I stopped because I heard their dairy products are the best. The milk tastes much better than typical grocery store milk and is easier to digest. Its worth the drive and I dont mind paying a bit more for top quality.

This place has such good quality food and service. They make your food right away both in the ice cream area and fast food that your order. Their burgers are very savory and juice, and for their ice cream they dont hold back on how much they add. Their prices are great. Dietary restrictions: If you can have dairy or a vegan they have 3 to 4 options of sorbet I saw that are apart from the rest of the dairy products.

Go by just about everyday for the morning drink special, any size tea,. Soda or cherry lime aid is just one dollar! I think their cherry lime aids are better than sonics. Drink special us from 6 am till 10:30 am I believe...

I had been complaining to my husband on how expensive it is when we had went to other ice cream or custard establishments. He just loves ice cream, and wanted some. We noticed a Braums and stopped in. I had a banana split which was huge! He got something chocolate and more chocolate! The total was less than 13.00$ Great experience! We will be back!

Not so good first, dining area is usually not very clean so I use the drive thru 90% of the time. The outstandingly Excellent part is the food is delicious! Reminds me of homemade food! Ive never been disappointed with the food or ice cream. I actually prefer their burgers to Whataburger! Yep, I said it!

I had a disappointing visit to Braum s recently. When I approached the counter, the young lady with glasses and a slender build immediately gave me attitude. I understand that they were busy, but there was no need for her to be rude. She rolled her eyes multiple times as I placed my order for five cones, even though I had mentioned beforehand that it was a large order. This behavior was unprofessional and made the experience unpleasant. If I could give this interaction 0 stars, I would! I ve been coming to this location for years and it never disappoints, but this overall experience has ruined it for me.

Hands down best fresh ice cream spot, they operate within 180 miles of local farms so you know your food is served fresh as well as locally sourced. I take every new friend and family there now, it s a staple for us. Their burgers are also 10/10 in terms of price and quality.

6-29-24 ...After waiting for several minutes in the drivethru, then waiting more minutes inside (not one person says one thing to the line of us waiting in line), at 10:20am a young man finally approached the counter and said there is a 25 minute wait for breakfast biscuits and burritos (I was debating on whether to wait because I was already tasting my biscuit)... at the same moment a young woman with (who had ignored the entire line the entire time she was behind the counter) comes from behind the counter and asks ONLY the last people in line if they are ok ... that was my last straw. I laughed and left. I will NEVER visit this Braums again. The current manager needs to address this immediately or they need a different job title. I get some places are short-staffed. But one of 6 people behind the counter that looked at the line 200 times could have simply said Be with you in a moment ... you chose this job, do it or do something else.

I waited at the front counter more than 5 minutes and not even 1 of the 8 staff there acknowledged me or assisted me. I was wearing a bright red dress so I know that I am not invisible. Ive not gotten their delicious food for years since I moved outside of the region. What happened since their founder died? Did they lose their dedication to Customer service??? I love Braums! Theres no other place where you can get a combo meal at this price. Plus the food is great! Fun! Fact: the location on Fox avenue in Lewisville is the oldest original Brahms restaurant dating back to the early 70s! Love coming here. Hope that they leave it as it is

Customer service was very bad. Young lady with specs and braces was very rude to us. We went purchase some cookies and ice creams there. We brought cookies and went to buy ice cream because there grocery and ice cream were separate, we asked for one sample of chocolate almond ice cream and she wasn t happy with that, and when paying for the ice cream she asked us if we paid for the cookies and we said yes, and then she asked for receipt and I didn t take one then she called her coworker with loud voice and was asking if we paid for it or not which was very unpleasant for me because there were people behind us and they started looking at us in very unprofessional way. Didn t expected this type of customer service in your store.

The ice cream scoops are getting smaller at this location. The people don t seem to want or care about helping customers. The floor was a mess and the work area that they make the Sundays and other things was super messy. When I got my stuff they were sticky had Carmel on the bottom and we did not have anything with Carmel. I think I world rather drive to the other side of town or go to the other icecreme place.

I was going to a birthday party and stopped in to purchase ice cream because I Love Braums flavors. The place was really clean and well stocked. I chose vanilla and neapolitan flavors since it was for a kids party and you cant go wrong with those flavors. The lady at the checkout was very nice and helpful. If I wasnt going to a party I would have had lunch there and then chose different flavors to take home. As always Braums was well worth the stop and the kids loved the ice cream especially since it didnt last long... Braums to the rescue LoL

This was my first visit to Braums and I loved it. They are not your average fast food joint. They have healthy options and the service and burgers were great. They also have B protein milk which is fantastic for those with stomach challenges with milk. Oh ya and their prices were phenomenal.

This big white manager talking mess and gives my 13 year old daughter a nasty look and tells her what are you looking at. I confronted her and she lied. Pretty standard for a Braums. A decent burger, could have been a little warmer. Unfortunately I think I got the bottom of the basket when it came to french fries. About 90% of mine were less than an inch long. Still tasted good........ Just a lot more difficult to eat. LOL But, overall, a fairly average experience.

I sincerely hope this business goes down in flames. I asked for extra mayo on my burger and they put ONLY mayo on my burger, rendering it completely unenjoyable. I asked for ketchup packets for my fries and they didnt include them. I ordered this drive thru so of course I dont learn that the people who work here are complete morons until I get home and open my food, and its too late to go back and get a replacement. Oh well, guess its my fault for thinking the IQ of a cashier at a fast food restaurant would be higher than room temperature.
