I dont even know where to start. These wonderful people. My Mom has them. Everyone is a Godsend. April...our RN. Well we love her. Everyone is so kind and caring. Physical Therapist, Michael, and Mason thank you. Nurse calls on weekends to check on us. We are blessed to have yall.

Healing Hands Home Healthcare, for my husband,, has been an answered prayer for me! After a very bad experience with 2 other home health care company! The nurses are amazing and really know their stuff. I cant praise them enough and theres no words to do them justice! Thank you so much, SARAH, BRITT, and MICAH. You have truly lifted a burden from my shoulders! Otie starts PT tomorrow and hes looking forward to it, if they are 1/2 as amazing as these nurses it will be an awesome experience! Healing hands home health is amazing! I came home from the hospital with meningitis on IV antivirals. I had a lot of complications with the IV meds. They contacted my doctors multiple times, tried many different solutions, and honored my decision to stop the infusions and d/c the PICC line. They did not pressure me to do or not do anything I wasnt comfortable with and treated me with dignity and kindness through the whole process.

I don t know much about this company as a whole but I can say that they have a very violent and erratic employee. I personally wouldn t feel comfortable with Vanessa taking care of my loved ones. She represents this company and her face is on the website so she should carry herself with more decorum. I was physically threatened and she herself tried to assault me. I m in my first trimester of my pregnancy and I had to lock myself in my room to get away from her. I have no idea who she is I am dating her family member but had never seen or talked to her before she came over with the intention of doing me harm. The police were called and they said she was acting very aggressive. Even screaming at her own mother. I am very concerned for the wellbeing of anyone that she is responsible for taking care of. This company needs to be held accountable for the actions of their employees on and OFF the clock.

I had a left shoulder replacement and was fortunate to have Healing Hands as my home care provider. Their nursing and OT staff were amazing! I cant say enough about the compassionate care I received. It was a true blessing.

During the middle of the COVID, Healing Hands came out and took care of my Dad. My Dad has some serious health problems and required a lot of care. Healing Hands went above and beyond the care that was expected from a home health company. Not only did they take care of him, but made sure my Mom was educated and updated on all aspects of care. I had a spinal fusion with Dr. Beshay in Dallas. Cassii and Julena were my nurses with Healing Hands. They were very knowledgeable and compassionate about my recovery. They each helped facilitate my follow up appointments, pill box and labs. I appreciate them helping me get through my post surgery recovery.

Prior to our experience I was ignorant to the home health options and opportunities available. They were patient and kind to educate me on the proper processes in which to help my Grandmother best. My father is 91 years old and has been using Healing Hands for 5 yrs. He has absolute confidence in them and they are one of the main reasons he is able to continue to live by himself. This team of caring individuals went above and beyond to take care of my husband after his total hip replacement!! Healing Hands cared for my grandmother for years before she went on hospice care. Her nurses really built a bond with her, were compassionate, truly cared about her well being, and concerned when they needed to be. My grandmother has gone on to be with the Lord but I still get texts from some of her nurses checking to see how the family is. The home health was there for her, but their ministry touched out whole family! <3 Thank you for doing what you do.

I am a current employee at Healing Hands Healthcare, but prior to my employment, my mom was on our services. The care they provided to my mom, made me realize that one day I wanted to work for this agency- and I ve been here 3 years now. The nurses prayed with my mom, and made her realize everything was going to be ok! Healing Hands worked with several of my moms doctors, even the ones out of town. My mom was eventually able to return to work- and we are so grateful for this! Still to this day, my mom (and my family) are very thankful for everything they did for her while she was on services!

Very fast response time and accommodating to all questions. We used Healing Hands Healthcare for my mom who had a fallen and fractured her wrist and patella. She required surgery and OT/PT so she could get back to her normal life. It was so much easier to have them come to her rather than get my mom in and out of her car. The whole staff from the coordinators to the nurses/physical therapist were wonderful and very caring. A few weeks in we needed wound care as well and they were wonderful with coordinating with the doctor to get what was needed to treat the wound. If needed we would be using them again in a heartbeat.

After an amputation they have done so much to get him back to his old self! I was released from the hospital with what I thought was plans for home health to come to my house for continued care for an open wound that required a wound vacc. Somehow wires got crossed and no one available to see me as hospital said I refused home health which was not the case! Healing Hands stepped up and had two nurses, Kelli and Susie, at my house the same day, and Kelli has been by my side for the last eight weeks and I am nearly completely healed! The loving care I have received has been wonderful and this home health company is the one to have should you ever need it. No nurse Ratchets here! So much warmth and compassion, I will actually miss my visits with Kelli when we re done, although I m pretty sure a friendship has genuinely formed and we will remain friends!!
