The legal team (Mac and his paralegal Marlene and the lawyer from their Corporate team ) answered all our questions and provided insights that we hadnt thought of which was incredibly helpful. We have been working with L&M for the past month or so as we set up our C-Corp and get our start-up off of the ground. After spending months searching for the right team to suit our legal needs it was my initial conversation with Megan, head of operations, that sold me on the firm. Since then, she has facilitated prompt and efficient communication with the firms various teams and team members, each of whom are working hard and swiftly on our behalf. No communication. I have called this company 9 times. I was told by their receptionist that I would receive a call back multiple times. I have not heard back once. One week ago I emailed the specific lawyer I m reaching out and no response. Very unprofessional.

Mousillis assessment of the business requirements for the startup has been very well rounded and the legal advice provided has been precise and highly professional. I was extremely happy with Megan, Feras, and the teams help with reviewing documents related to stock I had from a previous company. I would definitely recommend them for help with related topics. :-) The review I received was more thorough than I was expecting. It answered all the questions that I had and there was more than enough detail to answer follow-up questions I would have had on the document.
