I absolutely love Bite the Bagel! I have been eating at this location as well as the Harker Heights location for years. I dont stop by as often as I used to, but when Im craving a Lox on an everything bagel, they are my go-to and will continue to be. The customer service is always welcoming! They are fast even when they have a lot of customers, and the restaurant atmosphere is really chill and laid back with all the table games they have available. Great bagel shop! I highly recommend it. Kid-friendliness: They have fun table games available for all ages.

They re bagels are always good but we just came in and got some bagels and we weren t planning on going back home and were just grabbing breakfast on the way. But when we ordered and asked for our bagels to be toasted the lady told the other one who asked if they needed to be toasted, No just throw them in the bag and then we didn t even get the cream cheese put on or anything and they didn t give us any knifes or anything and my son is very particular so now we have to go back home 30 minutes away to toast the bagels and grab a knife to put the cream cheese on

Waited to try this place always hearing good things until I went a sat in the driver thru for over 15 minutes with 2 cars behind me with no one taking my order. My fellow New Jersey folks.... This place has EGG bagels!!! Like authentic Jersey style bagels. Yes yellow bagels egg bagels. I have never seen them outside of New Jersey until 2 days ago when i walked into this establishment running an uber eats. Go in there and grab yourself a bagel the way you like it. You deserve it.

I ordered Italian ham on garlic parm bagel Club on Asiago bagel Two cinnamon rolls And a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese I am BLOWN AWAY! Literally the best bagel sandwiches and cream cheese I ve ever had. The cinnamon rolls have more of a Hawaiian roll type bread flavor but still great . Always a hit !! Just amazing

I came here to get breakfast for my work team. They didn t have some of the items I needed but they gave me awesome substitutes to consider. They are so knowledgeable about their food and the options. The customer service is the best I have had in a while. It wasn t just me. I sat in awe and watched them do it with everyone over and over again. I live closer to the Heights location but this was worth the trip. The guy and lady at the front were so awesome.

I get Bite the Bagel regularly and it is always incredibly delicious! The best bagels in Bell County! And the baked goods are to die for Kid-friendliness: They have tables with board games and offer the pieces to play while you wait for your order. They also have high chairs.

I have an internship a short walk from here. I had been going to another place for food everyday but after I ate my way through that menu I decided to pop in for a bagel . Now this is my new lunch spot. I have successfully and happily eaten all of their bagel sandwiches and cant get enough. Service is quick and the food comes hot and fresh quickly, too! Absolutely delicious. I love the New Yorker, the Reuben, the lox bagel, and the create-your-own breakfast sandwich bagel. My last one had two eggs , cheddar , hash browns, bacon , and cream cheese. It was to die for! Definitely great to sit and eat or run in for a quick to go order (that youll invariably scarf down in your car!). You can get them as a combo with chips and a drink. After the bagels, Ill probably try their selection of sandwiches, salads and pasta. Everything is fresh. You might think, oh, just bagels. Not so! They use high gluten flour so they are extra delicious. They have 15 kinds of bagels and probably just as many types of compound cream cheese they blend up here (like sun dried tomato cream cheese!). Anyway - try it and youll be a life long customer, too!

Ordered an egg bagel w/tomato basil spread today. That was delicious & exactly what I wanted from a bagel establishment. Now, very disappointing with my Italian soda. Requested watermelon as my added flavor and barely tasted the flavor. I knew something looked a little off when I got the drink it was 95% clear. I assumed walking out the door it would taste good but tasted just like carbonated soda. Either I ordered it wrong or just didnt receive enough of the watermelon flavoring. The food was good enough to come back, drink I might have to skip out on.

My husband order the hungry man hero and he was very content and happy with his sandwich. I on the other hand has the breakfast bagel with one egg, cheese and bacon. I was not impressed at all. It had one tiny slice of bacon that didnt even really even can say it was a actual slice at best. While it was great in taste it could have definitely used more bacon. I was totally not impressed. I wish I was in Austin and it at Einstein Brothers Bagel. They need to bring one to Killeen. They really know how to pack a bagel with a punch. I gave them a 3 star because they can definitely improve how they prep there meal

Parking: Bagels are always fresh and the spreadsheet are delicious. My favorite is the Lox and cream cheese on a sesame or pumpernickel bagel The pizza is delicious as well. We love the Pizza Margherita and the meat lovers. Crisp thin crust with the right ratio of cheese sauce and toppings. Havent tried any of the pasta dishes yet, but Im will soon. There italian sub is awesome as well. Like the pizza and delis back east.

Wheeew Jesus I sat in line for 35 mins waiting to move to the window to order w/ 3 cars ahead of me. I rarely come and it s like this always. $11.37 for a Lox bagel and it better be good. Orders are taken 1 by 1, at the window, you have to sign the receipt and then wait. Just wow. I d be late if I wasn t off. Not cool. **update** I m home 52 mins later. The insides are delish however the onion bagel is hard and not chewy. It was lightly toasted so you could still see and taste the actual bread. Being a Northerner bagels aren t something to play with. The cost would be okay if that bagel was fresh. It was not. Times like this I forget I can cook and can make this myself

Hair in the pastrami. After customer in front of me checked out, the brunette female employee just stood there at register looking around, never greeted me or said a thing. After 5 minutes of wondering what is going on I had to ask her if she was ready to take my order. New Yorker, subbed bagel for hoagie. Requested pickles, the employee said shed slice them and add to sandwich per my request. Upon checking order before I left, no pickles were added and sandwich itself came with just a couple thin slices of pastrami. When I addressed issue another male employee butted in and said pickle spears cost extra. Why wasnt that stated at check out instead of just not adding them? Weird. I literally had to order extra pastrami to make it an actual sandwich instead of mostly bread and a dab of mustard. When I got home and opened side of pastrami to add to sandwich, there was a long hair in the meat. I cant help but think it was intentional being the young, brunette girl with a poney tail and very dirty neck was snooty from the get go. She told me if I had any questions I could come back and talk to the owner, about pickles? Mistakes and misunderstandings happen but theres no excuse for poor customer service.

This morning I ordered a 8inch sub and bagel sandwich from Bagel Bites and they were delicious. The food was good but service was questionable. Walked in and was not greeted or ask what I may need. I waited along with another costumer in line. A 3rd person walked in and was greeted and asked was she here to order or pick up. It was just okay.... but a little pricey... especially since I didnt actually eat my bagels. The bagels were flavorless and turned to concrete upon mixing with saliva... a well made, dense, well toasted bagel doesnt usually do that. Threw both away. The coffee was okay so I took it to go but the freaking cup started leaking at the seam... had to dump it WHILE driving lest it leak all over me. Im not from NY but thats really the only place you can find a decent bagel.

Its a small place for a quick bite. I normally dont even like bagels, but I do enjoy their fresh bagels. I only have the Bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon. This last time it seemed smaller, and had less salmon than a couple years ago and was more expensive. But I guess this became the norm lately, getting less for more money. It tasted OK, compared to last time when it tasted amazing.

One major issue, the menu presented at the register has prices listed which differ from the prices charged. Upon noticing this, I let the cashier know and she said she didnt know why and she made no attempt to find out why, even though there were multiple other employees she could have consulted with. I believe this is a deceptive practice and it is something that should be addressed. I will not be returning to this establishment due to this.

The only reason I give this restaurant 2 stars is because of the young gentleman that was behind the counter helped me take the food out and with care and hospitality I am going to try to make this short and simple lets get into the legal source of the situation I parked in to go in and pick up a food delivery and before I was fully inside the door I was greeted by a rude Food merchant worker who was behind the counter she talked to me as if she was in code enforcement and proceeded to let me know that I parked in a handicap space and I needed to move my car over for future reference and do not park there but as she told me this she yelled at me she hollered at me it was 2 other customers inside the restaurant I was the only minority she was filled with hate and anger and disregarded regarded what I was there for did not ask me anything just started Instead being aggressive violent indignant to me. I politely educated her and informed that I have handicap registered permission. I told her I was from Michigan so its not on front plate and her rude self talking bout what the state of Texas require. I then ignored her dum self n got my orders cuz I was not gonna mess up my money cause of one bad egg but I will never deliver for them again and I dam sure not eating there. This 2022 n racism is not part of my vocabulary...TY for listening

My daughter ordered on Mothers Day for us. They gave me the wrong order and no hash brown. I called them and all she could say was Im sorry with all these orders. Contact door dash and she can get a refund. Door dash did not mess up, they picked up what you gave them. It would had been nice to say they would make it right. On a positive it was a loss bagel. The cat enjoyed the salmon.

Come on guys. Order a mobile order, show up when it says and you tell me, we didnt want to start the order until you got here???? Whats the point? Also, breakfast and youre out of muffins? This was the last place my husband and I ate before we left Fort Hood. I was so sad to leave, especially after we discovered this little cafe! Before that we had gone here another time and both times were delicious and wonderful. The staff is so sweet and the bagels are so good. I love that they put a generous amount of cream cheese on the bagels. Their blended coffee is good too. If we ever come back to Fort Hood, were definitely stopping by.

First time eating here. My moms second time. She came in yesterday and liked it so she recommended us going today. The cashier/taking our order was very impatient. She seemed annoyed bye waiting for my mom who was looking through the chip selections. The cashier wasnt friendly. Kind of like she was on autopilot and hated her job! (With a passion) She walked off as we were waiting for the card to process. Then made our food with no gloves! And the other female employees werent wearing gloves either when handling food. We told her we were eating it there. And still got it to go. Had to go to the counter to get it which is no big deal but there was no employee to show me where it was. Luckily my mom had seen where they put it and one of the male employees helped me. He looked apologetic. Everyone who ordered on the pizza side had their food brought to them. Very disappointed! _______ Positive note, the male employee saw me and heard me mention the sweet tea was out to my mom. He quickly apologized then said to give him 7 mins to make new ones. He also told us to becareful because the floor was a bit wet. He then promptly cleaned it up and worked on the tea. When it was ready, he personally told me! Loved that! He also wished us a great day. Mom said he worked yesterday and was super awesome then too! Great job!

I havent had a bagel with cream cheese and lox and all the perfect additions since I left Berkeley California over 20 years ago and I even spent several years in Tacoma, Seattle Washington, this Bagel was TOTALLY ON PAR with Cali and a special Fort Hood soldier sorry I didnt get her name but she has some serious jets, she caught me in my car to return my credit card KUDOS to our new Army , oh yes the service was AWESOME!!!

The bagels and sandwiches taste good but the drinks need a lot of work. When addressing an employee about the drink she blew it off. I walked away to see her making a remark to the one who made the drink and laughing. I threw the drink away. Weekend staff needs to clean up their behavior. Also rags to clean the counters, shouldn t be the same rags to wipe down the meat slicer. Gloves should be changed. No one should be touching food with the same gloves just used to clean with. What s happening to the quality? Is this the standard for your bagels? A little cream cheese and on half the bagel

Used to live in Austin, and hadnt found a bagel stop since we moved....finally discovered this bagel shop. The staff are fast and friendly and even give tips on best days to load up on bagels (Wednesday btw). Made the kiddo happy. We got two options this time but they have like 12 different bagels and like another 12 different cream cheese options. Well be back. :-)
