After surviving Texas highways for seven years without one windshield break. I managed to break 2 in 3 months. The first vehicle was a 2009 Nissan Pathfinder, and it admittedly did not go smoothly, requiring 2 return trips before it was all said and done. So when I broke my second windshield on my 2013 Lincoln MKZ I had no plans to go back, until Safelite wanted to charge an extra $450 to recalibrate my car for the automatic cruise control, lane assist, automatic wipers ect. Which was something I could do on my own and requires nothing but putting the car in calibration mode and driving it. After almost having an aneurysm I decided to give Hawkins another shot. Im glad I did, everything went smooth this time around and thanks to forscan was able to complete the calibration on my own time. The staff was always polite and courteous even when we were struggling with the first car. So now after this second experience Ill take that one as a fluke and will go back if needed.

Absolutely amazing experience. Late yesterday afternoon, I saw that my rear window was shattered. I went over to Hawkins, dropped my truck off, and had that window and two others replaced within 24 hours for about the cost that SafeLite would have charged for the one. The customer service was incredible, and I wouldn t consider going anywhere else for any auto glass work I need from now on.

LESSON LEARNED!!! I am a yelp weakling and selected the Cheapest options for windshield replacement. This was a FAILED attempt because of multiple reasons except my bias towards cheap options. First I was a SUCKER to the military discount. Next was that the windshield doesn t make physical contact to the OEM windshield frames mounting surfaces. (They bridged the gap with a 1/2 or more of inch sealant between the glass and car frame making it incredibly squeaky). Some secondary consideration is viewing out the rear view mirror. I can t see anything because of the vibrations from the sealed but floating windshield from the frame. My rear view mirror is constantly vibrating because of the road. I could see license plate from 100 s of feet but now I can only see 2-4 car lengths if I m lucky. I mentioned my concerns of OEM mounting solutions that has NO gap between the glass and the FACTORY interior molding. Their technician insisted that they knew what right looks like because they install around 20 a day. Now there is a 1/2 inch or MORE buffer zone because this is how they have always done it (I brought my concerns to the company and they sent their inspector to tell me what is their exceptional standard is . I mentioned my concerns of a physical gape between the windshield and dashboard but was told that factory installation of a SEAMLESS seal around the windshield is to prevent objects from falling behind the dashboard. FUN NOTE. My sun shade falls behind the dashboard NOW. BOTTOM LINE. They are cheaper than the rest because they are NOT AS GOOD AS THE OTHERS!!!! I WASTED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR SUBPAR services!!! I Should ve use Safelight Autoglass!!! Lesson learned AND WILL NOT RETURN!!!

We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend Hawkins Auto Glass! We bought a new/used motor home, didn t even make it home and the windshield popped out! We went into panic mode so we gave Mike a call, told him what happened, he explained it wasn t unusual and made us feel better about the situation! We were worried how we would get it there during business hours since we both work and live in Oklahoma! Mike and his staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating! Jimmy met us at the shop after hours so we could drop it off! Huge thanks to Hawkins Auto Glass staff your commitment to customer satisfaction and kindness definitely shows! Couldn t get a hold of them because of severe storms they had last night. So I drove in hoping to get windshield replaced. I hit a big bird doing 75 mph, couldn t keep driving it ad it was dropping glass inside truck. Well these are some of the nicest and most professional, helpful people I have come across out here on the road. Got right on me even though there shop was packed and their installers know what they are doing. If you need glass and your close by go see them. You won t find better office people to deal with or installers!

Hawkins Auto Glass is the best place in the area for vehicle glass replacement! Their price, service, and attention to detail are barnone! I have had glass replaced at other places and have always been dissatisfied to the point of dreading getting my glass replaced on my vehicles. Hawkins has now replaced glass on two of my trucks. Mike removed, cut , and replaced the drivers door window in my 1946 Ford. Dropped off the car in the morning and was done by early afternoon. Fast service from the friendliest people. The office staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. Will be using Hawkins for all of our glass needs in the future.

We re glad we called Hawkins Auto Glass for a quote on our Jeep windshield, as it was nearly 50% less than similar services in Lawton OK! The shop is not near anything much within walking distance (would be a long walk through a rough neighborhood) so a drop-off is best plenty of places downtown to hang out, or bring a book if you don t mind waiting in the small reception area.

Called for a price on windshield rock chip and made an appointment and they told me that it would take an hour which was fine but it took nearly two hours but for the price (40$) I paid I m not complaining. The office staff was very hospitable and they kept in forming me on the progress and the gentleman working on my truck also apologized for taking so long but I d rather have it done right and not have to come back. I brought my VW in and Ive had many bad experiences with windshield installs. Ive had rippling from people putting in cheep glass, to horrible wind noise due to inexperienced installers! Hawkins Auto Glass is the place to go. They are honest and trustworthy with experience to back it up! I asked all the questions, they gave all the right answers, so I took my car to them for the windshield repair. Everything was perfect especially the price! Customers be advised, which I was not, this business will go through a process of finding the best discount part to replace what it broken in your vehicle. So when they order it and go to fix it, it may not be a good fit. Which means they will need the vehicle another day. Also, just know that they close their doors at 5:00 PM. So not knowing this, imagine my surprise when I roll up at 5:15 and its locked up! Another day in waiting! Upon inspection of the work done.... it works and seems to be in order, but there was some sort of fastener found in the floor board of the car. I can only imagine where it goes. Other than that.... cant complain about the price I paid.

Hawkins Glass Repair was amazing right out of the chute. From my initial phone call all the way through to retrieving my pick-up after the job was done. They were so knowledgeable, helpful, patient, professional, a crazy great price and they guarantee their work! I spoke with them late on a Monday afternoon to have a shattered rear window replaced and even though they had to order the glass, my truck was in at 8:30 the very next morning and I was able to pick it up by 3:30. They did the most amazing job cleaning up the shattered glass that was all behind the seat that was my mess when I took the truck to them, not any mess they even contributed to. Not a lot of companies go that extra mile anymore and I appreciate it so much. The window and the seal are perfect! If you need any glass work done, you absolutely need to call them! I ll be recommending Hawkins every chance I get.
