Anytime I need assistance at Walgreens in the photo counter and I see the employee named John I can rest assure that Im going to get great customer service and all of my needs and expectations met. John always goes above and beyond to help me as well as multitask on his job duties and proceed to be able to help others. Walgreens photo has wonderful options that Im able to copy my mother s photos from the 50s and make duplicates for my siblings so that we can all cherish and share her memories with something so precious being able to make copies. Photo ink and quality is spectacular.

I brought my daughter to get her covid shot and I had to use the restroom so I went to the restroom and it was so bad it was paper all over the floor it was just so bad I let the lady at the pharmacy no and she said the kids mite have done it a couple of days ago days ago so she will let the Manger no so you tell me with the covid going around they are not cleaning the restroom at least once a day if not more that is crazy

Most of employees here seems not to care about their job. They behaved unproffessionally in such manners that would drive customers away. Every time I asked a question and needed help, the employees said I dont know, Im on a break, or this is not my department dont bother me kind of attitude. Whether they were just being lazy or incompetent, at least they could have pretented to concern or redirected me to another employee. Dont come to the store during school lunch time or right after school lets out. A group of Lamar students uncontrollably crowd the store, entrance and parking lot and wont get out of the way of customers. I even saw some of them stuff their pockets with unpaid merchandise. The Walgreens monthly coupon booklet should be availble to customers at the entrance. What good to have it if its hidden behind the counter and the cashiers unwillingly look for coupons upon the customers request.
