My husband and I went here earlier today (as of 9/28/24) and got our food. The entirety of the order was wrong. We were missing multiple sides, (in fact, we only got 1 of our sides) and the chicken was completely mix-matched and most of it was stone cold due to I guess it sitting out for a long time. Well, of course, we dont realize this until we get back. We eat what we can, because we are feeding multiple people, and I call the store to tell them about my issue. Oliver, some sort of management, informs me I will have to bring my entire order back (and even says its okay to do so tomorrow!) and they will replace everything. Yes. You read that right. He wants me to bring the CHICKEN BONES back so he can count it as inventory. He also says he wont be replacing everything. You spend almost $35 at this place and they have zero care if you get what you paid for. Im pretty pissed. All I can say is: Dont go when youre in a rush, check the bag BEFORE you leave the parking lot, and get your chicken remade if its stone cold. Doing all 3 of these things would have saved me a lot of headache, because now Im out of $35 and I will definitely not be coming back, which sucks, because when they have actually competent management their food is really good.

Now I dont want to give a horrible review but I want the boss to do something about it I ordered the number 5 piece chicken tender with five tenders in it, fries and a biscuit and I got four chicken tenders and one hot wing I bit fully into it expecting no bones and thats exactly what I got if I wanted a spicy chicken wing I would have asked for it but I didnt I asked for a five-piece chicken tender I got a four piece chicken tender with a spicy chicken wing either theyre not doing their job good enough in there and not paying attention to what theyre serving to their customers are there just really shity at doing their job please boss do something about this

This place has gone down hill. The food is mediocre to horrible. Depends on when you go. The chicken seems like it oven baked with grease dripping out. The batter is soft to nonexistent. The sides I always order is cold to warm. Never hot. The interior is dirty and hardly kept up. The fountain area is always dirty with certain drinks out for more than a year. The restrooms are so disgusting to enter.

This is a really good Popeyes. The only reason Ive given four stars instead of five is that the chicken is occasionally overcooked to the point of rubberiness, and I recently received a badly undercooked blackened tender. Theyre spot on the majority of the time though and Im happy we have a quality Popeyes in Odessa.

I came through the drive thru i told them my number for my online order. Then I order my food on top of that. Instead of giving my food in the drive thru of which they are supposed they put at the front inside of the restaurant. And I had to turn around and go inside and tell them they said we put it inside. And i was in the drive thru. Everything rises and falls on Leadership. You have a bad leader then the people will be confused and lost.

First time ever. Was surprised at how the food was like truck stop food. Like it came out of a frozen bag. Horrible!! Employees were on phones with no care about me. (Only person there) I hear raves on UTUBE about the flavors. It was way below any other fast food. My buddy with me says same thing. What a let down.

Absolutely horrible!! I tried to come here and order food. Me and my friend stood there for about 20 minutes. Cashier saw us, said absolutely nothing to us. No can I take your order or Ill be right with you. Nothing. Just stood there and completely ignored us. If you dont want us to order food here, then we wont! Not at all worth your money to eat here.

This has become my new favorite Popeyes location. I always order in the app for the points but I do eat inside the restaurant. My food was ready to go and hot when we got there. I had my whole family and did ask for something to serve the food on, they quickly accommodated me. Super friendly staff and everyone was working hard. The restaurant was very clean, and just a great experience, keep up the good work.

We got two of the surf and turf and an order of garlic boneless wings. The fact that there is not a menu before you get to the ordering menu is anxiety inducing as you know theyre trying to be quick, and Ive never been here before, so i dont know what i want. It didnt turn out to be a huge issue, as we were stopped from ordering a couple of times and then sort of rushed through. I, as the passenger, was not able to see the bottom of the menu at all. It has the sides and the drinks. And she says, sides? What sides??? Frustrating, which is probably more of an issue with my husband dropping the ball and not thinking Id like to know what the options are. Im sure you other wives can relate to this irritation in itself. Anyway, we get to the window, and again, my husband thinks of only himself, asking for just ketchup for fries i wont eat. Dummy! So i say, yall dont have dipping sauce or shrimp cocktail sauce? They did, damn babe, rude much? The chicken was juicy, the 4 little shrimps i got (i was skimped on the shrimp, obviously) was good and didnt even take a whole cocktail sauce for them. I loved the red beans and rice. I could have used some beans in it, mostly rice. The lemonade was really good. The biscuit was good. Could have used some butter, though. All in all, it was better than what you can usually get around here, being Odessa.

So thier chicken sandwich price went up like everywhere else. The problem is the quality went down the chicken is small,smaller than the bun even and thinner only about a 1/4 of the size it use to be. It was very disappointing even gave the rest to my dog because it wasnt good,and thats sad.The lady said that is what corporate is sending now. Was very disappointed with the quality of the food.

Its a hit or miss, service is usually pretty good, but I hate they dont make online orders ahead of time, cuz they use a get an order make the order method, so online ordering just skips the ordering process, if theyre busy you still have to wait in line then when its your turn theyll get your printed receipt & make your order, they dont even read it beforehand so its not uncommon for them to have to wait on food for the order to be made, might as well just order there.

This was our first and last time here. I don t expect much honestly, but We were in a hurry and needed to be down the street in 30 min so thought we could stop for a snack. Got in at 3pm and finally ordered at 3:06pm despite no one in front of us. After 20 min and hearing them dinging happy birthday to a co worker, I went up and asked because we needed to leave. They were all eating cake and said they just dropped the chicken in the fryer . I asked if we could go ahead and get the fries and biscuits so my kids can eat some thing and they gave them to us but they were cold and hard. I went back up at 3:32 and they gave us the food. We took it in the car to go, and I gave it to my kids Chicken was raw! We went back and I got a refund. They were extremely uncaring over it. My family and I have always enjoyed Popeyes, but tonights meal and service just wasnt it. We had ordered chicken breasts and 2 shrimp meals. The shrimp was so dry and greasy, the bread slipped off of it because there was no shrimp attached to it. Ive had cup noodles with bigger shrimp than the ones Ive tried to eat today. The same goes for the chicken as well. There was hardly any chicken, like they over-fried everything or it was old and reheated. I physically feel nauseated on how much grease I consumed in my meal. We had to order another combo just to feel somewhat filled in our stomachs. Im not sure if it was because there was a whole new staff in charge, or maybe they downsized their supply. All I know is were highly unsatisfied with what we had to work with. Even ordering another chicken on the side, one of the staff members, I believe was the only cook, had an attitude to fry another piece of chicken for us. We did not complain, just ordered on another ticket. But, with 2 meals back to back, both dry and greasy, with no meat, I found it only fair to express the loss of money and meals we had tonight. Hopefully Popeyes hires new management, or a new crew all together, because the way they cooked our meals and their attitude towards us was not soulful as it shouldve been and I remember it being. Hire who knows what theyre doing please.

i will never come here AGAIN!!! came here about 3:45/3:50 around there and the lady in the window WAS the worst customer service asked ab the sauce and she just walks off was ordering my food and sounded like she hated her job !!! was not helpful at all this was my worst 1st time experience

I just picked up my online order from there less than 10 minutes ago and they are very amazing. They not only showed the best customer service 30 minutes before close, but also were very prepared with our order before us getting there despite not having a good list of things from their menu. Highly recommend and very pleased with their service. Never disappointed

First of all, I Love Popeyes, always have and the food was good today. The reason for the 3 stars is because when I went in, there were 3 or 4 tables being used, I was the only new customer, and all but 2 or 3 of the remaining tables were dirty. There was a huge chicken strip on the floor by the door, and when I went to get tea, there wasnt any out front. So I asked for it in the back and they said they were out. I dont drink pop so I got unsweetened. It was nasty old tasting. So I paid for a drink I didnt get. This was at about 6:40 in the evening. They were not busy. No reason for a nasty unprepared store.

I saw employee sneezed over the cooking chicken They always put less than ordered Employee smokes weed around the store in their car There s manager she is very short and has short hair She doesnt understand once You have to tell her many times therefore she can understand :) Dirty store I saw employee picking his nose too I dont recommend this place also On my chicken there were thick chicken feather I dont recommend this place Or go order for throw up later

The service isn t bad, but they are always out of sauces and sides. I keep giving them chances because I understand the shortages going on. However, I would go somewhere else if I knew they were out of things that I request while I m ordering and don t find out they re out until I ve paid and received my order, and ask for it again. At least put up a sign or tell me you re out when I request them while ordering. I m going to have to pass on this place from now on due to constant disappointment. Good thing Cane s just opened.

Dulce/candy is awesome she recognizes me and greets me with a smile every time I come in. I request my usual which she asked the cook to drop me fresh food with no problem. She needs to be a manager. People like this are assets to any company.
