The fish was cooked & seasoned perfectly! My hats off to the Cook.. The owner was kind, polite & accommodating with some special requests. This is not some Crooked Corporate Crap, its what I cook at home. Sides are sides but the fish shines here. Thank you guys for satisfying my craving.

Spent about 50 dollars for 2 meals, 2 small hush puppies in each, and 2 very small containers (two spoon fulls, maybe?) Of coleslaw. The oil was old the food was already cold, and it was just not worth the money. We also bought the alligator bites, 9 dollars for 5 balls of alligator and bad texture cheese, with barely any gator in the balls. Honestly, not worth the money for some simple cat fish and hush puppies and coleslaw. Id stay away, the salsa tastes watered down, the beans were absolutely disgusting, and the portion of coleslaw was laughable.

This place has some great catfish and beans to fill you up. Good relaxing atmosphere too sit and just enjoy your food without it being too loud and feeling like you have to speak loudly to be heard or having to text back and forth just to have a conversation. So I highly recommend this place to go and embittered some great food and relaxed atmosphere.

What? I cant believe my taste buds. I ordered the Catfish & Shrimp dinner and a side salad bar. I hurt myself. This catfish and shrimp are some of the best in the country. If you live local, you know what Im talking about. If you are passing through...STOP HERE! Served with creamy cole slaw and choice of fries or okra, this is an all-you-can-eat buffet, but a single platter of wonderful. The catfish and shrimp did not have any fancy seasoning, it was plain good. It was as close to GOOD home cookin as you could possibly get. Only my stepmom can make comparable fried catfish, she uses seasoning. But this place cooks catfish and shrimp to crispy, moist flavorful perfection. We eat catfish freshly caught from the river, but this is the best! I took half my food home. Tartar sauce, cocktail sauce and lemons are provided, but they are truly condiments, not cover ups for flavor. It was so good, I ate until I hurt myself. I havent even mentioned the simply fresh salad bar. Love their blue cheese dressing! Dont let the outside, keep you from going inside. It has a great atmosphere lots of space, clean and so friendly. The server was very welcoming and made sure I was taken care of. Im home now and wanna go back!

Chicken fried steak was disgusting,I mean awful, part of it there was no meat just breading but it was way overcooked and tasted burnt and fishy and gross .The good was the catfish it was great as was the tartar sauce,the hush puppies which I was looking so forward to were so hard I mean I could have broken a tooth trying to eat them.The waitress was friendly as was another waitress who we had interactions with.I guess dont go to a Catfish grill and order Chicken fried steak ,or hush puppies.The iced tea was really good too .

We just left this restaurant and let me say ... hands down the best service in Wichita Falls!! We ordered the catfish and shared the plate because it was so much food! It was my first time to eat there. I was really disappointed. It was a little warm where we were sitting and kept having to fight off the flies. When she served my plate, it was very bland looking with under cooked fish and those cheap skinny fries. The worst part is I paid almost $19.00 for it. I wont go back. First time eating here and so far it was good. We ordered the fried catfish with a side of coleslaw, hushpuppies, and okra. It didnt take long to recieve our order probably about 5 - 10 mins but while we waited we were able to eat some beans and salad. We arrived at noon to order take out. It wasnt too busy and the waitress was very courteous, helpful and patient. I ordered the fried fish dinner. It had 8pcs of fish with a side, hush puppies and coleslaw for $19. The fish was hot! It was only tasty with the tartar sauce. My okra and hush puppies were bland as well. If there was 10 stars as a review I would give them 10 stars .This is The only place that we will go to get our salad . Everyone is so nice and understanding expecially towards me as I am a little slow . Everyone makes you feel welcome . They do not rush you and they welcome you with open arms . If you are looking for a nice place that you can go out to eat at and feel welcome then Catfish Grill is the place that you want to be. They treat you like family. The restaurant is clean and even the bathroom is clean . You dont really come here for atmosphere. Its not that the place is bad, cuz it isnt, but it isnt updated either. But the fish is always good, and that big pot of beans that you can fix up like you like them is also terrific. Hush puppies are good, too, and are excellent crumbled in those beans. Been going there for years. Now the future looks doubtful. Daught er ordered the Catfish Combo. Great mound of food. I ordered the large Catfish platter and got 4 small pieces of fish and Cold Fries. For $20. Complimentary beans were way below safe serve temperature and service was slow. Food was not good at all , beer battered fish was frozen whole cod without the batter more like un season flour. Catfish was worse. Sponge rubber like it was resting in water. Lead cook handling food without gloves. Times are definitely not good when you go out and spend 41.56 for catfish and fish and chips . Wish I could get my money baçk the food sucks!!!! Not to mention one of the cook/dishwasher dropped plates on the floor and picked them up off the floor and put them back into rotation without rewashing. SMH will not be back waste of money and time. My husband and I ate here tonight based on the good reviews . The food was disgusting , cold and a joke. It was freezing in the place and when the waitress walked her shoes would make a sound like they were sticking to the floor with each step. Amazingly tasty at first! But then woke up later that night with anxiety and severe nausea and threw it up. Ate it once more a week later, and felt like puking right after I ate it and could not stomache the taste of the catfish anymore. The hushpuppies smell horrible and taste almost just as bad. The only redeeming part of the catfish meal I had were the fries. If you already have stomache problems, never eat here. (EDIT: Apparently the owner of this place has no shame in how bad their food is, and has decided to be petty in their reply. Maybe if your food wasnt garbage, this wouldnt have happened. I almost never have any issues consuming fast food of any sort. My stomach was not the problem, your food and attitude are. I took my and husband and father here the day before Fathers Day, they were out of beans which was offered free, we got our food and the hush puppies were burnt crispy they had to remake those, the fries were cold they had to remake those, they forgot my okra appetizer which didnt come til after I received my meal, the waitress was friendly but more friendly to the people she knew and we was only offered refills one time on drinks. When our fresh fries came out the guy brought then out slid them on the table and sorry the cook aint worth a s@!h. My dad enjoyed the catfish but over all I will probably not come again.

First, the parking available was atrocious. The restaurant itself wasnt very clean, the trashcan next to our table was filthy. There were 2 waitresses for the entire floor. There were zero tables available. The fish was good, but my daughter ordered chicken fingers and the inside of the batter was raw. The waitress was very kind, just extremely busy, so really unable to do her job effectively and efficiently, not her fault though. One of the kitchen staff boys, though, kept coming out, staring at my 12yo girl with his pants halfway down his thighs showing his As*. Not thrilled about that. I doubt we will be back while going through town.

Always good. Fish and Chips are the best. Fish is Pollock and big. Fish was 8 to 10 inches long and 4+ wide and cooked perfect. Chicken fried steak was perfect and thick. Its our go to place when we come to Wichita. Service was friendly and courteous.

Thank you Catfish Grill! I order food for my Mother who lives in Wichita Falls (I am in Florida) through Bite Squad. You guys made her a Happy Mom with your Catfish Basket and Chips and Salsa. She said the Fillets were huge and so delicious! I will from now on order from your Restaurant since I had a bad experience with Pioneer. Thank you for stepping up to the plate and offering great food!

OMG ever aspect of the experience was awesome!!! Im always looking for an incredible eatery for CATFISH lol. Down to earth, laid back and my waitress was the only one waitressing I belie be. She freaking had things under control without missing a beat!!

Well once again we gave this place a shot hopeful we wouldnt have any issues...we went @ 6 in the evening and they didnt have any beans to serve with our fish.. My cousins fish smelt spoiled and the coleslaw didnt look good and taste good at all.. Now we both have been sick today With stomach issues...I think we might have gotten a mild case of food poison...and when u leave u come out of there smelling like a dam grease trap!!..we definitely wont be back...so glad we have other fish places to go to in town now!!...oh by the way the waitress was awesome! She went above and beyond...shes a 5 star employee.
