This Cicis was not like the one near my house! No sauce and crust was flavorless. The usual Cicis I go to will butter the crust and definitely give me sauce! I felt like I ate plain Flatbread with dry cheese. Not good.

The place was very nice and clean, the only thing I didnt like was the way the manager treated an employee since we arrived, he was treating her badly and during the time we were there the same thing, I didnt like it, she was young and he is already a gentleman, just for the position does not give you the right to be terrible to others we are all equal in the eyes of God

If I could leave zero stars I would. None of the food was good, the salad was brown. The noodles was soft it wouldn t even stay on the fork. Also, the desserts taste like dough with sugar on it This was the worst experience I have ever had. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The service isn t great. The staff is not friendly at all. It says they close at 11, but I was told they were closing in 30 mins (10PM) which is very disappointing because we didn t get time to enjoy. They do have good games! And is overall clean.

So my family and I were trying to enjoy some pizza and make our own pizza the 2 male servers the pizza maker and the pizza cutter made my wife here pizza and were laughing due to her getting sick over it, just because we wanted to make our own and they werent having it. So in Spanish they were saying how she was going to get sick by the next day which was true and we were nice to them all but watch out for 2 Hispanics that work their males ages 17-21 one short hair and the other medium or long hair they will poison your food for sure. At this point I need to get a lawyer.

I asked Stephanie for a special pizza and waited 35 minutes while everyone got there special pizza. I went back up to her and she just laughed... she then places my order and puts it out for everyone else to grab. She was rude, and kept dropping pizzas in the back. She shouldnt be in the kitchen .

I love going here it s the nearest one to me but usually there was a man there as a manager as I came in I noticed there was a new manager which was a women as soon as I came in you can feel her negative energy she was being rude to everyone in general but I just paid I was with my friend her infant baby my 4 year old daughter and my 2 year old daughter she asked how many adults and how many kids I told her 2 adults 3 kids although I did say kids she literally looked at the baby but I noticed she charged me for 3 kids usually my two years old is only 1.99 she charged me wrong and I went to ask her she immediately was rude made a comment and said I asked you how many kids you said 3 I said okay I just thought you saw the baby I then told her why are you being rude she threw the money at me didn t let me talk and tried giving me back 1.99 which was incorrect I then told her this is wrong you still don t understand what I m trying to tell you if you would let me talk when she let me talk then she was like OK and she gave me the money back. I was upset because I think it s unnecessary for her to be rude when it was a mistake. She basically told me that it was my fault and that s fine even if it was my fault I don t think that you have to be rude. Looking at the other comments. It doesn t look like The. This is the first time she does this you guys really need to bring back the old Manager. She shouldn t even be there her Customer service sucks.

For a Saturday night, the amount of options on the buffet were pretty low. Everything tasted great. We weren t greeted upon entering and we had to wait and physically wave down someone at the buffet line to ask for a pizza request - it wasn t super busy and there were several people in the kitchen, so it just stood out to us as unusual compared to previous experiences. My main concern though is that they are still using single use bowls and utensils. And the plastic fork I had to use broke into pieces trying to cut a cinnamon roll.

I went in with family members hoping to have a great time. I paid for two adult buffets and a cup of water. I checked my receipt and I see an additional charge for a soda cup. I went back to tell the manager and she had the worst attitude trying to reprimand me as if I were her child or something. Maam I asked for two buffets and a cup of water. She misunderstood thats fine, its not the end of the world. It the fact she tried to yell at me telling me to learn how to order and I said well learn how to appropriately take orders. She had also messed up the peoples order before me! So I dont think the customers are having trouble ordering, its definitely Belinda having a hard time concentrating and putting orders in. A client close by said she also messed up her order for being on the phone while she took the order. I paid with card. I never carry cash. I asked her to refund me the extra charges she put in and she tried to give me cash. I said no maam I paid with card. She said take it or Im going to call the police. Call the police for what? For overcharging me with something I did not order? Go ahead and call the police! I need the money back on my CARD! She kept getting disrespectful and I said refund my entire amount Im out of here. Definitely do not recommend.

Usual Cicis s fare. Kid behind the pizza counter was very respectful and helpful. Took a star off for service since we had to bus our own tables if we wanted space to get more food. Pizzas were typically being restocked in portions with additional slices from under the counter so you couldn t tell if it was old or fresh pizza until you tasted it. Best bet was to ask for a 1/2 pizza, made to order. Always love the cheesy bread with Alfredo sauce to dip in. Alfredo spinach, bbq pork, Mac and cheese and buffalo chicken pizza are our favorites as long as they are thin crust. Hot cinnamon rolls are a must to end your meal with. If you see something on the menu that isn t on the buffet or want a custom pizza, ask. We got brownies since we asked.

Was enjoying some pizza and pasta, noticed I needed a refill on my drink. As I go to refill my cup, I noticed a roach was on the ice in my cup :( When I tried to notify the employees I was told when the manager gets back and offered a large cup with ice from the back, from where the initial ice with the roach was from. I would not recommend coming here, not going back as well. :(

Gave me my food flipped over. The box was the right way so they know they put it in wrong when they handed it to me. I go to this Cicis all the time when I can, usually to grind and get free buffet using the rewards system. Whenever I come, I can work on schoolwork while also getting food. The staff are so friendly that I wish I could stop by everyday, its like a family! But yeah, would recommend this place to anyone in the area who is super hungry and needs a lot for their buck.

My husband took me to this Cicis because its not as busy or dirty as other surrounding cicis are and because he knows i love pizza and at cicis my favorite pizza is the zesty ham and cheddar pizza but they dont bring that one out as often so i asked the guy behind the buffet to please put an order in for me and he told me no because they were going to bring one of those pizzas out soon BUT they never did and I was there for about an hour Im not confrontational so I didnt say anything but just know i didnt enjoy my visit and thanks to that guy with his neck all bitten up because he lied to me and never brought out my only request FYI its not the 1st time at this location

Was emailed a promotional coupon for a Monday or Tuesday special on pizza So we decided to go across from the family fitness and 20:15 The manager was not happy that we arrived at that time and hence his displeasure and negative attitude started... He rang 2 orders and I mentioned that I had this promotional coupon whereupon he was further annoyed.. I paid with a debit card whereupon he claimed that my debit card was denied which was impossible..his demeanor was very insulting and demeaning whereupon I told him that he needed to tone down how he was speaking to me and that I was a loyal customer.. Stay away from this store as ronald likes to go home right at closing time, is not interested in any customer service skills(he needs to spend more time in that part of his schooling) and then will refuse to serve you and call the police.... What an experience when all we wanted to do is enjoy a quiet nice and enjoy cicis pizza as we have at the various locations except this one.

The pizza crust was very thin compared to other cicis, the cheese had a taste that was off like it was about to go bad, and I watched an employee take an old pizza from under the counter and use it to fill in the missing pieces of a pie that was on the line.

First time going there to that CiCis . Never again. Customer service sucked. No one to wait on us . Standing there for someone to come. Hardly any ppl. So we left and went to the one on Lavon. Quick service and they were busy there. Got waiting on quickly. Never going back to that one.

I take the kids to Cicis very often. Im hoping this visit was just off because the website says they close at 11 but I was told they close the line at 930 and then its delivery only. I still ordered togo.

CHECK YOUR TO GO PIZZAS! Good thing we checked the box before leaving the cicis , 3 roaches running around in side of the pizza box ! Horrible experience was hoping we could have made something work instead of leaving a horrible review but people need to know what type of restaurant they re dining in! Extremely disappointed , pizza was disposed before I was able to take photos
