Visiting from Kentucky for a wedding. We needed groceries for 4 days for a larger group. We chose HEB plus! What a HUGE supermarket. It was very, very clean and organized. Shelves were well stocked and there was a large variety of items in each category which was nice. Store was busy, but never felt crowded. Wish there were H E B stores in KY.

At this H-E-B Plus, they are always very curteous and friendly to me. One of the most important and key factors is the amount of electric carts they have available for those whom are disabled. I underwent my 3rd major reconstructive knee srgery in 2 years, this last Jan. It was a very complex surgery the ortho had ever done. He did a great job, but the recovery is much longer than anticipated. Thus, Having readily available 20 or more electric carts is HUGE for me...and is why I stopped shopping at their competitor that always seems to be out of the 4 or 5 they have.

this HEB gets very crowded, just a warning to people that are in a hurry - its Definitely not IN AND OUT- i recommend this HEB and the one on Trenton for the best selection of Ready made meals. This HEB has the chicken place inside, Trenton has BBQ! those ready made ribs AHHH AMEN

Love that we get to talk to the cashier and ask anyone for help and if we have trouble with our cards they are able to key our cards not like Walmart their employees are not able to with anything we as customers scan are groceries and we bag it and employees still want to check receipt at the door it getting out of hand,.

I stopped to pick up some sweets for a party. Found a couple of items on special, so I grabbed them and proceeded to the checkout. Found one of the items was not registering on sale. After paying, I noticed the regular price. Cashier then tells me to go to the courtesy booth for a refund. What? So much for the quick in and out.

Sushiya, Im not sure what youre doing but youve made this chicken inedible. The label used to feature the time meals were made. I see its gotten less informative for the customers so were unable to choose what is fresh. Additionally this meal was $10, Im only able to eat the portion of rice which I had to purchase additional sauces for. Yall are becoming the problem.

Excellent service and staff. Everyone at the store is polite and attentive. It s always a good time when shopping at HEB. The store has just about everything that you can possibly need. The food is top notch and never disappoints. All of the produce is fresh and the meat is packaged daily. The selection is also vast and some of the limited run items are incredible. My only complaint is that the Bourbon Barrel Aged HEB sausages are limited time only. Please, make them a forever item.

I am so disappointed in HEB.. I went today and did a last minute shopping for Valentines Day.. Oh boy was that a mistake l. What I usually pay for a bouquet of flowers on a regular day is $9.99. Boy did this HEB price gouge the heck out this today I paid $30 for it today and the flowers weren t even all that flowers dying rose petal falling off just pure disappointment for $30. But I guarantee this post doesn t even make it to the right people to fix their mistakes oh well

Worst experience I ve had at H-E-B!!! Employees made me feel like I was being watched for stealing something. I thought I was being paranoid after somebody from management randomly came up to me, to ask if I needed help. Then as I paid for all my items, the cashier receives a phone call and suspiciously holds on to my receipt and looks at it for good minute.
