Loved this place. Matt and the whole team at this location are very kind and loving, the atmosphere, service was superv and food was yummy! Parking: Plenty of parking for the location and easy access. Kid-friendliness: Matt is very sweet and kind, along with the team. Wheelchair accessibility: Front access to the restaurant.

We go for the offers in app. Luckily we have dine in everytime. Today we dined in and I cant understand why ask for which sauce you want with chicken nuggets if you are Not going to give it. As we get ready to eat we noticed kids dont have their sauce. My daughter went to the counter to ask for sauce and we get questioned. Did you order nuggets or onion rings? I need to see your receipt? The young lady then said to me after I told her we ordered 6pc and a 4pc. nuggets that we charge for extras. I told her how can you charge me for extra when I never got the sauces in the first place. Anyways, yes please check for your sauces, napkins, straws, because if it aint a burger or nuggets they aint putting the stuff that also goes along with the order. The cashier is the first and last face you see in this restaurant and that young lady didnt put any effort. Also, she had my receipt when she was asking for it.

Went in for food to go. When I got home they did not give me my chicken nuggets I ordered for my kids. I called and spoke with ruby she said I would have to drive all the way back so she can look at my food I said that s fine but I would want a reorder because I live far and by the time I drive back my food would be cold she said no I asked to talk to her boss but she said she didn t have one and hung up the phone. Check your bag before you leave waste of money and time.

Used the drive-thru. The food was good. However, for almost two months, carbonated drinks were not available at the drive-thru. How long will it take to fix the problem? I wish I had gotten the names of the 2 gentlemen that helped me. Came in with my neice and nephew and the employees were sooo awesome to them. My kiddos got crowns, got to order their own food (with me translating a bit) and they were patient with me trying to wrangle a toddler and order at the same time. Decided to dine in for once and was pleasantly surprised! I had not been inside this BK location since before it was remodeled. It looked so nice and tidy, and loved seeing the paper crowns on every table! The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in, to walking out the door. Today I saw that BK is still putting the paper crowns on the tables! How fun! Childhood memory unlocked! Glad to have other kiddos experience the excitement from a simple paper crown like I did. Went to BK, for breakfast and I thought I used my coupon. Since I gave it to the employee. Got home order was correct but my card was charged more and without the coupon. Called and explained to the manager that afternoon. Was told to come back. And I did with no problem. But apparently, after speaking to a different manager, the employee told me how the manager Scott, felt like I shouldn t made a big deal and why wait later to call about it. I think this BK should be rated higher. The staff were really kind and friendly. Especially given that we drove in at 10:25am right before breakfast closed. I got the croissant sandwich combo and my husband got French toast. It was really hot and fresh. I loved it. The iced coffee/mocha is good too. Once again, ordered a bacon double cheeseburger. Got one with invisible bacon. Seems to be a trend here. Also help problems, very slow. You would think the food would be hot, but no. Disappointing. Lowered my rating to 2 stars because the store doesnt adhere to hours of operation. It closes early some nights without notice. Original review below based on the day crew. I like the flame-grilled flavor. Trying to eat less beef and found that the impossible burger is a great tasting substitute. The 5 stars is for the hard working day crew that I witnessed during a busy lunch several weeks ago. Everyone seemed to be doing their best and had a sense of urgency. I waited longer than anticipated for my small mobile order, but seeing that everyone was working hard I couldnt be mad. These people do not work for tips so for them to show up to work and care about doing their job and providing service is admirable. So many places that expect 25% tips just for ringing you up do not even show as much enthusiasm.

I went in for a mobile order to pickup inside. I just wanted to say that the gentleman upfront packing the food was so nice! As soon as I walked in I saw him busy waiting for items to put in the bags. I noticed a manager or shift leader walk by and ridiculed him. She said What are you doing standing up here talking? Im assuming because us customers were waiting for our order. She might be joking and it could be how they talk to each other but from my perspective it was far from the truth. He made sure he doubled checked everyones order, he made sure there was napkins and ketchup and made sure we had enough of it too. His personality was awesome and he made me feel so welcomed there. I can tell he really enjoys his job and that hes a hardworker. So Thanks its so refreshing to see someone love what they do even if its fast food. I really appreciate the kindness.

Google says they close at 12pm. We drove up minutes to 10pm. No one was on the intercom. We waited for a few minutes, repeatedly saying hello but no response. We drive off and there was someone at the window getting drinks for himself with his headset on. He didnt even acknowledge us. The least he could have done was to advise that they close at 10pm instead of ignoring us. As we drove off in disgust they turned the lights off. Burger King, train your employees to do better. I love Burger King & I was super disappointed with the customer service I received tonight. When we pulled up to the menu no one greeted us. We kept saying hello. The lady started rushing my husband when he started ordering and kept rushing him to hurry up with his order. It was ridiculous and terrible service. If you don t wanna be there don t work then. Never that good. Usually Luke warm to semi cold food. Last time I ordered a double whopper and got a double whopper jr. some dumb and not very caring, lazy employees. I don t recommend this location or any bk. They re not a very good anymore.

Ordered in drive through had to pull in parking lot and wait 30 mintues for 2 chicken sandwiches and to find out only 2 people where working that day one was sitting down talking to people it is very unprofessional when there was already several people waiting never going back and my order was wrong paid for a deluxe got the normal

Came in 12/26/2021 for lunch was 4 tables of people in place two waiting on food took my order at 12:01 took till 12:25 to get three kids meals and one burger not understaffed 6 people on food line. Just cant understand what took so long

What can I say, this was certainly a Burger King experience. The food was exactly what I would expect, and the employees behaved exactly how I would expect. Case in point, multiple employees physically restrained me when I attempted to enter the playground slide from the bottom, due to what they said was a health concern. This is the America the left wants.
