I have attended both professional and personal events here and am always impressed by this venue. The space is clean and flexible and always feels welcoming, whether it s a surprise birthday party, a fundraiser, or a conference. The attached kitchen has all you could need to serve a great meal. I have enjoyed seeing how different size groups use Oak Crossing, as it is highly adaptable and the staff does an excellent job of making sure each event organizer s vision comes to life.

I held a surprise 50th birthday party for my wife that included family and friends. The accommodations were impeccable from the beginning to the end. The room set-up was perfect with state of the art technology and having access to a full commercial kitchen for our caterer was outstanding. Oak Crossing is a perfect venue for any event or celebration.

We held a birthday surprise party at Oak Crossing and it was the perfect space to accommodate all of our activities (cake/presents, photo booth, tv screens, DJ, dance floor, plenty of seating, tables, parking, and kitchen access). They provided us ample time for setting up and all the basic amenities. Communication prior to the event was friendly and well done.

Oak Crossing Event Center is a beautiful space and perfectly equipped with everything we needed to host several events, ranging from a day-long business meeting with multiple presenters, to a smaller group meeting designed for high school aged girls. The staff is wonderful, the parking is great, and its super easy to get to, even from Tyler and other surrounding areas. The Center has a tranquil atmosphere that just lends itself so well to any type of event.
