Stopped by today for a late lunch after visiting the Johnson Space Centre. Food was good quality and well priced. The standard though was the service which was phenomenal. The two servers we had in the bar area were on top of everything before we even had a chance to ask. I d like to really thank the team again for such a pleasant experience.

Best drinks in town! We LOVE the Chili s in Webster, and although we like to mix it up and try new places, we always end up saying but honestly not as good as Chili s. I really like the margarita grilled chicken with the black beans and rice. My husband usually goes for the burger or quesadillas. Their ribs are great too.

They were busy and we had a group of 10 or 12. They set up a space for us and gave us time for all to arrive and settle in. When we were ready to order, one of us went to let them know. Food arrived quickly after ordering and staff was attentive. We were not rushed.

Today was a rainy day. And like most rainy days, the production of slow. No one wants to be at work, now a days people walk around grumpy or upset that they have to work. But not in this case, i really wish I could have gotten this girls name. She was working check out, blond hair, glasses, super sweet very helpful and fast. I loved her energy. And it didn t matter the day or circumstance, she made me feel like I was about to have the best meal of the year, you go girl, who ever you are working the check out box. I used the order online service and found it fairly easy to navigate AND everything I wanted was available. It was ready on time, only minus was that part of my dish wasnt warm by the time arrived home. All was delicious. Update: 5/2024 - went with my fiancée and enjoyed drinks and the fajita trio (shared) they offered extra tortillas when they saw we were sharing. Gave us extra time for the menu, but checked on us in a reasonable amount of time. The new Mac & cheese side is delightful.

I vowed I would never go to this Chilis after my last experience there, and the ONLY reason I went tonight is because I had a gift card. When I went to pay, my server tells me it wouldnt take the gift card because there was an error. Not her fault. I called the number on the back, which in fact there was a $25 balance on the card as I had thought. So she puts the whole check on my personal card. For 1 child and 1 adult, $45, for gross food and what ended up being a terrible experience. I was going to give her a $15 tip until I had to pay for the full meal out of pocket unexpectedly. The fact that this place is still in business is beyond me. Its disgusting and Im most upset Im still stuck with this gift card. I worked in the restaurant industry for 20 years, including corporations like Fridays. See where they ended up. The manager could have easily taken care of it, but I never saw them. Good luck Chilis! Poor business practices just to make a dollar off a single mom and take money out of their servers pockets!!!

T.G.I.Fridays is closed in the area. This Chili s location looked like it s next. I ve read that Chili s doesn t cook their meats onsite. I don t see anyone exactly smoking my ribs outside. So, my wood smoked baby back ribs was cold, probably from yesterday. If you re going to nuke my food, at least warm it up right and make sure the sauce is at least room temp.

Ordered to-go and pulled up at the beginning of the time window. Had to wait a few minutes but that was no big deal. Got home which is less than a 10 minute drive. The Big Mouth Bites were sub-par and the fries were chewy, not quite soggy but definitely not warm. The cheese on the loaded fries were the same way. The cheese wasn t cheesy at all. Im not one to complain but I got really annoyed when a party was seated behind us and a large person was directly behind me. This was only a problem because every time they adjusted themselves in their booth, I felt the movement and kept bouncing up and down. Family came here for dinner after a sporting event. Walked in and and honestly they were pretty busy. Was greeted within a couple of minutes by someone and seated. Waiter took our drink order pretty promptly. We then ordered dip trio, and cheese fries as appetizers. They came out pretty quickly honestly. Dip was ok, and the cheese fries were way over baked. I ordered the 3 item smokehouse tray with jalepeno sausage, brisket quesidilla, and chicken tenders. My kids and wife got the chicken tender basket. My smokehouse meal honestly wasnt all that great. Appreciate Chilis trying to step out and try some BBQ but Id just stop now. Everyone thought their meal was average and nothing special. I did get the lava cake with ice cream as desert which was the best. The staff here was extremely nice and very proficient in keeping this place running. My drink always stated full and all food came out fast and hot. Just wasnt that good to us.

The service at this Chilis is excellent. My band mates and I practice nearby twice a week and they have taken the time to learn our names and regular orders. Were that group with a usual table. Yes, its a chain and the food is what one would expect from a quality chain restaurant, though generally better than average. Theyre quick to correct if anything is subpar, though weve only had to send something back once out of probably 100+ visits. We get there after 9 PM and theyre often out of some of the drinks on the menu but usually have a great suggestion to substitute. Yvonne, who pulls double-duty many nights, is the best! Dietary restrictions: If youre allergic to pepper, choices are limited but they will accommodate as much as possible.

We usually come to this location when craving Chilis. Dont go to the location on the Island, youll regret it. The food here is usually good, but there have been several times where the food is cold and has to be sent back. We have a server that we love and provides some of the best service that weve ever had, but I can never remember her name (sorry!). But when we dont get her, the service can be very disappointing. No matter how empty the restaurant is and how many servers are standing around fiddling on their phones, you will be looking around for a refill. Thats just ridiculous.

Molten was not hot nor brought to me by my server another server seemed to be carrying the load of the shop. Molten was not steamy nor hot for that matter. $10.00 not right if its gonna be cold. Chilis is going down hill , one would hope that brave lad would have more help. Is it the cooks is it the wait staff who prolonged the delivery or was it not heated up to profection?

The one star is strictly due to the fact that is if you pay in cash they keep your coin change, because they dont carry coins so they dont bring you back the change. Its not really the amount of change they keep without permission, its the principle of the matter that I gave you more then what the service cost and I am owed the correct change. You dont just get to decide to keep extra money. Taking money that isnt yours and keeping it without permission is called STEALING OR THEIF how ever you want to call it. Waitress was terrible. Brought cold condiments out for my food before my hot part of the dish was ready. So it sat there thawing out. Then asked for items and watched her have conversations with the next table and never bring out our request. This Chili has gone down in quality and service. Unfortunate it use to be a great place to eat.
