I had a great experience from the start. I can appreciate a craftsman that will politely and professionally reel me in when my requests get extraneous. I received remarkable customer service, a fair quote, quality material, and gutters that are to be envied. The installation team were respectful and careful not to be intrusive. They also thoroughly cleaned all the debris and hauled away the old gutters. Overall... outstanding! I highly recommend Flo-Tex. Incredible Team! We had Flo-Tex come out and do some gutter add-ons and replace our downspouts. Showed up first thing in the morning and did a fantastic job! They took the time to make sure the new gutters matched the existing ones along with the house trim. Price was great as well! I highly recommend!

Flo-Tex installed a complete gutter system on my 3,000 sq ft family home almost two years ago. I was so impressed with the quality of the work but even more delighted with the team and the cost. In September, I called Ryan again, this time to ask Flo-Tex to estimate gutter covers for an existing system on a 1,800 sq ft home that I list on Airbnb. Because it s an Airbnb business, I had to get three estimates. His estimate was better than two others and even included needed repairs the others hadn t noticed. Flo-Tex was patient with scheduling around my active Airbnb bookings, finished the job in a tight window, left a gorgeous result and clean property. The bill was exact to the estimate! I can t imagine a better experience and I can t recommend Ryan and Flo-Tex strongly enough!

Spoke with Ryan the owner about an estimate. He was at my house within a few hours to get what I needed. Super nice guy no pressure at all on his part for the sale. Decided to go with him he kept me in the loop on material times and scheduling. His crew showed up on time and very professional. Started raining but that didn t slow them down one single bit. After the install they even went through and cleaned any dirt or mud off from the rain. I highly recommend Flo-Tex for your seamless gutters.

The gutters are of good quality and have had zero issues - they were installed a couple months ago. Ryan came out to assess our house and arrived when he said he would. He was very professional and efficient, and very patient with me- even through all my color and design changes, lol. Ryan explained the placement of everything and quoted us a price. All of this, and he was still only at our house for half an hour! Before we decided on an installation date, Ryan called to let us know a major supply price increase was approaching. This allowed us to order our supplies at the pre price-hike cost even without an installation date, saving us so much money! On the day of installation, Donald came out exactly when he said he would, and began measuring and getting things ready. Luis was the site manager. He did a phenomenal job! He was very professional and experienced, and very friendly. He had a crew working with him. Ashley was very knowledgeable. She really was very friendly and sweet. She exuded confidence and made me feel comfortable that I had secured the right company for this job. There was another young man working, but I didnt get his name. Before the gutters were installed, whenever it rained we had several areas around the house where the water pooled and collected, and our patio would flood. And in several areas (near entry ways, unfortunately) the water poured down like waterfalls. It created a muddy ditch around the perimeter of our house that we constantly had to correct. It was a big mess. Now that the new gutters are up, all of these issues should resolve. The finished gutters have definitely improved the look of the house. Im so excited for it to rain now! I highly recommend Flo-Tex Seamless Gutters for your gutter installation needs. They are professional, friendly, reliable, honest folks with a quality product and a great work ethic. Give them a call, you wont regret it!

Flo-Tex put on Gutters on my home and did a fantastic job. I am from out of state where home gutters are the norm and not the exception so when I recently bought my 1950s home here in Wichita Falls, I could see the foundation breakdown from all the years of not being protected by much needed gutters.... I called Tex-Flo, who was highly recommended by another well respected, professional company. I called Flo-Tex that same day knowing the rains were on their way! Ryan came out immediately and walked around the house and could see the extreme breakdown on not only my foundation from the heavy rains but also on my concrete entrance porch and steps both front and back! The price was right and such a small price to pay to protect the foundation of my home for years to come! There was a big selection of colors to chose from and when I became stuck on which way to go, Ryan was able to help me out and recommend the color that he thought would be best for my home, I wasnt as convinced but went with it based on his expert opinion. Flash to installation day, his crew showed up and was ready to go. They were professional and hard working and did a fantastic job and was done quicker than I ever expected, was done EXACTLY as was discussed at the estimate appt as I had them also put over my porch, which was separate from the front of the house. I cant say enough how happy I am with the results! Ryan was so right about the color selection and my house looks so much better than I expected!! Not only does my house LOOK better with them on, I no longer have to walk out my doors to what felt like a car wash of water not only soaking me, but breaking down my porch and steps and more importantly my home foundation!! I called Flo-Tex about my parents home, which was in desperate need of new gutters. They showed up quickly, kept us updated about timing while waiting for the gutters to be done (thanks COVID for also causing global supply-chain issues), and cleaned up so well after the job, you never would have known they were there.
