This is a great flower shop. The Basketcase has always made my arrangements large or small and on spur of notice. I have always been satisfied. The owner is so nice and personable and always goes out of her way to accommodate. Thank you so much for another beautiful arrangement .

My teenaged daughter visited this store to get a rose for her grandma for her birthday. She was treated so hatefully for asking for a single rose to be wrapped. There were no other customers in the store, and the woman working rolled her eyes at her and treated her very poorly for asking for help and for not making a larger purchase. She also upcharged her for not knowing they do not like to accept credit cards. There is so much encouragement to shop locally, but when the local shops treat you badly, why would customers return? We never will return to this store or use their services. Edit: the shop has responded and left out the parts where she loudly sighed, rolled her eyes multiple times, and lectured her customer with You should KNOW, you can t come into places like this and use a card on a small purchase because we get charged SO MUCH. The next generation is still learning at the speed of light, and many business do not even accept cash anymore. My daughter is polite and friendly and interactions like these reinforce that many adults don t value younger people or their rights as people and customers. She could have made a lifelong customer with a respectful or even polite interaction, and instead was rude and left an imprint. Luckily we ve taught our daughter that money talks, and she knows to take her dollars elsewhere where she will be treated kindly.

I called Basketcase Flower Shop from New Braunfels to order flowers for a funeral in Wichita Falls. I received a picture of the flowers and they were beautiful. They got them to the funeral home fast and very they are very friendly. Thanks Basketcase!

These Ladies were so nice and helpful over the phone! I sent flowers to cheer up my mom and they made a beautiful arrangement with just the perfect pops of color. Being 6hrs away from home I was thankful for the great customer service and delivery to cheer mom up when I couldnt be there to do it. Mom and I equally got a kick out of the name of the floral shop as well! Thank you guys!

Very nice to work with, especially being long distance. Wonderful quality for the price. The arrangement was unique having kale and berries, and arranged in the back. And side note, unbeknownst to me, the Basket Case made my deb bouquet 15 years ago with the same care and quality. That bouquet is still my most favorite. (Thank you for both!!)

Ordering for someone out of state with a shop youre not familiar with is scary but they made it very easy and he loved his gift! She even text me a pic to assure me. If the occasion arises Ill use them again!
