Words don t even describe this place. It s like a kid in a candy store but for adults. They always have what I want in stock. Clean and stocked isles. I rock that get some bunny love shirt with pride even though I m not an employee. Great prices and obviously a huge selection from all sorts of the world. You can t leave dissatisfied.

I am no longer shopping here. Been fooled twice. First time I put in an order for 300 specialty beers. Upon picking up the beers, I was informed that they forgot to complete the order so here I was with a lot of guests and none of the beers Second time I show my military ID for the discount. I notice the lady behind the counter acknowledged but does nothing else. I then ask if she applied the discount and she says yes. I check the receipt and no discount was applied. Luckily there are other good places to shop for alcohol.

White guy with curly hair is so rude. He has such an attitude, walked in and asked a question to another employee and came over and snapped at me. On another occasion I walked in before they closed and found nothing so I left. He stopped me and got in my face yelled at me and accused me of stealing so I showed him my legal ID and my pocket then he said with attitude okay you can go. I get alot of college kids here but Im 22 so

The prices, like all Specs throughout Texas, are the best. I have always gone to Specs in other cities and appreciate the level of service and helpfulness, but thats not the case here. I have noticed that the staff likes to chat with friends and ignore the customers. This includes a cashier that will stop working to chat and will keep it up even after the customers transaction is complete and people are waiting in a long line. The shelves are disorganized and not as neat as other Specs. The staff is not rude and are nice enough, but not very well trained on how to handle good service and be organized like the other Specs Ive visited.

The staff is friendly and easy to talk with. I was looking for bourbon and got to look at the store picks. They looked up other alcohols I was interested in and showed me locations where I could find them. This store did have blantons yesterday. If I had only got there sooner. They have a decent assortment of alcohols. They do have a military discount. Just start a simple conversation with them and be friendly and theyll help you and possibly show you things you werent expecting. Respect and being courteous goes a long way.

I like specs a lot. This store is the worst Ive been in. Beer shelves in the fridge are empty and you see your beer behind the rac in the fridge, but cant get to it. You look for someone to help and find no one. So I managed to find something I liked and proceeded to check out. I mentioned to the register lady about the beer fridge. She just said sorry, not my job. Walking out to my car, I seen one of the workers on his phone in his own world. Sad case.

Specs is like a candy store... except for adults, and instead of candy, there is alcohol. If they dont have what you are looking for, ask, and they will get it. They have a wide selection of everything liquor and wine at every shelf level. They also have awesome microbrews from Texas and across the States. Specs is a great place to look for barware as well. They also have a selection of snacks, including items that cant be found locally anywhere else.

Incredible staff! Knowledge surrounding the selection of cigars was impressive. There was a sad basket of limes by the checkout. When she saw me checking them out to find a good one, she took the basket and directed me to an adjacent counter where there was a basket of fresh ones. They helped supply alcohol for our event. They did a great job, went the extra mile every step of the way and were very helpful. Even when we tried to return the kegs for the refund. We misplaced the receipt and the mangers spent who know how long going over all transactions. They called when it was found and let us return them for a full reimbursement, even a month after the event. Really really superior costumer service.

Its so easy to spend $50 in Specs especially when one stays close to the sample bottles of liquor. I might have gone overboard on the Fireball, but its my favorite. I also learned that the Jack Daniels Apple Crown and Fireball tastes like apple pie when theyre mixed together!!

Obviously, Specs has great selection and pricing, but they also have attentive service as well. We were looking for a particular product when a sales person (pardon my ignorance of what to call an employee) asked if he could help us. We told him what we were looking for, he said hed check and get back to us. In a short time he came back to share what he found out, took my name and number, and told us hed call when the product was available... great, obliging, friendly service!
