Ordered broccoli beef delivered and meal had 6pieces of beef the size of a nickel. Quite literally the most ridiculous excuse for a $15 meal I have ever had. When I called to discuss with manager, I was told to call back in 45 minutes. Don t pay for food at this poor excuse of a restaurant.

Never had a bad meal from Panda Express. Everything Ive had has always been good. I love the Super Greens for the side, and the Beijing beef has just the right amount of heat. Also, the soy sauce and the hot mustard are great. The service is normally good, and i usually get exactly what I ask for.

Went through drive thru, waited 15 minutes for car ahead of me. At the window i saw the clerk standing around, then dancing, not taking my payment. Two minutes later this little boy opens the window. I asked him whats rhe deal? He asks whats the deal? I asked again, whats the deal? He gives me a dumb look, I ask him again and he starts mumbling about trouble with the baggers and he is doing his job. I told him if I wanted a sit down and wait meal I would have gone somewhere else. He continues to blame his coworkers and tells me I can go somewhere else ... so I did. There went his $20 sale.

Its yummy yum. Its always good. The customer service is amazing. The place has several ways of taking in donations to help people learn live and care. Its up to everyone to show love and or also support. I like the honey walnut shrimp. The best, only thing. Is have a interaction with the customer some how maybe a cool panda to make kids go wow. Or see their eyes light up. Its a wonderful place it shows respect, culture and food is perfect. I hope they keep making this kind of impact to businesses everywhere. Having a place to charge a phone and or a car will be cool. Im sure its coming soon. Maybe a small spot to eat inside the car. Or even a place of the owners choice. They accept tips and pay well. They have their own non profit organization. To help different charities raise money for the future. Never forget about the employees and or the people you serve. That a customer and before that a consumers choice. Just about 40 years of making also serving peoples money. I love paying for that. I try to go at least every month. California made company. Given to the people with a china twist. Never stop giving to the employees not just the brand of your choice. Customers first guests are people too. Keeping up recognition is ammunition to keep incentives. Quality keeps me coming back. Anyone else? Vegetarian options: I love meat, veggies are mixed in its China food. They do have some all veggies. I do like fresh veggies uncooked as well. Heart healing and amazing. Recommend them serving a fundo style fun zone. If the place was my own. Its a long time way of eating food. Parking: Hopefully one day charging stations for cars & phones. Maybe even a study zone for anyone to use. With a tip if you can. Thanks for eating with us. Horrible service, they basically shout what do you want as if youre inconveniencing them, and then proceed to ignore half your order, then hurry you down the line like cattle. They got my order wrong and before I could even say anything they had it bagged and were asking for payment. Was so taken aback by being treated basically like livestock I just took the wrong order so I could leave.

Not a favorite of mine, for what I pay for 3 entries I would rather go to an all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurant that had a much larger selection. Food tastes the same as any other Chinese place. It is convenient and has a drive-thru. Service was speedy even when it was busy and the staff was friendly and worked to get the food available promptly.

Overall the location has great service and great food. Most of the time they have most items in stock and it s fresh and hot. The restaurant is usually pretty clean and staff for the most part is friendly. Parking: Sometimes the parking lot can get congested with the drive-through line if it s backed up. And it s also connected with the Walmart parking lot which has had construction lately so that causes some congestion as well..

Ive always had great experience with Wichita Falls store! Food has always been hot and fresh and the service has always been good in person! Ive had pretty good luck when ordering online through a delivery service as well, except for a couple of times when my drinks didnt get delivered with the rest of my order. So everytime Ive called to ask to see if my drink was still there or not the manager would say and take the blame for it everytime, and try to make it right the best way they could. Ive turned it down everytime as well because I live in a town outside of this stores location and for me I just was wanting to know if it was the delivery service that screwed up or the store. Honesty is all I was looking for and for this crew at this store location in Wichita Falls, I will continue to do business and help bring business to them because of their honesty, the customer service they have and the hard work they do everyday to feed anyone that come through their doors or drives up to that speaker! This is a nice location. The servers/staff are friendly, and usually really busy. The facility is clean and orderly. Most of the time theyre pretty quick. The food is fresh and hot. Since this is a busy (and only) location in Wichita Falls, they are sometimes a bit slower. Today, I had to wait about 10 minutes for super greens to be made. That happens now and then. Its part of the Panda Express experience. I am so happy that the honey sesame chicken is on the menu, permeantly. I like like the spring rolls and cream cheese Rangoon... so yummy. Today, a large group of thirty or forty middle school students and adults came in from a field trip. The place crazy loud and the line extended out the front door. I felt sorry for the staff. They handled it really well. It took a little while to get all those guests through the line. When I left there were about ten people remaining in line. The drive thru had around six cars in line. I would recommend Panda Express... I like their food. Freshly made, hot and mostly fast service. Really friendly staff. Vegetarian options: They serve rice, chow mein noodles, and steamed super greens. They also serve spring rolls and cream cheese Rangoon... They also have a vegetarian orange chicken. Parking: A bit tight in the parking lot, but plenty of spaces adjacent in the Wal-Mart parking lot, as well. Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap parking spaces near the front. Walker and Wheelchair accessible but a bit difficult to enter/exit without assistance opening the door. The tables have plenty of room to sit using a wheelchair.

This used to be one of our very regular food stops. It has changed so much in the last couple of years it is crazy. I had to change my rating of it from a 5 to a 2. The food is pretty decent, when they have it. The service is abysmal. Well, unless you are in the Drive-Thru. I know this has been mentioned in other reviews and I just want to reiterate it. I understand the purpose of a drive-through and that it does need attention, however last time we were there it was pretty well proven that this needs to be a drive-thru only restaurant, at least in the minds of the management and staff. I believe there were five and possibly six people working in the service area when we came in for a sit-down meal. There were still about an hour or so before they close so there was plenty of time to enjoy some good food, or so we thought. The drive-thru line was atrocious and I did not feel like packing it up and bringing it home and eating on TV trays. We entered and started looking at the food and waited and waited and waited for someone to even ask if they could help us. My fiance finally said something about wanting to order and we were told to wait just a minute and they would be with us. They finally came over to take her order and she asked for brown rice, which was right in front of us. They said that there was no brown rice. She informed them that it was right in front of them and they told her that they were using that for the drive-thru. Strike one. She then asked about waiting for some more and they told her that that was not going to happen because it was too late for them to make up even a small batch. Strike two. She settled with white rice because there was virtually no fried rice and she knew that I would want that. As we both made our way down the line we were met with constant stories of how the food we saw was already going to be used in the Drive-Thru. The staff was not truly rude just extremely matter of fact and very disinterested in the fact that they had only a few items for anyone who might want to eat in the restaurant for the remaining hour and 15 minutes. We did mention to the cashier that we thought it was funny that they seem to be more interested and drive through than in House dining, but he responded that that was just the way they worked. Strike three. After all of that fun and excitement I would love to tell you that the food was excellent like we had been used to in the Metroplex and that the soft drink machine did not taste like watered down drinks, but I will not mislead you like they did me and to assuming that they wanted my business.

Food is always good and fresh I actually got the orange chicken today which is my kids favorite. I normally do grill teriyaki chicken breast half n half chow mein and super greens with Teriyaki sauce over everythang....yes Everythang. Spring rolls are an excellent choice as well with sweet n sour sauce for me. Crab Rangoon is considered as a entrée as well hint hint clue clue. Smile n Enjoy

I love ordering something and getting the complete wrong food on my 30 min lunch lunch break. We won t be eating this dog food though!!! When customers are not satisfied with their experience it would be better next time to, i don t know maybe give us our money back??

Food was ok but commenting on the portion for the price. For 8 dollars I expect more than 5 pieces of small cut chicken. Will be going to Hunans Chinese food from now on for chicken fried rice.
