Heres an exciting Google review for your order: --- I recently ordered the Thai Pearl Milk Tea, Cocoa Lover, and Hawaii Fruit Tea from the Round Rock location, and they all tasted absolutely awesome! None of them were overly sweet, which was perfect. A special shoutout to Katie, who made the experience even better. She was super polite, knowledgeable, and truly knew her stuff. The owner should be proud to have such a fantastic employee. Katie definitely deserves to be the Employee of the Month! Cant wait to come back and try more of their delicious drinks. Christine and Susan are amazing business owners! My husband and I hired their services for our wedding for a boba bar experience and they not only brought the BEST boba (my all-time favorite) but they were also so much fun and just brought so much positive sparkle! The boba was DELISH and was a huge hit at our wedding! For any couples looking for a boba bar set up or to have boba at an event or your wedding, look no farther and reach out to Christine and Susan!!! I specifically wanted the boba bar to look a certain way and they were so understanding and flexible to work with me to bring the vision to life! The few workers I ve experienced were absolutely exceptional they ve always made me feel welcomed and very patient as well as helpful when ordering. Even though this place is a little far from where I live I will always make the drive to experience the amazing hospitality I receive. 100% would recommend coming here as they ve never messed up my drink, always make it fast, and make me feel at home! I practically feel like best friends with them after meeting them once and can t wait to come again with my family and other friends!

Walked in, there were 2 people working, 1 male and 1 female. No greetings at all, Ok cool no problem they look busy even though theres literally no one else in the shop other than us and a couple already sitting down. I said hello, and they just carried on with what they were doing, I said hello again louder this time the dude is standing right in front of me, and the girl right behind him, they still ignored us, pretending like they didnt hear and yes I say pretend because I was very loud with my hello and he was only a feet away from me maybe less. I stood there for a minute waiting for anyone to say hello or even acknowledge us but NOOOO, they just seem to not care. I dont understand these type of customer service, regardless if youre doing something, youre still to at least acknowledge your customers. I would definitely give no stars if I could. Like no star for customer service. Other than the place looked nice, but still wouldnt recommend as the customer service sucks.

I ve been going here for a little while now, and it s my favorite in terms of location and drink customization! Very convenient and quick. I can get in and out in 10 mins or less! (Usually less) Parking: Parking is tight in the immediate lot and can be limited depending on time of day / day of week! But there are adjacent parking lots for other buildings and short distance walking is not a problem.

I ve frequented many Boba places across the Austin/RR area and ShareTea has always been the most consistent in flavor and quality. We ve ditched the other places and this has become our new go-to. My favorite is the the Thai Tea, it s so easy to mess this one up, especially by adding too much milk, but here it s perfect every time. They ve got their drinks recipes down to a science, regardless of who s making the drink the flavor always taste the same! The cherry on top is that ShareTea gives a good amount of boba so you ll never have the issue of finishing your pearls with still half the drink left, if anything you ll have some pearls left over instead. Highly recommend this location!

Very spacious and very clean. Love love love. The choice and variety of drinks are amazing and the size of the cup is great. Makes me want to order more than 1 drink! I feel sad I can only drink 1 haha. The mango ice blended with ice cream (0%) is still sweet and the mango doesnt taste artificial or light. It tastes wholesome and amazing, didnt expect to taste like real mango. And the ice cream goes so well with it. My daughter ordered it and im so jealous of her drink. Hahaha.. Seriously amazing. Kid-friendliness: You can play games with ur kids and its very spacious. Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room in store for wheelchair to maneuvre

I was coming from out of town and looking to get boba with some friends who had never had any before. This was perfect. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and patient as we reviewed the menu. We ordered a variety of drinks from fruit teas to blended slush drinks also with various add-ins and each one was amazing. Everyone in our group was very happy with their order. The mini boba was a first for me and very cool, I loved it and would recommend trying it if you havent had it before.

Really enjoyed the drinks I got here. Both cold and hot teas were legit. The staffs were courteous and helpful. The facility was bright, spacious and clean. The location is convenient- I dropped off hubby next door for his optometrist appointment. I was able to get some yummy tea and get some work done while waiting for my husband. I think the ladies were just tired after a long day of work but they seemed pretty dismissive. I ordered a matcha tea with boba and soy milk. I received my order with no boba and went back to tell them. The lady took it without an apology and remade my drink without saying anything to me. I thought that was odd. My tea was delicious. My first experience with this bubble tea franchise was great! Ordered hokkaido tea, taro with milk, matcha with milk, thai pearl tea, and mango green milk tea. Their menu is quite extensive with lots of options for toppings. I found it helpful to see the non caffeinated drinks marked separate especially if you have kids and want to avoid caffeine.

I believe this location is fairly new to the area. Anyways, I got the Hoikaddo tapioca milk tea (right) @ 80% + light ice, and I would definitely recommend it! The customer service provided was welcoming and the vibe was also pretty chill. Oh yeah, they also have mini boba which I thought was pretty cool because I ve been to ALOT of boba places and never saw that on the menu.
