Ive been going to this location for at least 12 years or more. Nowadays, service and cleanliness have gone downhill. I know that, Twin Peaks and the other sportsbars across the freeway have hurt yalls business, but if yall watch yalls cameras a little more and see whats going on with management and staff on duty, you would see what I mean.

Service is extremely slow. When we arrived and ordered drinks it took about 10-15 mins for the waitress to serve the drinks and currently its been 30 minutes (that i ve started counting) since we ordered our food and theres still no sign of our food.

I have been to multiple hooters and thus far this one is my favorite. The servers and management are nice and helpful. The food is good and cooked well every time. There are tons of TVs for sports watching that they will easily accommodate to channel changes. I come here probably every other week.

The service was so bad! Although very sweet our server just maybe had too many tables but we got there at 620 left about 810 mainly just waiting to be helped then to get refills. The food was out and sat at window, we got it warm. Its not at all what it once was in quality and service.

The snow crab legs were so overcooked they were hard to Crack. I also ended up getting food poisoning I had to go to the ER that night after eating. Our service was awful she was even training another waitress and didnt even seem like she knew what she was doing to be a trainer.

It s hooters but I enjoyed my time with them, the food was good and the women was honestly friendly, now my water did come out with something in it but it wasn t to big a deal, bathroom was slightly dirty but also it was the man s room, other then that everything was good. I had mixed sliders and the burgers was good and the chicken sliders was really good. My server was great and she actually was the host but took over for my table because it was a family matter with the other server. My server was Anastasia.

This location (Webster) has really gone downhill!!! We used to live here weekly. We switched locations (Pasadena) due to our new puppy. The Pasadena location allows pets. Whenever we were in the bay area, we would stop by this location. I can honestly say, WOW!!! It seems as if they added games to attract the crowd that has been lost, but all it looks like is a desperation attempt to avoid closing business. The punching bag is immediately upfront, so it s difficult getting into establishment due to people hanging around cheering on whoever is killing the bag. Hostesses and waitresses are scarce and can t be found or just don t take the time to help. We asked for our wings to be cooked a bit longer and they were brought to us charcoaled (black)! The establishment is just a sad place to go to nowadays! Save yourself from everything wrong here and go to another location or go across the street to Twin Peaks.

So we arrived at 730pm. To watch the game and waitress starts off telling us that she is having a bad day and that we should wait to order our food because we are overwhelmed do we want to order now or can we wait. I don t understand in this day and time with this competition in the food industry especially wings department and you are the pioneers of this industry can t get your act together at this location. The manager she does not take control of this establishment and spent most the time up in the front instead of delegating the work force. It is now 942 pm and no food has arrived nor has the manager even approached to talk to the customers. This is unacceptable. @954 pm we got just a portion of our food. Look at the pictures and see they are not super swamped.

The food took an hour to get out to us and some of it was cold. What we did send back we didnt even get until we were walking out the door. Other people around us were also complaining about cold food. Waitress didnt check on us for around 10 minutes and we all needed refills or hadnt even gotten the original drink we asked for. At some points she was intentionally trying to avoid us or she just wasnt checking on anyone in the section for long periods of time. When we were about to leave we saw a giant cockroach crawling by our table. But even after all that, the most messed up part was that when we were waiting to be seated we were told veterans got to eat free today but when she brought the checks she told the veterans at our table the best she could do was a military discount. Would definitely not go back.

I ve loved their food for nearly 20 years, it s the only thing keeping me coming back. The hostess sucks, if she s even there when you show up. The waitresses suck, if you re lucky enough to catch the attention of one that ll take your table. None of them look happy or smile, 50/50 chance for a good attitude. The management sucks for not having enough people on the clock during busy hours & expected high volume during local sporting events. The most awful experience tonight, bad enough to consider finding my favorite wings elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Myself and my family LOVE HOOTERS! But, yesterday my husband and myself tried to go and watch the Astros. The hostess/waitress asked if we would like to sit at the back we explained to her we preferred a table. The hostess/waitress seated us and unfortunately we never received attention after that. We sat there for about 10-15 minutes waited patiently and decided to leave. We noticed they were very short staff but that s not the customer s fault. Very disappointing when you enjoy the atmosphere and food, but no one acknowledges you. She walked passed our table at least four times and NEVER once took our drink order. I am guessing she was upset because we didn t sit at the bar to make her job easier. This has happen to us one too many times. Hopefully our next visit will be a little more successful. Thanks

Been going to this location since it was built. Better than 30 years. Still a family favorite. Service and food have been up and down over the years. Great manager in there now so the food has improved again service still struggling. They used to have an awesome college program for the girls that kept quality charismatic attentive girls in there that made that place shine. Program changed a few years back as did the wait staff. Still, overall, a nice place to eat, drink, and watch sports. Dietary restrictions: There are keto and diabetic options. Parking: Several hundred spots and plenty of free open parking. Kid-friendliness: Kids birthday parties are great here. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp and tables.

The food was terrible when I recently ordered to go for wings. When I requested breaded wings, the meal arrived cold. I am aware that occasionally, when wings and sauce are combined, the wings cool down as a result of the room-temperature sauce, but that was not the case here. I was in astonishment because I dont live that far away from the location maybe a 2-minute trip. Wingstop is where I usually get my wings, but I had a craving and was relieved when I saw that Hooters was open. I cried as I bit into the wing after getting home. The size of the wings was the sole positive aspect. Overall, the manager was really friendly and asked me if I needed anything frequently while I was waiting. The Hooters Girls were incredibly kind, considerate, and welcoming. The food joint smelt excellent and was clean.

A group of us went to have dinner at the Webster location on Saturday 2/11/2023; however, one of our friends was accused of swaying and he was told he could not stay, so unfortunately we had to leave and take our business elsewhere. This is highly unacceptable as he has a very bad back and is unable to walk straight on a daily basis. A person should not be judged for the way someone walks, maybe you should obtain more information before assuming a person is under the influence. This was very disappointing because we enjoy the food at Hooters.

I cant say enough about this place..The food taste great..The beer is cold...the Waitresses are beautiful and kind...2 of the managers are professional and accomodating...but the most important fact is the place is packed during the Cowboys games ( a lot of Cowboys Fans)...I go often because I want to PARTY ALL THE TIME

This is the 3rd time I order take out at Hooters and they get it wrong. Order wings and shrimp for myself and a coworker. Spend $60 and buy extra ranch. Then my wife picks up order and asked if ranch is in the bag because she cannot open bag since it was stapled so tightly. Hooters not the same for us without the ranch. Called and complained and they gave me $1 back for the ranch and $5 off next purchase over $25. Smh

Placed order on line. There was an option for curbside pickup. Waited in the parking lot, the girl comes out tells us that for safety reasons they can t come out next time, she brought the food but why not put a sign on the door so we won t be parked waiting on the order.

Stop in here occasionally for some Buffalo shrimp and whatever else I might be hungry for. Always pretty good. Wasnt as busy as they usually are. Cloe was my waitress and was very good. Friendly, attentive and seemed to enjoy her job.

We ALWAYS have a good time at Hooters!! The service was extremely good abd the food was fantastic!!! We have been to some of their restaurants where the food is just okay, but I think that has to do with how well the cooks are shaking Wings in the sauce, & how quickly the food gets to you, b/c its best when it still really hot! ;-) The Wings arrived piping hot, & wathey were so fresh tasting!!! Also, the 3 Mile Island Buffalo Sauce (b/c its the best! YUMMY!) was WELL mixed in & thoroughly distributed across the Wings as well! The fries were also cooked perfectly & and arrived while still VERY HOT!!! This only happens with great service, b/c it means the service staff is watching closely & picking up & delivering your food quickly. Instead of it sitting under the heat lamp for 10 or 15 minutes, thus arriving when they arent as fresh & are no longer hot & or crsipy. But, Im that did not occur here! Everything was wonderful!! Bravo!!! :-)
