We went in my husbands birthday, during the middle of the day on Saturday. The staff was rude, and the lanes kept messing up. We had to keep resetting the pins. The balls were not coming back and kept getting stuck. We went during the day so we could see the markers, but they just turned off the lights so hard to see markers, and the music and base were so loud it hurt my kids ears. Whats with all the tvs so many distractions above the lanes. We only stayed for 1 game, and we left and went to a different bowling alley. This place has gone down hill.

Awesome place the lanes are well taken care of. On busy nights it can get pretty warm, not much airflow. Balls range from 14 to 6. The lanes have a pretty easy to understand console to help you navigate through diffrent options, plus 2 and 1/2 pages of themes to choose from. The staff is super friendly especially the bartender, super cheerful. The food is probably a 3 star at the best for bowling food, its pricy for how it taste. There is an arcade but my group didnt use it, not complaining having the extra entertainment is a nice addition, it uses a card with credits like main event. Overall I give it a 4 out 5. With the bowling being a 5, food being a 3, extra entertainment 4, alcohol 3.5 tastey but weak, staff 5 super friendly and very fast when it comes to lane fixes and questions if you have them.

Celebrated three milestone birthdays at Bowlero today. We had an awesome time and the staff was super friendly and helpful and assisted us in many areas. I would definitely return here for any other type of celebration. Unexpectedly we did not have to clean up or put our balls away. That was going to be taken care of by the very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this cool and fun place!! Keep up the great work

Mediocre experience. Bowling is overpriced in general, so I cant knock them much there. Where I can knock them is on management and current configuration. Our food order was apparently never submitted, even though we received the drinks from said order. We had to ask them 3 times to correct the alotted paid lane time to reflect what was paid. They corrected the time twice... incorrectly, and then seemed to finally understand. My biggest gripe is the new layout. Its terrible. Theres no seated area at the control screen, but this could be overlooked if the rest wasnt so bad. The table configuration has 1x 4 person table directly behind the paired lanes, and 1x 4 person table forward of the previous and placed on each side of the paired lanes. So any pair of lanes technically has 6 seats, 1 full table, and 2x 1/2 tables. Why is this an issue? Each lane will support 8 bowlers on the screen. So 16 possible bowlers with 12 seats, if you take 4 chairs and 2x 1/2 tables from the bowlers one lane pair over in either direction. Just terrible planning and a god awful layout.

My family and I wanted to bowl at Main Event, but there was a 2 and a half hour wait. So I remembered that I had been to Bowlero several years ago, so we called and gave them a try. Not only was the wait much shorter, but the prices were also much cheaper. Bowlero offers specials late at night that include shoes and unlimited bowling until closing that are fantastic! We already went twice in one week! Bowlero is fantastic!

Had a great time at bowlero today. It was very chill, nice music, clean and welcoming. Brendon was a great help! He answered all of our questions about summer pass and bowling league and even gave additional tips on the $5 arcade cards. He was extremely friendly and we got the sense that he truly cared about customer experience. We will definitely be back!

I have never encountered such friendly staff in awhile. The staff was incredibly attentive, so sweet, and welcoming. They were short staffed when we went on a Sunday but you couldnt even tell and they were super apologetic but they did not need to be because it wasnt their fault. I hope other customers reciprocate the kindness as these folks have created a wonderful place to have fun and celebrate small parties. Thank you Bowlero of Watauga!

I used to work about 8 months So I went up there today to watch my girlfriend dad bowl after being there for about 30 minutes a manager came up to me and asked me my name and I told him my name he said I wasn t aloud there I told him I was never trespassed and he said he was calling the police to get me trespassed so I just told them I was just gonna leave. There is a someone who doesn t like me who works at the front and the The so called General manager doesn t like me either honestly I feel embarrassed and disrespected this is how yall treat y all s former employees. Most of the songs are too inappropriate for kids.. literally back to back. All of us adults were looking at eachother in distaste.They play the music videos on the screens which is the biggest issue. Supposed to be a family environment, but the vulgarity, nudity, and satanic images in these songs are disgusting. Idk if its always like that or what. Good things i can say otherwise is the staff was very nice, food decent compared to other bowling places, clean and liked the decor/vibes... but its not enough to take my family back.

Clean facility and for the most part the staff is eager to help. If you do need a managers assistance just walk to the tables bu the food area. While we were there she only got up to stretch her legs. Otherwise she sat there and chatted up another worker I assume. I personally had a great time here. It s been revamped a lot, and it smells/looks/bowls much nicer. I do miss it being called Brunswick though, but that s besides the point. Awesome atmosphere and clean as can be. Tons of great tvs, comfortable tables not those old style booth seats at alleys. Great lighting. Alley, bar and bathrooms incredibly clean. No typical stale bowling alley smell; probably because of of hardwood flooring, not carpet. Food at the bar was great including delicious flat bread. Bartenders Myriah and Megan were great and manager Brendon was very helpful sharing details on their unlimited bowling features. Very old lanes, but no steps. I use a wheelchair and if the lanes had more space, it would be perfect. I had to wait about 30 minutes to bowl. They had league Bowling on most lanes, but had a few set aside for open Bowling. I was on lane 1 and it worked really well. Any other lane would have been very difficult.

I live in Mineral Wells, and my son had his Special Olympic Bowling here. It was a very nice bowling alley. It was crowded, but that was to be expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The reason I give it a 4 star is because the area that we had to stay in was really narrow, not much elbow room to walk, and the restrooms werent very clean, other than that, it was a nice place. But a BIG shout-out goes to The Bowlero in Watauga for hosting the Special Olympic. Thanks for having us.

I went with my boyfriend for a late afternoon date. They do have a good special if you buy 3 bowling games the games after are only $5. We were VERY disappointed when my boyfriend realized he was being filmed by an employee. That is complete unacceptable and felt violated. It completely ruined our experience and was disappointing. Not very happy with the quality of the $20 pizza s they sell here. Not one of the kiddos thought it was good. In fact they described it tasting like cardboard . Another thing was that we had a pretty large group, and lanes were open to have us split up and have two lanes (we had 8 in our group, 4 of which were kiddos) and they insisted they were doing all you can bowl night and that we couldn t have the two lanes. We ended up getting the one next to us, but I wasn t pleased with the fact that we couldn t just get them to begin with, seeing as I paid a pretty penny for us all to enjoy our night out, plus the good being pretty terrible. Overall, I doubt we will be returning.
