2 Security took me out because of argument between me & 6 other girls that were Mexican Man handled me with 2 hands behind my back never asked me to leave just went straight to being aggressive! The security took my daughters pepper spray and refused to give it back to her when she left. Can you imagine if something had happened as she walked back to her car. I cannot believe you could be so ignorant and careless with the safety of your guest. I understand 100% about not having it while in the club, but you didnt escort her to her car.

Omg Burnhouse takes me back! Owned and ran by such incredible people that always take care of us every time we visit. And they have some of the best music/DJ s. And the bartenders are quick and always so kind! It s a big space with a great rooftop! Definitely take advantage while we have this weather, Texas lol. And they brought back their $2 Tuesdays which I cannot wait to go to!

Love the people that go there, but I advise caution with certain female bartenders, especially if youre a woman. While one bartender provides excellent service, there are two others who have been known to charge for drinks not ordered and are unwilling to correct the mistake.

I reserved a section and paid $600 and was denied access to the bathroom at 2 am. I understand they close at 2 am but I just really needed to go pee before leaving and the security did not let me in the restroom to just go pee for 20 seconds. Hopefully she never pees in her pants while on the job so she can feel what he/she made me feel after I paid so much money so she can have a job. I will never go here again. They don t appreciate good, honest paying customers that make jobs for them to have. I Even waited for 20-30 minutes after an employee tried to turn on a gas heater and my husband had to help the guys to turn it on for us after they tried for about 30 minutes. They just need to have better understanding humans as security. I would give zero stars if I could.

IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR BROKEN INTO, COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I had several co workers and friends warn me about this place. Everyone was saying dont go to burn house, they be robbing and stealing cars in the parking lot. I didnt listen to them and learned the hard way. Need security or a sting to set up in the parking lots. Other than the vehicle burglaries, service was great. Bartenders were quick. Staff was friendly. Just need to do something about the parking lot situation. Need to have a safe environment for your customers. WILL definitely not be coming back...... Parking: NEED to hire security or set up a sting to catch these thieves.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is AWFUL! I don t think they are following occupancy levels here, god forbid there is a fire or emergency because it s so packed in there. I went last night and couldn t breathe with how many people were crammed in there. There was liquid all over the floors, puddles basically, glass was breaking all over the floors and nobody came to clean, so people were stepping on it. I helped this girl who broke her shoe and was about to step barefoot into glass. Then, security has no control over anyone. A group of 10 men came through the front door and ran to the back, running over everyone in their way. Security came in there after trying to grab them, but were pushing over innocent people. Then my friend and I tried to leave and security had pushed a girl trying to fight, right into my friend, she was almost hit with a fist. This place is ratchet, go somewhere else.

Where do I start?! This place used to be somewhat decent so my friends and I went there for a girls night out. What a nightmare first thing was the parking situation. Why would they have a whole parking lot as valet parking charging 30 dollars? They only have a few spots for regular parking. I mean is not like this place is as nice and fancy for them to be charging big that much. Well I refused to pay that fee and parked on the back by the access road where other car were park. Then we encountered an angry bouncer and then the horrible drinks and atmosphere. How much more disappointing can a place get?! Well when I went to pick up my car they towed my car!!! That was the cherry on top! Just do yourselves a favor and stay away from this low class fancy wanna be place! AWFULNESS!!

If last weekends experience with an insecure man was a lesson in staying safe at home, last night I was assaulted, handcuffed and left exposed on the sidewalk by a bouncer because I would not let him confiscate my prescription ADHD medicine. He refused to help me cover myself after bouncing my head off the sidewalk and there were people recording my exposed self. I posted pictures of my bruises hours after I got out of jail. The bouncer did this, the police were absolutely wonderful and got me out as quickly as possible. Of course no charges were filed against me as I could prove the medication was mine. Shout out to Officer Espinoza who after working a 16 hour shift stayed a little longer to help me go home a few hours sooner.

Security guards mistakes me for someone else! Asked me to leave and says I d too much to drink, mind you I only had one drink. Follows me to parking lot severely invading my privacy. Gets in my face and I tell him to back off before I treat him as a threat and start defending myself. Then mr hot head top flight security guard puts on an act and starts yelling to his minions Oh! We have a hostile one grabs me and slams me to the floor with his minions and busted my lip. To that security guard reading . You deserve an Oscar for that amazing act. Come here if you want to experience security guards that love to overuse and abuse their power! I do not recommend this place at all! The before club area 21 was a wayyyy better environment. Bottom line is club went down hill and worst of all the security guards are all basically Karens! I d give this place a ZERO if I could!

You have to wear a mask to enter and they provide hand sanitizers like in every table. You don t have to wait long in line to enter like other places. Saturday is Latin night plus ladies are free and DJ Richie Rich plays the best music in the patio. The staff was welcoming and drinks didn t take long. This staff is unreal. Ill never bring my companies, my brands, my models here again. We always look for 18 and up clubs because of of our team may be 20. The club is far past its code for occupancy leaving people mad and fighting because everyone is pushing through. Even when others are harassing you the staff fail to do THEIR JOBS and completely ignore any dangerous signs of an issue or refuse to help when you ask nicely. Burnhouse staff is unbelievably rude!!!!! I waited in line, presented my ID to the bouncer, was told that my ID was not me, was asked to recite my birthday and address. I got both of them right of course because I was using my own ID! He proceeded to declare that I was a minor using a fake ID regardless, called security. I tried to explain what happen, that I did literally nothing wrong except stand in line and then present my ID! Was at this point told that I was drunk, which I was not! They put me in handcuffs, detained me for an hour! During which I was placed in the front seat of a random car with no police decal, still in handcuffs. The cops were called, they ran my ID. Found out that it was me all along. I was released. Proceeded to file a report with the Better Business Bureau. I received a phone call from the manager of Burnhouse, was told he was informed of my complaint and told to contact me. He was extremely rude! Instead of apologizing for his rude bouncer and for my unwarranted experience, he banned from going to Burnhouse again. I do not understand what makes him think I would ever want to return to an establishment with such unprofessional staff and management! I am currently continuing with an updated report to the Better Business Bureau. Take my advice and do not go here!

Drinks are not expensive at all. Bottle service is great with decent prices and the vibe there is pretty awesome. May get crowded on saturdays but other than that music is great with alot of variety in music. They play alot of reggeton, hip pop, edm and more. I recommend if you are celebrating. A Rooftop Lounge that cares about the people that walk through their door! My friend and I after a series of events were both without functioning phones shortly after arriving (via Uber) at Burnhouse. We had no way of calling an Uber to get home, and no way to contact our two friends who were late and hadnt shown up. Seeing that my friend was distressed, Terry and another gentleman working in the front offered to help and call us a ride home. Not only did they get us an Uber home, they paid for it and were very understanding of the situation. We never felt like a burden and got home safely when we didnt know how we would get home at all. My husband and I are from SA but live in California we came down to visit. we brought the whole line and the security guard with no ID scanner and no professional knowledge on ID checking nor a proper bouncer attire, the man confiscates my friends ID with out any prior questions off the ID or anything to clarify it is real.... we had to call the police & manager because he put the ID in his pocket and laughed in our faces and dismissed us to go home ... the officer asked my friend if she had a FACEBOOK to prove her age NOPE she only has Instagram with only 5 photos and nothing that says her age ... but for some reason her Instagram photos were enough to prove she was well over age. I told the manager they owe her an apology for our time and harassment and you know what he said If your gunna act like that yall can leave & Tried to stared me down, because they made a mistake and were embarrassed they were wrong and didnt want to apologies for there wrong doings we got dismissed. Not only did you miss out on out of state business but you also will be having bad word of mouth business sense everyone else who showed up with us lives in SA. First time visiting this place and it was really neat. If youre into the club scene its a decent spot. I was visiting here because I am a chauffeur and my clients wanted to come party. Apparently, one of my clients knows the manager or owner and they were able to pardon the entry fee for me because I needed to use the restroom. After I my visit to the R.R. I stood outside by the front door and waited for my clients to come out. I obsereved one particular doorman was being aggressive with the patrons. Swearing at them and staring them down. Another doormen was really nice, but after a small political debate I guess he got offended and ended the conversation quickly. For an adult man I was blown away, but no big deal. I stood there a little longer still waiting for my party to come out. The first doorman I mentioned then came to me with a bad attitude and rudely prompted me to leave the area. He told me if Im not buying anything then I need to go down the hall or wait at the bottom of the stairs.. The attitude he had was very unprofessional. Im in a suit and waiting for my clients. What safety issue do I pose? Furthermore, Im a chauffeur. I cant drink when im working. This place seems to have potential, however, the door staff are rude and unprofessional. I get it. If youre a doorman/bouncer you must need to have some edge about you. But to act like that is just unacceptable. Coming from someone in the customer service industry, that is a poor attitude. I will not be coming here for my own personal adventures.

Awful place. We had a reserved table and management kicked us off the table because there was another party that wanted it and they were willing to buy 5 bottles. They tried to make it right but it was too late.
