We are most satisfied with this service and my aide Janet. When I first contacted this agency I explained why I was looking to make the change and they told me that they could and would meet all my needs. So I made the decision to change services. Not only was that the best decision I made but they have not only met all my needs but they have given me a true Angle to take care of me. She is so caring and observant. She pays attention to not only to my physical needs but also is aware of my health and environmental needs. She is loving, kind and very caring and has never waited to be asked or things to do. She is like that pink rabbit, she keeps going and going. I highly recommend this service and if I was not in need of my service professional I would highly recommend Janet. But I hope I always will have her.

I really enjoy working for Visiting Angels. My hours are flexible and that s my favorite part. The few coworkers I ve met have been great as well. I meet new people everyday and sometimes I get to brighten someone else s day by coming over and talking to them, or helping them with something they can t do for themselves anymore.

My first experience with Visiting Angels was almost ten years ago when the company cared for a family member. When I needed help, we called. A caregiver comes to my home in the mornings to give me needed assistance to begin my day. I have become acquainted with and appreciated several caregivers. I have been grateful for their help. Currently, Melody capably meets my needs. She is pleasant young woman with a sweet disposition and sense of humor. She makes me laugh. We share a love for animals. There is always a story to share. She is intelligent and intuitive and I enjoy her visits.

Visiting Angels and my Caretaker Sharon McCann has been very good at helping with my needs in my home as my vision is not very good. I would recommend Visiting Angels for Help around your Home and to running errands to the grocery store, to taking me to my doctors appointments. I cant beat the Companionship and Compassion that my Caregiver Sharon McCann gives me, she goes way way above and beyond. Sharon McCann and Visiting Angels is Top Notch in my experience.

I have worked for Visiting Angels for 6 yrs. They have been good to me. The office staff are so kind and considerate. I understand their frustration when people are no call no show. Ive always thought if you had a job you went to work I enjoy every day going to work for Visiting Angels because I know its going to be a good experience with a company and the client. They have showed me a job is what you make it if youre willing to work and put in the hours you can do well with Visiting Angels.I had to be off work for 2 major surgeries I had both of my knees replaced. Had some difficulty with the second Knee.I was able to return to work in 60 days. I was given a slight raise when I returned. A very nice surprise.

My husband is a Vet. He was diagnosed with ALS in 2021. After a year being diagnosed with ALS, his health started declining where the VA had offered us Visiting Angels as his angel caregiver. We both have been blessed with the care of Visiting Angels. Derek, Ladonna, Stacy, Jackie and Lori has always been patient and understanding in our chaos situation. The caregivers are so considerate, loving and caring. Jessica, Kimberly, Summer, Jack and Niera have been wonderful. Not only do they help me with my husband s care but they help me in house cleaning where I can get rest, run errands or spend fun time with him. Thank you Visiting Angels. Visiting angels helped me and my family with my mom and my dad, they were very compassionate and caring people that are very trustworthy. I was always informed if someone was running late or a different person was coming in the one that was scheduled. Having strangers take care of family can be stressful, but I met them all and they were very loving and kind to my parents . I am grateful for the ones who could cook, and clean like I liked things done , my mother was difficult and very disappointed. She was unable to meet her basic needs, but Visiting angels employees put up with a lot with a smile on their face. They try to match their employees with the needs of your loved ones, as a nurse I really like that. When you need someone that will go the extra mile while we baby boomers are continuing to work into our 60s. Visiting angels are the ones to call.

When we needed extra help with my dad we contacted visiting angels. To my surprise the owner showed up to my dads apartment to do the consultation. I m sure he isn t able always do that, but to me that said everything about them. My dad called them his little angels. He wasn t always an easy man to get along with and please at the end of his life, but they were always so great with him. If we ever had trouble or my dad needed extra care they were quick to make changes and made it so easy at such a hard time in my life. As his daughter I would have loved to be there with him during the day and be his nurse, but with two littles at home it just wasn t in the cards for me. I m so glad Visiting Angels was able to help. I truly don t know what we would have done without his little angels !

Caregivers worked hard, People in office were lousy - left over a dozen messages and never got a ccall back. Caregivers all complained that they had the same issues and could never get ahold of the office. They sent me a card for free Veterans Day Meal and after the caregiver and I had lunc h we were informed that the ticket was expired. called the office and spoke to 2 peope who were going to look into it and call me back - that was November and it is now February. I loved my caregiver but feel that they need someone running the office with some compassion.

We had the most horrible experience with this agency. My husband is a Vet and needs care. For the first few weeks we had a different person each time. I even sent one back due to this person needing to use a cane herself to help her, so why would they send someone like this for my husband when he is a fall risk. When we finally had someone permanent it was a nightmare. This person was so lazy and did not interact at all with husband. When I would get back, she was on our couch wrapped up in his blanket, when ask what he had to eat she would say nothing because he wasnt hungry, when I told her repeatedly not to ask him if he is hungry because he would always say no, due to memory loss, I could go on and on but wont nor will I ever use them again.

My experience working for Visiting Angels over the past 2 1/2 years has been excellent. The office staff are extremely professional and supportive. Visiting Angels gives fair pay increases based on completed training modules that can be done at home, at the office or at the client worksite with an office staff member- depending on the situation/need. How convenient! In addition they have fun contests with great prizes. I just won a $75 gas card! In fact, over the past 2 years I ve won 2 prizes in $100 gift drawings just for completing all my hours without calling in to cancel! What a great incentive for just doing my job! If all those incentives weren t enough, Visiting Angels also honors yearly employment anniversaries and birthdays by sending a link to pick out a free gift from a pretty big selection of options. The first gift I chose was a burger grill. My second gift was a oil diffusing humidifier. I haven t picked out my third gift yet but the link has been sent. I love working in home healthcare but Visiting Angels has made it even better! Very Happy Employee

Visiting Angels was such a comfort and help during the last 2 years of my mothers life. I was living in New York and couldnt move to TX to take care of her when she was suddenly moved to a nursing home in Wichita Falls from Abilene, where my sister lived. Visiting Angels came each week just to read to her, wheel her wheelchair outside when it was nice to enjoy sunshine and fresh air...and when she was rushed to the hospital and the nursing home staff called to say they didnt think she would make it, my sister immediately started the 2-hour drive from Abilene...but I was able to call Visiting Angels to send someone she knew to the hospital and be by her side, in case she passed before my sister could get there (she didnt). The cost was inconsequential for such peace of mind. The kindness was a gift to me, and to her. I cannot ever thank them enough for their compassion and service.

During these uncertain times we are all facing, these caregivers are passionate about their work and they really care about my dads well being. In the years daddy was sick, it just got impossible for Mom to take care of him 24/7. That is when Visiting Angels got involved. We arranged times they would come during the week to help out, bathe him, even cook some meals for them. They also stayed to give Mom some time away. Toward the end, we could not lift him so we had Visiting Angels get him to bed and help get him up in the morning. I cannot thank them enough for always being there, their professionalism and most of all their love for dad. Great service and a wonderful, caring staff!

Level of care was beyond first rate. My father-in-law had health issues his last few years including dementia. Without Visiting Angels, my mother-in-law would have no chance to keep Fred at home. The caregivers were excellent and dependable. Highly recommend!
