As far as entertainment, they have bowling, mini golf, and laser tag. Laser tag had an hour long wait when we went in the middle of the week. The rules are not clear and the setup is dangerous with many places to trip and fall. (And they don t have first aide, but the check-in folks were super nice and offered their first-aide kit). The arcade is ok, but like a typical arcade you will spend a ton of money to win cheap prizes that cost a lot of tickets. Food choices: if you don t have any food allergies then the food is good (according to my family). My brother-in-law swore there were gluten-free options, but the server told me they only had a cauliflower crust pizza at the pizza cafe (made on shared equipment) and didn t check with the kitchen if they could even modify a salad. Luckily I brought my own food since I anticipated them not being able to accommodate me. If you have kids, they will probably enjoy themselves. But if you have a food allergy, then come prepared.

We had an absolutely wonderful family reunion here! The staff and sales team went above and beyond to make sure our large 50+ family party was accommodated. Had a wild hair to sneak out with my youngest in the middle of the night to go waste some money! This was a great spot for it too! My kid got a free soda from the bartender! That was our biggest perk of the night! Great arcade! There could have been more of the classic games, but I m old so what do I know??? My son had a great time. Can t wait to go back with the whole family! Wheelchair accessibility: I think there actually was a big wheelchair ramp on the side of the main entrance.

This place is a scam! Went in with the kids to play some arcade games, we buy 4 cards, pay close to $160 and make our way to the arcade area. To our surprise all the machines are down. I ask the attendants about the issue and they tell me they ve experiencing technical difficulties and they don t know when they ll be back up. I ask them why they re selling game cards if none of the games work, their response You don t lose the credits so you can always come back another time. Really? So you sell me a product, I can t use it and your only solution is to tell me to try another day? Mind you, we never got to use them once - it s not like we had already been playing. I asked for the manager and they pointed me towards her at the front desk - guess they re too busy standing around to come to me. So I make my way to the manager, explain the situation and she too tells me there s nothing they can do and if I want, I can come back another time to use the cards. I explain to her that we had just purchased the cards and never got to use them once. I m sorry, but there s nothing I can do to give you your money back. So if you want to visit a place that ll take your money and not give you the means to use the product, then sure, have at it. Guess theft is legal so long as they put it in their terms and conditions.

This has turned into one strange place! We had clients stay at the hotel near here. Came in to grab some drinks and play some pool. Went to the front desk to get more information. I stood there for 5 mins while people were there behind the counter. Talking and going about. Several people walked right up to the sides of the counter and got service immediately. Still standing there I asked if I could get some information on the pool tables. Guy says go to the bar and walks off. Confused . I ask the lady talking behind the counter. (Mind you there are about 6 people behind the main counter desk.) She goes the guy said for you to go to the bar. Still confused as to why we are going to the bar. We go to the bar. We then stand there for 15 mins. There are 3 bar tenders there. And very few people at the bar. We are a group of 9. So not like you cant see a large group of people there. Needless to say. The bartenders behind the bar were more interested in getting drinks from the other customers at the bar. Than helping us. They continued to drink several drinks while we were still standing there. All 3 bartenders walk by multiple times to grab things right in front of us. Without ever saying one word to us. Not even hello or be right with you. Went back to the front desk there to ask for a manager about getting some help. Now no one is to be found at the front desk. Several customers were standing there in front of the desk who had just walked in. We looked at each other and decided to just leave. Just go to Fast Eddys they took great care of us over there. We spent over $800 there. Had a blast. Do not waste your time or money on this hang out for employees. The place is dirty, smells uncleaned, and service is HORRIBLE!

Food was not great, chicken tasted like it went through 4 processing plants, and it didnt have the escape room, climbing ropes or any of the other stuff we were looking forward to. I work for a non-profit organization that serves foster youth. We had donors that were able to buy our 11 kids a package that did not include the arcade. The kids really wanted to play the arcade and I spoke with Brett and explained the situation. Within minutes he handed me 11 cards for unlimited play for an hour! Its kindness like this which will bring us back to this location. Thanks so much for your kind heart Brett! The rock climbing area is very nice, good place to climb with the kids. The bowling is good, the games are mostly overpriced and the food is surprisingly awful. Mostly we climb and go somewhere else close by for food. Vegetarian options: Very limited selection. The house salad is just ok, little in the way of other veggies, mostly just shredded lettuce and croutons.

I decided to have my daughter birthday party here and it turned out to be the worst party ever.... Let me start here we was rushed to eat and i didnt even get to sing happy birthday to my child in the party area i wasnt even able to set up the table for the party the Manger Armondo was very rude and disrespectful he come over said yall need to hurry up and move from this table so then when we tried to move to anther table Armondo said yall cant sit there its gone be a 2hour wait at this point im like what am paying for I couldnt get my game cards until I closed out my party so I went to pay for the party I was told my card didnt go thru but the money was pulled from my bank I showed them the statement that they took the money off the lady then said no it didnt go thru on there end so the money should go back in 2 or 3 business days i asked for a manger now Im telling Armondo that money has already been took out my bank he laughed in my face thats on you and that i needed to call my bank so i called my bank and they siad the money went thru with out a problem so now im explaing that im paying dubble for a party I didnt even get everything that I paid for I paid for 12 kids to do laser tag and only four got to do it I asked could the other kids do something else since they wasnt able to do to laser tag Armondo then laughed and said no its my fault i didnt read the hight requirements before booking I told him I had knew kids would be left out I wouldnt booked It Armondo was constantly being rude and disrespectful I started feeling discriminated against because of the way he was acting towards everyone that was in my party group and the way he was talking to us.. so we finally moved from the table we rused to mover from because let them tell the party area was closed but not even 30mins later it was someone else sit there but nobody had a problem with that it was just me and my group I guess i wouldnt recommend no one to book a party here your better off just going and set up at a opened table because I paid for a party but had to set up and sing happy birthday at another table outside of the party sections I will never book another birthday party here I most likely will never ever take my kids back to this place by far the worst experience ever!!!!!!

The service was terrible. After we were seated we waited 20 minutes and no one greeted us. We then went and told someone that no one had been by and then a server finally came. The server that came was rude and acted like we were putting her out by having her wait on us. She apologized for the wait and then proceeded to roll her eyes. The only saving grace was the food runner Samantha who was amazing and helped everyone who needed anything. Later my wife tried to get a drink at the bar and the bartenders helped everyone around her and completely ignored her for 30 minutes. This was after she had already gotten a drink and tipped 40% on the first round. We were very disappointed in the service and won t be back. I wish I could write this review twice to warn others.

There needs to be an adult in the putt putt golf course. I was there with my grandkids, and 3 older teens were playing field hockey and taking so much time at each hole. The younger 2 kids behind us were bouncing balls off the walls and not waiting for us to finish playing. Finally, at the 12th hole, we left. I told the young girl at the desk about our bad experience. Im not sure she told anyone about it. There should be someone on the course monitoring the behavior.

Not a famiky friendly atmosphere.. I was eating with my 2 sons and fiance and saw nothing but young women with boots out of skirts and shorts.. I spoke to manager about it but even though they said they have dress code for guess it didnt seem to bother them. Went for an evening of bowling. The guy behind the desk did not even look like he even cared he was at work. Just gave us our shoes and the price. Did not even bother to tell us the rules. I was unsure if I was bowling for time or for games. I had to figure it out. As my friend and I were bowling we were feeling hungry and were waiting to see if anyone was going to approach us to take our orders. I went to the bar to ask the bartender and he requested a waitress to attend to us. I went back to my lane and saw said waitress talking with another employee and completely walked past our lane and ignored us. I saw another staff member walk by and got her attention and she pointed at the waitress that was supposed to assist us. Again, ignored. I went to the bar again to just order a freaking appetizer but the bartender left to use the restroom. When I returned back to the bowling lane, the waitress was finally there and she had an attitude with her like she was working there because she had to. No smile, no kind gesture, no type of hospitality. I understand because I was a waiter before (at a better establishment) but I was kind and attentive towards my customers. Eventually I got my food and finished up my game. Throughout that whole hour of bowling I saw my waitress a total of 4 times. One of the times was her walking right past me. I eventually gave her 18% tip but I shouldve given her a lot less. My friend and I went to the desk to return our shoes and waited for a response from the guy behind the desk. He acted like he was ignoring us. I still waived bye and thank you and still no response. I do not think he even cared about me (as a customer) nor his job. I could have easily walked out with the shoes if I wanted to. The place was not even busy so why have a scowl and an attitude? Im never coming back to this location or even this business in any city ever again due to this bad experience.

DO NOT HOLD A CHILDS PARTY HERE!!! MANAGEMENT IS RUDE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT!!! At my granddaughters birthday party we were told to move. Not asked...told to move after the table time. So we moved to a nearby resturant table and piled all the gifts and party bags there. I tried to get a server to order food. Three different servers walked past, each one said this was not their area. The 3rd server said she would send someone else over. Then the Hostess came over and very rudely told us to move that only paying customers ( I guess spending upwards of $500 is not considered a paying customer) could sit there and we had to order. I told her I would order but needed a menu and server for that table. She continued her rude arrogant rant then said she would send someone over. She came back and slapped a menu down then walked away. About 15 minutes later the dining manager came over and started telling us we had to order food if we wanted to sit there. Again told him we would if they could send a server over. He also was very rude. Finally a server came and took our order. Another 20 minutes went by before the food came out. It didnt look appetizing at all. I will NEVER return nor will I recommend this place. STAY AWAY! CHOOSE A VENUE THAT IS MORE FAMILY FRIENDLY. THIS PLACE IS NOT!!!!

Editing my previous review. The website is severely lacking. There is no info about a specific location. Its laughable that its missing basic functionality like reserving bowling lanes and pool tables. There is no pricing anywhere. This site is corporate and ignored. They took out the climbing wall? I was always seeing it full and busy. Why remove it? They replaced it with a gel blaster area. Havent done it yet so I cant review it. Food and service is average. The rewards room does have fun stuff for kids.

Bailey is ABSOLUTELY the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL manager I have EVER spoken with in my entire life! If youre considering booking an event, do it in person (if at all), because the online disclaimer, which states you can get a refund as long as you cancel/move your appointments before the 24hr mark, is apparently untrue, and can only be granted by Brent (who usually doesnt allow refunds for online purchases).

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Main Event Entertainment in Austin, Texas, and it was an absolute fun. First off, the bowling lanes were top-notch. The arcade section was a definite highlight. With a wide selection of games ranging from classic arcade favorites to the latest cutting-edge attractions, there was never a dull moment. For those seeking a bit more adrenaline, the laser tag arena was a must-try. The immersive battlegrounds and heart-pumping action made for an exhilarating experience that left us wanting more. They have Mini Golf as well, which I didn t try because of time constraints. Throughout our visit, the staff at Main Event Austin were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. The food and drink options at Main Event were Ok. As I went on weekdays, it was not crowded, so it was added advantage. In conclusion, Main Event Entertainment in Austin exceeded all expectations, providing hours of fun-filled entertainment for all ages. Whether youre planning a family outing, a night out with friends, or a corporate event, Main Event is the ultimate destination for a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

There was a lady at the front that answered all of our questions. It all went downhill after that. When we went to play mini golf there was no one at the desk, and apparently no one else seen anyone at the desk. We might as well didn t pay if we could walk right in. And no employees serving on the inside as well. The customers were serving us. The scenery was destroyed and writings were all over the wall. The music was way too loud. Our loaded queso tasted like corned beef. We came to have some good family time. My husband s drink was good and the bartender greeted us with a smile though. :( :( :(

Terrible experience. We went for a farewell party for our boss. We barely got to finish 1 game of bowling and eat our food before their manager was telling us we couldnt bowl anymore because there was a wait list. The reluctantly let us finish our first game. Honestly I think they were lazy, the lanes had no oil on them and ours kept having balls get stuck in the back. Never again will go here or reccomend this place to anyone.

I asked multiple times for a server when we were bowling. We had a party of 9 so tip would have been generous. No one showed up until our one hour was almost up. Part of the fun bowling is being served. Not a good experience. Won t be back anytime soon.

We came here on Christmas shortly after they opened. It wasnt too busy then it was packed. Got a great deal on Christmas Day and the kids had a blast! Kid-friendliness: Lots for the kids to do here. Lazer tag, bowling, mini golf and arcade games! Pizza is always a win

Such a bad customer service! Hostess and her manager Abby were very improper responding to advice that the hostess needed to wash her hands between cleaning the tables with. Dirty cloth and touching the kids plates. Instead of correcting the employee actions, Abby asked me to complain. Poor representation of the cleanliness and customer service!!!

I took my son to play pool and bowl on a weekday night. For pool, we had to get the billiard balls from the bartender. There was only one bartender, and he was completely overwhelmed serving a large bar full of people. It took at least 20 minutes just to get the billiard balls. After pool, we walked over to bowl. We wanted to order food and drinks which is advertised as part of the whole experience here. There was not a server anywhere in sight. I went back to the bartender and waited another 20 minutes just to be told he would send someone to our lane. Another 20 minutes passes and no server shows up. I then talked to a manager and asked him if we should expect a server. He said he would send one over. Another hour passes, yes a full hour, and just as my son and I are finishing our time, a server shows up and apologizes and says he can extend our time ten minutes so that we could still order food if we wanted. So were supposed to order food, wait for it, get it, and eat it in ten minutes? I told him no thank you. Bottom line, the bowling and pool are fine, but if you are expecting easy access to food or drinks then you are in for a disappointing experience. Horrible understaffing and bad management seem to be a big problem here.

Good for family bowling/gaming arcade, having visited Fort worth Main event which had rope climbing, was looking for similar activity but didnt find in here. Attached the pricing for events as of December 2023. Food is good, cafeteria is beat and cleaned regularly. Gaming experience was nice and staff fixed a machine which we reported. Have a good gaming

Literally terrible. Games are poorly maintained. Dont try and order food if they have more than 6 bowling lanes rented. We asked 4 different servers. For the amount of money things cost, youd hope to get the full experience of entertainment. Just eat before or after. SUPER RUDE front desk people.

We didnt eat there, we went to play games, there were issues with the games, not working, not giving the tickets won ect, we had to look for several minutes to find staff to help. When we finally did they told us someones on the way no one showed up. They did that to us 3xs, we were waiting around for at least an hour! We spent well over $100 on just arcade games yet due to faulty games we ended up with just over 100 tickets which is practically nothing, We play at arcades ALL the time, this was a ridiculous experience from a well established venue

We hosted our Son s birthday party and we got a gel blaster package. Reservation Process: Reservation process has some hiccups. I emailed them after talking to them about reserving the slot as per rep and the rep failed to look at it until I called 2 days after and the slot that we were expecting initially and that got filled. Had to fall back to our backup option. So, who ever is reserving for parties, I would recommend them to be on a phone call and get it done. Although, they wont answer call all the time and you need to be lucky. Facilities: Good and as expected, but the gift shop was closed for a long time. It took me couple of attempts going to front desk and asking people around for help at gift shop. They showed up after 25 minutes Host: I wish host knows the responsibilities of the party. She is not a dedicated host for sure as they promised as I saw them serving other tables too. Follow up is needed so that they can come back to party table and take the next step. Although, its hard to find them in the bigger space. Food: Good and tasty. Both kids and adults enjoyed the food. In general, they can make the experience better by good customer service.
