It was okay, drive thru was fast as always, I have been going to this canes since it opened but the quality has gone down a lot, and the size of the portions for the price ($18+ which is crazy) is really not worth it, I have tried to give it a chance like 4 times in the past 3 months but I am sure the portions get smaller and the price goes up, I hope yall can go back to what it was :)

**Terrible Experience at Raising Canes - Not Worth It** Ive been a loyal Raising Canes customer for years, but the location here has consistently disappointed me. Ive held off on writing this review for two months, thinking maybe they just had a bad day. Unfortunately, thats not the case. I eat here twice a week, and its clear that this place doesnt care about the quality of their food. First off, my order is wrong at least 50% of the time. It s incredibly frustrating to get home only to realize they ve messed up my meal yet again. And when the order is correct, the food is still a letdown. The fries and chicken taste like they ve been frozen for who knows how long. You can literally taste them fresh out of the freezer, and it ruins the entire meal. For anyone who knows anything about cooking, it s obvious they re frying the chicken straight from frozen. This makes it tougher than when you fry it thawed, and it s painfully clear that no time or care is taken to make sure its done right. To add insult to injury, the chicken tenders are ridiculously small compared to the Raising Canes down the street. Half the time, the tenders are literally half the size! It s like they re cutting corners on everything, from food quality to portion size. After giving this location more than enough chances, I can confidently say I will never be coming here again. Save your money and go to a different Raising Canes. This one is not worth the hassle or the disappointment.

Visited on a Sunday at lunch and arrived just before a group of about 30 HEB (?) employees came in. We received our food quickly and it was great - split one of the meals with my wife. The large group was also served quickly. The 3 stars is only because it was so loud but it may normally be quite. Well visit again and find out.

Great place for takeout. I give 4 of 5 stars because we usually have to pull around the drive thru and park and wait for our food when there is literally only 1 item on the menu. Seriously it s only Chicken and besides having it on a sandwich, they serve up tenders but the wait is never that long. The staff is friendly and the food is about what you d expect from a fast-Food Chicken joint.

if you havent had the opportunity to grab some chicken tenders from Canes, oh man you dont know what your missing the tenders are fried to perfection, the sauce they give you with the tenders is amazing and the toast the serve is mouth watering.. its a great place to eat and Ive never had any issues with my orders not being correct...the only way to understand is up go by there and see for yourself I can assure you, you wont be disappointed..A+

We had such a great experience with Cane s NB & the staff working drive thru this past Sunday, definitely want to shout them out,.. only got the name of the young man, Anthony, though To make a long story short, we had placed an order & came through drive through to retrieve it and a few items had been left out..nbd. It was for my teens bday sleepover w/ lots of different box combos so super easy to make a small mistake, and I apologized to them for the trouble, told them I would absolutely just take the missing items.. But Anthony & the others in drive thru were so sweet about just remaking the entire order. When they brought the remake order out to the car, Anthony also gave us a couple free combo cards for my teen for her bday , which was not necessary, but was so incredibly sweet. We had had such a long day of mishap after mishap on her bday, that the extra gesture made me literally tear up with gratitude. Thank yall for the kindness & amazing customer service.

Typical fast food chicken. No such thing as five star fresh chicken tenders. They are not bad, kids love them. Not a place to get full at. Prices as fair as fast food can be. Mostly clean inside. Staff is what you would expect for minimum wage employees. Parking: The parking lot was recently renovated, but still is a confusing mess. They did the best they could with the shopping center they are in.

So I went through the drive-thru today ordered the Caniac combo and ask for no slaw with extra fries and ketchup they give me one ketchup slaw and no extra fries. Usually when I go through theyre pretty good and I dont have to check before I leave come on Raising Canes just give me what I pay and ask for. Id appreciate it. Thank you for the delicious food that I did get. So further looking at my meal I didnt get the Caniac combo I got the box combo which comes with four tenders and not six that I asked for so Raising Canes Im pretty upset right now I really dont want to go back because I just got home and I just got comfortable but Ill be back tomorrow and be telling all about this. I stopped and ordered takeout at this location. Their drive-through system is very quick and efficient to accommodate the volume of customers in line. The food was warm and tasted fresh. First of all, Ive never been to a Raising canes before but have heard decent things so today after a long day at Landa park we decided to try it. Since we had our doggo in the car we hit the drive thru and first thing I noticed was the fact they only had 4 different meals ... But I am super indecisive so this was perfect haha. We got the 3 chicken finger meals and they were what I expected, chicken fingers. Nothing to special about them, they were tender, semi crispy and hot but I did however love the sauce. I would buy a large bottle for my house if they had them ( maybe they do but I didnt really ask). Id say this is a great place for a fast quick lunch and since its such a small menu, its probably always fast. Vegetarian options: All chicken. I suppose the fries would be ok?

The drive through shares space with the entrance/exit. I would not recommend dining in...only drive through. Be careful and watch for pedestrians walking through the drive through lines. It is not safe. Parking: Be careful if you park. You must walk through the drive through lane to enter.

Went through the drive thru today asked for a 3 finger combo coleslaw instead of fries extra sauce instead of the toast I m doing Keto. A lady chimes in . our system can t do that mind you, I wasn t asking for a price adjustment just something to accommodate my diet. The sauce is 40 cents the toast is $1.40. I mean just take out the toast, and replace it with a sauce like the other locations do. It s not difficult, or it shouldn t be. Needless to say, I kept making my way down 35, and went to the Schertz location no issues there I mean two button pushes and kept on moving!

Staff here are great and helpful, no hate to them at all they re always nice. but the food here . idk what they did, last time i ate here was 2 years ago and the food was decent for fast food (already horrible for you) but what happened!! they re serving chicken knuckles now instead of chicken fingers, cause they re half the size. they don t give you ANY fries anymore. and the toast isn t even cooked on both sides?? the sauce taste horrible now too, and can we be honest here??? the chicken doesn t even taste good and it s rubbery. i don t eat fast food regularly so this was gonna be be a treat but I m gonna stick to cooking my own chicken. cause 12$, TWELVE whole dollars for what i received was not worth it at all. maybe 5$. how come these companies are making america obese and not even making it taste good!!

I enjoy Canes and you should too the staff is super friendly the service is excellent and this is a comapny that trains all employees right and the customers right as well. I called before they closed about 12 minutes. Got here a few minutes before they closed. Said they just pull through the drive-through and when we get there they just the employees just look at us through the window and then ignore us just looked at each other and started laughing and talking absolutely ridiculous as a manager of a restaurant they should be fired it was a short girl with dark hair and an older lady with blonde hair completely disrespectful.
