Happy they are licensed and bonded. Average(+) in cleaning with a few oversights. First visit and got a breaker on this team visit. Management professional and it was immediately resolved. Its something I choose not to have to go through again. Geez, it was the only vase in the house! I put everything away, you know, clean up to have your house cleaned. This was a second opportunity with the franchise years ago and it wont be a third. Really, lost my trust to having inexperienced staff clean my home. Can we say deliberate because of hating?

My husband and I have use TCA-League City for about 6 years for bi-monthly cleanings of our home. TCA-League City also completed an exceptional moving clean for my son several years ago that I was easily able to schedule through my account. I love the TCA app that notifies me of clean team arrival window, deep clean area of the week and allows communication for re-scheduling or cancellations as needed. We have started using TCA again. We stopped during the Covid days. Like always, we are happy with the service provided. I really like the rotation system they have and the way the manage any problem. I have a constant communication with the manager and sometimes I feel that I know her for a long time. In the past, we had some issues like any other service and they were able to fix them immediately. We all have errors and nobody is perfect, so I always expect that. That key is how they solve those problems, in this case very professional. Most of the time (when they didnt clean well) was because our fault. We didnt pick up the cloths from the floor, there was a mess or etc. They can not organize and clean at the same time. Now, if you want a perfect service and a custom made cleaning service hire a full time maid or paid $300 per service. I am very happy with them. I would like to be there when they finish my house to tell them how we feel about their job but we are always working.

First of all the crew was supposed to be at my house between 10-12. They arrived at 8:45. I could accept that. They did an excellent job on the bathrooms & kitchen. However my laminate floors were something else. I have stressed repeatedly the floors are the most important as I am unable to do them properly. Today they are streaked and look like it was a hurry up job. I was very disappointed in the care they were given. I think the same girl was responsible for dusting & cleaning the laminate. The dusting was nothing to brag about but that is something I can easily take care of. I always go into my office so as to be out of their way & since they dont clean in there but maybe I need to stay where I can watch how they clean so I can point out things I feel could be done better. I might add, there are no pets, neither my husband nor I smoke & the crew is here no more than an hour & half tops.

I have had an outstanding experience with the cleaning authority! Not only did they have a tri-weekly schedule, which worked perfectly for me, but it was easy to set up an account and pay online. I came home on a Friday night after a long day at work to find my house completely spotless and sparklingly clean. First cleaning went great. The crew was amazing and respectful. Second cleaning.. Upon arrival they attempted to enter without knocking or ringing the bell. I asked if they could take their shoes off, they took them off as two giggled with each other. Within minutes I got a call that they had to wear shoes and I advised the individual this wasnt acceptable nor allowed in our home. Being that we dont wear shoes in our own home we dont allow anyone else. Its nasty considering everything people walk on outside. You never know who in the home is immune compromised, etc. Had they had booties itd been fine but they didnt so they left. I was advised theyd note the account for my next cleaning being that I canceled the service for that day and cleaned myself (granted no issues the first time). I checked today only to find they canceled my service. No call, no reason, no nothing. Funny.. I tried to communicate with Lacey to inquiry as to why it was canceled. He was combative and condescending rather than being willing to listen. She took me canceling service that day as me canceling a whole account and never confirmed one way or another. I clearly stated I was canceling the service and would go a different route for that day and clean to myself because I was not going to allow people in my home with shoes on unless they have booties of which they didnt have. Theyre unprofessional and lack communication nor are they willing to even be open to communication when approached. Canceling a service for the day and canceling a whole account are two different things. Especially when it was discussed that it would be noted on the account that I require booties in my home.

The Cleaning Authority goes above and beyond! Yesterday while they were cleaning our home, there was a power outage in the area. The team completed what they could, and the office staff coordinated with me later in the day to return and finish the job once our power was restored. They were inconvenienced at no fault of their own, and yet went above and beyond to finish the job at our home. They did so gladly, not begrudgingly, again, at no fault of their own. I do not recommend this company. Things have gone downhill over the past year with canceled cleanings and arriving late for cleanings outside of the scheduled window. The most egregious error happened when the cleaning crew unlocked my front door and was unable to enter due to a stuck door handle. Then they carelessly left the door unlocked upon their departure, allowing free access to my home from any passerby. The cleaning crew does not pay attention to detail, and as of late has not even emptied my garbage cans. Muddy footprints were left on my kitchen tile, and my living room tables had greasy handprint smudges and dust on them. It is impossible to do a standard cleaning on a 2200 square-foot home in one hour by two individuals. However, this is done by them on a routine basis. Steer clear of this company and hire a local entrepreneur that actually cares about quality and service.

We have really loved having the Cleaning Authority because of the great communication. They are so easy to contact via the ap, text or email. They always text or update the ap letting you know when the cleaning starts and ends. This communication has been above and beyond other cleaning services we have had. Of course we have loved the cleaning and the cleaning cycle. Each time we get a sheet letting us know the cleaning cycle. We are happy clients.

They are always on time and do an amazing job. After theyre done my house looks like its ready for a showing! Makes my week! Ive read some of the complaints on here and Im really surprised. Ive had great communication with Erica. She is very accommodating and responds quickly. I get a text when they are on their way. I went with CA because they offered so many different options and the price doesnt change if you want bi- monthly and not weekly. Other companies are charging more if you dont want weekly cleaning. Ive had nothing but great experiences with every team theyve sent. I would highly recommend CA to anyone that needs help keeping up with their house. Having a cleaning service stops arguments with my boys (who dont like to clean ) and gives us back our family time on weekends. Thank you CA!

Laura, Ashley, and Madison from The Cleaning Authority showed up on time and ready to work. They were quick but thorough, and everything looked great when they were done. They were friendly and professional. Very pleased! Edited my original review: The service has quickly gone down hill. They never arrive during their ETAs. They cancel your cleans without letting you know until you ask why no one showed up. Then they tell you the team is on their way, they still don t show up, and you find out they went to the wrong house. They were supposed to be at my house 7 hours ago. Services have been cancelled. The girls that come to clean are great, but the way the company does communication and time management is not.

I use Cleaning Authority because of their lead cleaner, Trish. Her crew of Madison and Cierra are on time and professional leaving my house sparkling. She remembers my preferences and ask questions to make sure I am satisfied with a customized clean. This week they organized my sons action figures which he thought was the coolest thing.

I ve had them come clean 5 times, the first time was great. The third time was good. I ve complained about the other 3 visits where maids weren t in the house the full hour and 7 minutes they said it would take to do a proper clean. Things like mopping or sweeping or wiping cabinets down weren t being done: the first time i made a complaint they sent someone out to watch the cleaners and then back to the Bs. When i complain via email or text no one replies but they try to schedule another clean and have done nothing to comp the poor cleaning they ve done. I ve given them multiple chances and I m cancelling. Y all have terrible customer service and no wonder y all have issues finding workers to clean homes:

I was a loyal customer of this business for a year. I loved their service in the beginning, but over time the quality went downhill-which was very frustrating. Over time, the staff seemed very quick to finish the checklist, but definitely did the bare minimum. By their last visit, very little effort put into the cleaning-so heaven help you if anything needs more than to just be glossed over, or requires any elbow grease. I also didn t care for the way different workers showed up. In the beginning, the same gals came every time, and they did a pretty good job. But, over time their staff was frequently changing, and the quality of service went markedly downhill. To have things done thoroughly, I was required to be home so that I could constantly reiterate areas that needed attention, but were often missed. After their last job, I was so upset I took photos and sent them to the office. (I am also posting a few here). The management s response has been lackluster at best. They clearly don t value their customer base. Then they had the audacity to try and schedule a cleaning!! So disappointing!!!

This company is very unprofessional and unresponsive. There was an item that was broken in my house back in January. We took the necessary pictures and the cleaning crew explained what happened. I called after about 3 weeks to find out what the nexts steps would be and I have been trying to get it resolved since then. I have called 15 times. In the beginning Erica told me that she would get back to me but never did. When I would call her to follow up she told me she had to get in touch with the owners. This went on for months. I called the corporate office # listed on the web and they even reached out. The woman at the corporate office said she spoke to them and they would be reaching out in 2 days that did not happen. I called the corporate office again she called again no response. I called the corporate office again and the lady said she is sorry but they are not taking her calls. This still has not been resolved because I have not been able to reach anyone! This is poor customer service especially when the cleaning authority advertises that they are bonded and insured. I am so frustrated and don t know where to go at this point. There are plenty of cleaning companies out there so stay clear of this one!!!

I ve had the Cleaning Authority in my home 3x so far and am pleased with their service. On the initial go bathroom floors were streaky, but team has adjusted and is using my supplies to avoid pet allergy/cross contamination from homes with fur babies. A huge help!
