Very disappointed,we were in town to see my son ( military of course, because you are in a military town) I was staying next door @ another IHG suites. Had been traveling for long hours...just wanted some good food...,.first the quesadilla has no steak in it - it was all onion & cheese...we ordered it with steak.it was the size of a Minnie tortilla. Waitress said no charge and she would fix that.....as the other portion of the meal that was ordered came out,- still no corrections on the quesadilla. The Tuscan sandwich I ordered,was barley hot or warm for that matter.... No pesto, or peppers for that , it took a long time for the waitress come back to check on us .. I finally had to go to the bar to get my check As the waitress/ bartender only had two@ the bar & one other table besides us. Just very Disappointed in an IHG Suites. All my stays are @IHGs Suites...Ive never had poor service or food like I did that evening @Harvs I will say that Lexi did everything in her power to make it right.

Understaffed, lack of options, nothing on draft, only 1 large tv. Hardly a sports bar or a grill.

Simply gross!!!! Hamburger bun was an 1/8 thick (not sure how you get them that small), the chips were soggy like they had sat in water and couldnt eat them, the service was so slow I finally got up went behind the bar and got my own napkin (there were only two people in the place and we were both at the bar). The waiter was playing on his phone in the back. No salt or pepper. Eat at your own RISK!

Waited 30 minutes for food. To have the burgers brought dry and cold. No veggies. No condiments. Waited another 15 minutes for veggies. Had to ask for condiments. Complaints about having short staff. Manager took off 1 burger from meal ticket and still tried charging for other items we ordered that wasn t available from cooks kitchen. Just bad experience all around. Don t waste time. I understand it s a hotel restaurant but that s why you need to avoid it.

During my stay, I went in for breakfast. I was greeted right away by a friendly waitress named Jesse who immediately took my order. She was the only server, and the place looked too busy for one small woman to handle. It took over an hour for my food to come out. The waitress politely apologized over and over and maintained her composure, even though you could hear what sounded like the only cook degrade her in the background for putting in too many orders at once.

Meh,,,,, boring hotel bar with minimal menu - cookie cutter Holiday Inn style food. Bartender is friendly enough but more of a drink-pourer than an actual bartender

Terrible really, many items on the menu are unavailable and service is slow. Breakfast is quite underwhelming. I would skip.

I have been to Harvs several times. Love the place and the food. The service is very slow and plan an hour to get your meal. So sit back, relax and enjoy the game.
