us close in 4 minutes we just got in about 15 minutes lol I think a little rude but I gave them 5 star anyway because Im a business man I know it hurt when receiving low star

Were from Australia and were amazed at how many options were in the buffet! The signage for allergies and meats is also really good. Thanks! Vegetarian options: Clear labelling of dishes that contain meat, and some good vegetable options.
