I treated myself for my birthday to a maid service, and I m so happy I did! T-10 was great (Norma, Diana, and Elba) punctual, professional, communicative, and they asked me to check the big task before leaving -I do a lot of cooking and my oven was a mess, they got it sparkling again! I requested baseboards because I didn t feel like doing them myself and my home looks great. My apartment complex actually offers a maid service at a discount rate, but I ll definitely be booking with Molly Maid again!

On my third clean with Delmy & Modesta, and they are GREAT! The first clean was deep and it was like I had a new home! The last two times they have come in and done a great job. They always do little special touches like arrange my throw blankets which I love. I only have them cleaning a few rooms right now because the rest of my rooms are very cluttered with stuff from my parents estate but I am definitely going to be using the service in my whole house eventually!

I asked Molly Maids to do a move-out cleaning on my house. The house was immaculate once they were finished; it was cleaner than it was the day I first moved in two years ago. They did a flawless job; I did not notice a single spot or detail that was overlooked. It was also very easy to book the date I wanted on their website. I booked over the weekend and got a call from their staff on Monday confirming the day and time of the cleaning and easily paid the deposit over the phone. All I had to do was leave my door unlocked and they came and did their thing on their own while I was at work completely without my direction or supervision. I got an email with my payment receipt after the job was completed. I accidentally typed my phone number incorrectly on the booking page but despite that their email communication was very thorough and my typo did not cause any hiccups in the process. They also followed up to make sure I was happy with the cleaning. These people are super organized and professional; they know what theyre doing. Hire Molly Maids if you want the job done perfectly!

I requested a MOVE IN cleaning (baseboards, walls, alll shelves and drawers since they were empty) Today I had to redo my walls as I found cobwebs in 3 rooms. Back room closet was full of dust, and several drawers had hair in them from the previous owner. The fact that the house was completely empty should have made it a much easier clean for the 3 lady s that came. I went ahead and re cleaned, sanitized and disinfected everything since I didn t know what was actually cleaned and didn t want to risk living in the previous owners germs before bringing my son home. Their crew is always reliable and does a great job cleaning. I use them every two weeks to just help deep clean or organize right now because I had surgery. I have a 900 square foot 2/2 house and they charged me nearly $500. There was a team of probably five women, it took all day somehow and my blinds were still dirty when they were finished. One of them said she d work for me off the books for a little less than what they charged me. I stayed there while they cleaned because I m really uncomfortable with people being in my personal space alone but I really needed the help. It tells you something about the employees when they acted like I was the weird one for not wanting to leave total strangers alone in my home with irreplaceable possessions that could be easily taken.

I m selling my house and ordered the cleaning package just for a post remodel or selling your home. I was given a three hour arrival window from 1-3, and was told I would receive a call thirty minutes prior to arrival. I got my thirty minute notice at 12:29 and the ladies arrived at 1:00. One of the ladies is Sonia Modesto but I don t remember her team mates name. They were professional and friendly. They got started right away and were cleaning for at least three hours. I am very happy with the results and discovered they had cleaned things I hadn t even thought to ask about such as the air conditioning vents and return grills. They cleaned the oven and refrigerator inside and out, plus all the windows and all the normal things got cleaned. I have NO complaints at all and if I could I would have these ladies come out on a monthly basis. I absolutely feel like I got my moneys worth and more. I don t know how to identify which work order it is to the company but the ladies that came out deserve something for taking pride in their work. It definitely shows.

I have used Molly Maid for 4 1/2 -5 years now. They have been amazing for our family! Denisse and Modesta helped us with deep cleans in our houses when we needed them to be move in ready while doing our moving process recently -(this was no easy feat either!). I had called another local company, scheduled a really deep dusting cleaning service and they never showed up! And never contacted me back. So that is good for Molly Maid! I filled out the online estimate with Molly Maid, Ms. Roberts called me back and we scheduled service! Team 14 with Denise and Gabriela arrived. Both ladies very pleasant, polite. They tackled my thick dust problems without being deterred. I appreciated when Denise had a question, she asked and not assumed. That was professional and kind. I would suggest they use better dusting polish and when vacuuming - do not unplug anything plugged in or be extra sure things are plugged back in. Overall, I will contact Molly Maids again and request Team 14. Like another reviewer said, it is nice to be able to see the same friendly faces! Thank you!

My aunt worked here and its really a terrible company. They are paid by commission of less than 20% per group, plus they dont let them go home without finish all the assigned houses, even if it is already 7pm! they charge their workers for uniforms, and the managers are so stingy that they dont even want to give them gloves to work with! Also there is a lot of drama! and the secretaries and managers promote it! they make up gossip about the workers, and treat them very badly. Literally a girl said that her stomach hurt and a manager yelled at her, and told her that if she didnt want to work, she should go to home and not come back. BE CAREFUL WITH THE KIND OF COMPANIES YOU HIRE. Fortunately, my aunt no longer works with them and I hope that the girls who are still there find a better company to provide their services.

Lula and Karen are a great team. I enjoy knowing both of these ladies and always enjoy our conversations. I turn on music for them when they come to clean and make sure that my pets are in a separate room so that they can do their work without being pestered by my affectionate dogs and cats! I also make sure they have water, coffee or sodas and add a gratuity for them. They deserve every penny they earn along with kindness, gratitude and respect!

I have used Molly Maids for about 10 years now and have never had any serious complaint with them! They come monthly, on time, and get done quickly with the regular clean. Their deep is thorough, and, with regular clean, they always do something extra|, like vacuum furniture, dust all baseboards, clean all ceiling fans! Wow I saw a previous review wanting to give 10 stars if possible I too would like to be able to. My major concern were my 2 bathrooms then just some light cleaning around the house. I was told it would be 2 hours. Well when they saw that my tubs needed some good attention they said it would be 3 to 3 1/2 hours. I had to tell them to just focus on the bathrooms and not to do any house cleaning. Well, somewhere along the way they had to have used magic because they were done in 1 1/2 hours and not only were the bathroom shining brightly they did take the time to do the house cleaning. So, I give 10 stars to team #13 Ceclia, Sandra, and Gabriela. They were very professional, thorough, and couldnt have been more nicer. I will for sure be calling them back!!! Thank you ladies!!!!!

We ve been using Molly Maid for years, in our current and previous house, and they ve always done a great job, so I thought it was about time I left a review. I particularly wanted to thank Team 10, Norma and Stephanie, who cleaned our house this week. They are friendly and professional, and obviously work very hard. They bring their own equipment and supplies for the cleaning. They also finish pretty quickly which is impressive, given the size of our house. They dust, vacuum the carpets and furniture, mop the floors, even wash any dishes that have been left in the sink. The house is spotless and even smells cleaner after they finish. We re on a regular 2-week schedule, and it s easy to reschedule or cancel a particular visit when needed. We ve never run into any problems with the service, and the cost is quite reasonable. I highly recommend the Molly Maid service.

I like to think that my house is clean dirty, which means I have neglected it for a minute but overall there s no trash and layers of dirt everywhere.
