Decent small neighborhood park. Only one kid swing. Basketball court and baseball. Shades gazebo and benches for birthday party. Toilets: One bathroom missing door.

Bathrooms are in awful condition. One of the stall doors is completely missing and the fix was to put up a shower curtain with zip ties? Also the other bathroom stall door has been kicked in Im guessing and is broken as well. Walls covered in disgusting filth as well as blood stains?!?! Very scary and creepy and I dont even feel safe using the bathroom anymore. The rest of the park is great but the bathrooms are a huge turn off. Over a year ago they kept the bathrooms in great condition!! Its like over the past year theyve given up on taking care of the facilities. Very sad considering Ive seen Watauga vehicles there multiple times since. And like I said a fix for the door is a shower curtain and zip ties..... Is this really what our tax money is going to?

Toilets: Women/Girls restrooms missing a door it s very disturbing to use this facility. It needs to be upgraded lead poisoning from paint peeling off . We have our children out here playing sports etc this is over due for repairs etc . Need a garbage can inside , new hand dryer and need to be clean daily sanitized for safety. Picnic area: Very nice park to take the whole family to enjoy.Watching the kickball games etc is rewarding as well.

Kind of run down but they have lots of shaded picnic tables with little grills that look very inviting. The playground is also shaded which is nice.

The kickball fields have new dirt, and some have gotten new fencing and bleachers for sitting on. This is a great thing for these girls who are playing in the league.

My granddaughter loves going to watch the men playing basketball (shes 2), and she loves the playground. Playground: Very clean Dog-friendliness: All dogs were on leashes Picnic area: They were having a birthday party. Plenty of room

One star is only because there is not a below zero this by far was the absolute worst representation of a city Ive ever seen the park itself was nice and decent it was only the Community Center and its Representatives that were extremely rude to me and my wife and all my guests that attended the baby shower the air was cut off and we were threatened with the presence of police before our time was even up! I paid full price received 1/4 (maybe)of what we paid for. 2 employees walked into the middle of the wrong giving instructions for people to leave waving a contract and was very rude to my wife and family and then She called the police!! They came! baby shower raid?!?! Wow Watuga Texas!! It has to be the employees we encountered 3/7/23, There is recorded footage of all of this. I did not receive AIR, RESPECT OF PRIVACY, and me and my family were THREATENED WITH POLICE PRESENCE. ITS UNEXCEPTABLE and Embarrassing for your town. Please somehow make a change in staff that will treat paying and respectful Customers accordingly. (See follow up with 2WIMC )

We rented a party house for my God daughters sweet 16 Saturday and it was so nice I loved the house and we were able to turn up w/o interruption. 5 stars

I have lived up the road from this park since before was there. We have owned 1of the first houses there was a wind mill top of hill for maybe a couple of years. We have Loved this park throughout our lives. We have been here since 1976. Thank You Foster Village for Soooo Many Memories

My son and I went there to play tennis. Hard to find free courts to play at. These courts were in good shape. This small park also has a picnic pavilion, bathrooms, basketball courts and kids baseball fields. It is usually not a crowded park. I do dislike that the city of Watuaga makes you drive 20 mph going by this non crowded park. And let me not forget to mention that on this same property is a house to rent for events. My wife rented it for my 50ith birthday and we had about twenty people fit in there comfortably.

This is a lovely park with playground, tennis, basketball, a house to rent for parties, and tons of sports fields. Early morning, empty and great for dog walking ( pick up after yourselves, neighbors!)

Nice place to walk your pup. I didnt realize so many people played tennis. Its pretty cool to see the EMS/fire fighters playing tennis on their breaks, but itd be better if the did so in full gear.

Restrooms and snack sack are too small and filthy. The fields are normally in fair condition but they cannot handle any moderate amount of rain. Parking is insufficient.
