Went in for the first time!! Underneath the salad was a black hair every worker in there had black hair go figure!!! When I showed it to the manager he made a joke of it and I told him it was not a laughing matter!! So when we were done I went to go pay the bill of $40.10, I asked him if he was going to comp the salad he said very rudely NO GIVE ME MY MONEY!!! and then continued with I seen that move before your trying to eat free!!! He was so embarrassing! So I told him ok Ill leave you a review so the public can see what kind of person you are and how you operate you establishment!! He then said get out of here!!! This place really needs more customer service training!! Rude atmosphere by owners!!! I do not recommend this place!!

ALWAYS delicious!!! Ive tried several dishes and they do not disappoint. The fresh bread is delightful. Service is always friendly and attentive. If there is any issue DO NOT FRET they will get it taken care of PROTO! AMAZING staff/family establishment. The Chicken Forini is to die for, may be hot but DELICIOUS once youre able to eat it!!! Added mushrooms last time and yummm, my go to now!

The wife and I really enjoy our dinner every time we visit Kid-friendliness: I have my 3 Grandsons with me. They enjoyed their pizza and drinks. My Chicken Marsala was out of this world and my wife really enjoyed her Egg Parmesan. Great place for you to come with the family.

Amazing food. I got a meatball sub, the bread for the sandwich was light and crispy, clearly homemade. The bread for the table was similarly homemade and amazing. Some of my friends ordered calzones and they were massive, they looked delicious. The food was out very quickly and the service was very good. If you want some good Italian, I highly recommend this place.

One of the best pizza places in the 30 Mile radius. Not only is the pizza great, but the dining atmosphere experience is one of the top in this entire region. Beautiful decor. Great service. Great selection of food. Perfect spot for a date, family dinner, or even take out. Prices are as high as youd expect from a nice restaurant like this, but theyre not so high that it should scare you off. A nice dinner for 2 will set you less than $50 if youre conservative with your choices. But at about $1-an-inch for pizza, you could end up spending a lot if youre feeding a large family. Also , while the pizza is really good taste-wise, it IS paper thin. So, paying $15 for a 14 pepperoni kind of stings when you walk out and it feels like youre handling a Manila folder. I will be visiting/getting take out from this nice establishment in the future, just not so often that i wont have enough cash to do anything else.

Went in for lunch. We got seated right away. The restaurant was clean. Fast service as we had our food in less than 20 minutes. The server only checked on us 1 time. They were out of a lot of stuff when I went. Food we ordered: Calamari: need more seasoning. The dipping sauce has weird after taste. Eggplant parmessan: need seasoning Spaghetti the works: need seasonings, the sauce was really watery. Garlic Knot rolls: need seasoning, and there was no garlic or garlic flavor at all. I went here since it has a high rating. In my personal opinion, as well as my sister, Olive Garden would have been a better choice. We were seasoning each bite just to eat it. Pros: - fast service - plenty of tables - parking Cons: - expensive (in my opinion) - food was average at best, nothing to boast about - Server barely checks on you - they do run out of things, drinks specifically.

For the area one of the best places to get a pizza, calzone, but where it shines is the pastas. Living on base currently and we have heard countless people recommend Luigis for their pastas. Finally found some time and was able to go. - Shrimp Diavolo - Sweet iced tea - bread knots The diavolo was pretty amazing, good portioning, nothinf fancy straight forward rewarding taste, nice spice, pasta was cookes perfectly, shrimps as well, not overcooked, and they were a good size. They have chicken, sausage, as other proteins if you dont want shrimp. if youre into something with alittle heat and spice i would try the diavolo, The portions are a good personal size so if you have a large group you may be able to buy a few different ones and share it around the table Sweet iced tea was a nice compliment to the pasta, settled down the heat and it wasnt too sweet either. nice refresher The complimentary bread knots are to die for, crisp outside, golden brown, fluffly and nice texture and taste overall, you can even dip the bread into your pasta sauce to add that extra dimension. Garlic knots were perfect. If youre in the area or passing through, give them a try

So this place is truly delicious! It is our second time here, beautiful decor, atmosphere and staff were great and the food is top quality. Stopped here for lunch on our way through town. Great place. Very nice server, delicious food, and clean/cute atmosphere. The garlic knots are top notch. Calamari was a hit with the family. And, we all loved the food (Al Capone Pizza, Shrimp/Scallop Alfredo, Spinach Ravioli, and kids Spaghetti). Delicious!

This is the absolute BEST Italian restaurant in town. Their food was a 10/10. Our server was so kind, he recommended his favorite dishes and he was so attentive. I got the lobster ravioli and oh my gosh, it was phenomenal. I think we found our favorite restaurant in Wichita Falls. I will 100% be back. While the service was great - attentive and very friendly staff whom I really appreciated - sadly though, the food was average, at best. I ordered the calamari which was only ok. I also got the linguine with clams but the sauce was very watery and it lacks depth in flavor. Finally, I gave their tiramisu a try, which they claimed to be homemade. Im sure it was but once again it was a let down. I lived in Italy for 4 years and so I failed to temper my expectations unfortunately. I wouldnt come back.

Arrived after lunch, waiter served and could have explained that Italian dressing was actually house and not oil/vinegar based. The house reminded me of Russian dressing with the red color and taste. Plate came out hot, but my stuffed pasta was cool under the hot sauce and cheese. Still took home leftovers. Wish garlic bread has more garlic butter but was fresh and still nice flavor. Its worth a return. The wine bottle decor really had my attention. There were so many bottles on the wall.

I was really looking forward to trying this place out but ended up being disappointed. I ordered takeout. We opted for the deep dish pizza and strawberry cheescake for dessert. The pizza was entirely way too greasy. Grease was running out of the box and onto the floorboard of my vehicle. When I got the box out, the grease continued to run all over my clothing- a complete mess! The pizza was just okay. It was time for dessert. I opened the box to find tiramisu instead of the strawberry cheescake I ordered. No problem, we were okay with that- the tiramisu was frozen. Now Im spending time cleaning grease out of my car and clothing. Not how I planned spending my evening. Not impressed- wont be back!

The food seemed mostly flavorless. I had the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, and I think I should have asked for salt and all the other flavors as well. Luigis Pizza is a great little restaurant, near the military base, in Wichita Falls, TX. The parking lot and dining rooms are always tidy and clean. They serve delicious authentic Italian food served each day, except Mondays when they close to give their staff a break. The Italian food is made fresh, daily. So far, everything weve eaten is superb. Today, we had lasagna and also manicotti. The food is served at lava temperatures. But while youre waiting for the food temperature to cool down there are yummy garlic bread to eat. Side note: they bake a 24-inch giant sized pizza that, in the box, will barely fit through the entry/exit door without a bit of twisting. The pizza box wont fit in my back seat so I have to put in the back of my van... Its actually that big! Itll feed a crowd, too. The atmosphere is relaxing. The music isnt blarring; instead it is soft and soothing. There are plenty of wine choices for selecting to sip with your meal. Lunch times offer a small salad with the meal. The servers are friendly and prompt; theyre attentive to the tables. Our drink refills were timely. Excellent service and delicious food. We enjoyed our time at Luigis Pizza. Definitely worth the drive to visit and share a meal with friends. Parking: Tight parking lot, well maintained. Wheelchair accessibility: A few handicap spots near the front door. The entry/exit door is heavy and will require assistance if using a walker or wheelchair. There is plenty of space to maneuver around and through tables if using a wheelchair.

DONT EAT THE LOBSTER RAVIOLI! Ive heard about this place a long time. Havent had Lobster ravioli in years. Ordered it to pick up. I brought it home, the sauce smelled fishy!! Never had fresh Lobster smell that way. The small, tiny bits of Lobster had no taste and the feel of an inner tube. Rubbery a better word. Btw, I hadnt eaten since 1pm, this was at 8pm. I got SICK, so sick we had to change the sheets at 3am! I called this afternoon. The lady first swore nothing was wrong with my food. Then promised to throw it out, saying it may have been left out overnight. Thats all she offered to do. No offer to remake or refund. Obviously more concerned about $$ then safety of customers. Sorry, I wont be back. Parking: On the corner of 2 streets. Two entrances on one street, nothing on the other. If you turn down the side street you have to U turn and go a few clicks or dont mind going the wrong way in a 1 way, youre fine.

Great Italian Restaurant! The Salad with Italian dressing had good flavor and the Shrimp with Scallops Alfredo had the perfect balance of flavors. I highly recommend this spot if you want good Italian food!

If I could go higher on the star ratings I would. Tonight was our first time eating here and absolutely LOVED IT! We were seated fast, food came out fast and hot! The portion size and quality of the food was amazing. Have never had any type of service like this in wichita. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We will be returning in the near future!

Diamond in the rough! We were so happy we found a decent restaurant in this town! If you like Italian food, this should be the only place you consider. If you like fresh, homeade pizza they have the best! We tried multiple dishes and the only complaint, all though a small one, is the portion size vs price. For the money I wish you received just a tad more food. That aside, the food was absolutely delicious and is highly recommend. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Its busy at times, and its next to the base. Its understandable, but the quality of the service is amazing, and food is even better. Itd nice to have a big city restaurant at yiur finger tips.
