Amazing. She is truly a godsend and will represent you! She did EVERYTHING she could to represent my case. Her communication is amazing and her timeliness is flawless. She submitted orders immediately in my family law case and did everything she could to assist me. I would never not retain her as my lawyer because she is efficient, caring, and responsive. If I could give her zero stars I would, because even one star is too much. I was referred to Mrs. Montes by one of her employees and was told she was amazing. She is far from amazing; incompetent is more like it. She charged me $2,500 for services she never provided. She claimed she was waiting to serve my ex and in the 2.5 years I lived there she could never get it done. Its going on almost 5 yrs now, I just gave up on them. She had his home and work address and phone numbers. He even contacted her personally and let her know the times he was available. And NOTHING WAS DONE! I contacted her letting her know where he would be at and still nothing. I would call and could never get a hold of her. Her front office Britney, Yvette and her husband are just useless. They can never provide you with any updates and never get back to you. Shes definitely a liar and thief. I would NOT GO TO HER! She claims to want to help single military moms but its all B.S. She did NOTHING for me but take my money. Not once did she reach out to me for any updates like she claimed she would. Always out of the office supposedly in court or out of town. Ridiculous that they allow her to practice law.

There is so many things that I would like to say but I would be here forever. My experience with Ms. Monte s has been exactly what I expected from a professional lawyer and that is always very professional . From the first appointment that I had with her she was attentive understanding and very straight forward she never promised anything that she was not going to be able to get for me but especially for my daughter. I was going through so many emotions because of my situation and I probably was very stressed out and definitely did not understand the process and time cases take but fortunately I was recommended to Ms.Montes by other customers that got the best results for their cases thanks to Ms.Montes. I could say that I chosed her but I am thankful that she wanted to help me. Right now after everything is done I can assure you that I got more than I was expecting and that it was because of all the hard work that Ms. Monte s put into my case. (2 cases) that i get told 1 thing and after the case is set the result is different and then its impossible to get ahold of someone again. Its been over a week, 3 emails with not even a attempt to a reply or call. No explanation, nothing. It gets overwhelming trying to hunt down answers.

I just want to express a lot of gratefulness for Miss Montes I got divorced on 2020 when the pandemic started. I have look around El Paso Texas for lawyers and they were very expensive and very unwise finally I was recommended by someone to miss Montes she was so professional since the beginning of the call from day one all the way until today that I had my second hearing Ms Montes have been there every second she and her staff are always being very helpful even at my worst moments Miss Montes have always been there despite her always being busy she was always had a chance to respond me even on weekends I am so grateful for her. TERRIBLE SERVICE, these people have no professionalism or ethics at all, if what you want is to throw your money in the trash, this is a very good place, not at all professional, they do not notify when there is a cut and they do not notify when they are canceled, anyway They are not interested in the treatment they give to their clients nor are they interested in fighting for their cases, do not make the mistake of hiring these people who call themselves lawyers because the only thing they are good for is to steal peoples money. By the way, the excuse is always that they are not customers but believe what the bad comments say because it is all true

Mrs. Christina Montez is a really nice person and worked hard and did her best to help me out with my custody case, unfortunately the 1 star is for the 700$ they charged me to send out paper work to vital statistics for a birth certificate to be corrected, they notified me it would take up to 6 months to be corrected but it was never corrected. I did it on my own this year and got it after 1 month of sending out the paper work myself.

I need to speak my feelings on this attorney , her office manager Britney and her husband she was recommended to my by abundant church, I reached out to her spoke to her husband and made seem like they were going to handle my husbands case like bread and butter asked me for $500 dlls that at the moment I did not have had to ask for help to be able to pay her they claimed to help me as Christians that they are and only stole my money , lied to me about the process claiming they had sent motions , waiting on other attorneys, waiting on everyone and my grandmother , but never did anything for us but take my money , Britney and Christina would get upset every time I would call to get news they finally sent a motion to represent my husband after almost 3 weeks , and that was only because I started calling the court to find out information on my own, but never did anything for us I cried to this ladies telling them how hard things were going and still did nothing I had to find another attorney to do what she never did very unprofessional , very disappointing on how ugly can people be , do not spend your time or money with this people they only give you false hope and promises!!! Worse experience ever !!

Greetings first and foremost I want to take the time to say that Mrs Christina Montes is one phenomenal Mother Wife and Lawyer. I must say that on my birthday in September of 2020 I was arrested and was facing 2 felony charges as well as one misdemeanor.At this time I didn t know Mrs Montes and I hired A lawyer Who was lazy and didn t care about anything but money. After three settlement hearings this other lawyer couldn t do anything for me so I met Mrs Montez husband and he told me about his wife and that she could assist me with my case. I must say that she was very professional and very upfront with me when ever I emailed her for anything about the case she would reply within five minutes and she would ensure that she would take care of me. God is good as of April 22 2022 all of my charges were all dismissed. I was facing 8 years deferred probation as well as jail time Mrs Christina Montes fought for Me and allowed me to be a free Man after 22 months of waiting. CASE DISMISSED!!!! Do not waste your time or money. I had a consultation with Christina Montez & didn t even get to speak to her personally. I spoke with an assist who carelessly listened to my case & rushed me off the phone. Due to time sensitivity to my case, I was willing to move forward with Ms. Montez anyways. I spoke with her assistant named Bianca & let her know I would like to move forward & have someone drop off the deposit because I am out of town but when I asked that she reassure me that they will urgently start moving with my case, her response was furthermore unprofessional and just flat out RUDE. She said I can them call back before they close at 5pm with a response from Ms.Montez on whether or not she would take my case or not.. which I found that to be odd and once I asked if she can call ME back with a response she refused & rudely hung up the phone. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt though I knew I shouldn t and I called back to see what Ms. Montez response was & her assistant flat out said if you want an attorney to move quick on your case, Mr.Montez is busy and doesn t want you to feel left out so feel free to find another attorney after I had invested so much time before hand. If she was so busy they should ve told me that before I even requested a consultation. Pathetic DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
