Absolute slam dunk from the minute we arrived. Without reservations. Like narcissists. But they made room for us, so we got to enjoy the delightful menu. Our favorite dish was a deconstructed California roll. Beautiful and delicious and generous quantity. The Frozé, which uses Dallas own Rose Gold (best of the best Rosé. Ever.), was unforgettably delicious, especially on a warm night. What a chic and happy vibe, as well. Reminds me of the REM song, Shiny Happy People. Eat here! You ll love it!

My wife and I came here for lunch today (100+ degrees outside) and decided to sit on the patio since we wanted to bring our dog. Understandably, we were the only ones crazy enough to sit outside. The service was the first thing we noticed. They set up our table immediately and brought water for our dog. We had our drinks ordered and brought to us as soon as we sat down. The aperol spritz was very refreshing and tasty. My wife also got the frozen French 75 which was very good too! To start, we got the fried mushrooms (which when we ordered them, we thought we were ordering fries). They well exceeded our expectations. We also shared the burger and chicken club salad. Which were both fantastic! Highly recommend these dishes and drinks. We also saw their brunch menu and decided we absolutely have to check that out soon.

We went to Parigi today for lunch, didn t have a reservation. When we walked in at 12:45, there were 4-5 empty tables and the woman at the front told us since we were a party of 2- they wouldn t give that table to us, rather let it remain empty . There were 2 more 2 seaters and she said they were reserved for 1pm. So we sat the very small congested bar which had low bar stools with high counters. Guess what ! Until we left around 2, both those 2 seaters and a table that could seat 4 remained empty. Worst customer service waiting for no one to come in and ignoring customers that are present. The quality of the food was meh, but the bartender was great. Never ever visiting this place again! I had high expectations for this place. Overrated, pathetic customer service

Food was bland and unimpressive. Presentation wasn t great. Crudo were cut in large pieces and covered with lots of sauce and vegetables. Veal milenese was drowning in argula. I thought they would come out in smaller, more elegant ways. Deviled eggs were delicious though. For a birthday dinner, we were really hoping to be wowed.

11:15 am I just parked on the rear parking lot and entered. An elderly waiter asked, Do you have a reservation? A lady walked in behind me when the same waiter told her that they open at 11:30. Yes this was blatant. I told the manager that I wanted something Italian like spaghetti and meatballs . He responded, we do not serve that here. He did no offer me a menu nor did he recommend another dish. He did not bother to tell me that the restaurant would open in 15 minutes. He clearly wanted me to leave and I obliged because I simply wanted to grab a quick lunch. His actions caused me to feel unwelcome at this restaurant. I would Not recommend this restaurant.

This is a frequent stop for me. Atmosphere is very French Bistro with some American spin to it. Parking can be a little bit of a hassle when it is the busy hours ( 12pm-1pm and 6pm-8pm ) but generally easy. Food is amazing. Everything on the menu is delicious. Chefs choices are generally very good. Service is excellent. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Food comes out quickly. Dinning area is fairly smaller. Around 75 people can fit inside. There is outside seating.

The restaurant is Paris themed & completely gorgeous also. I had a great time & I will definitely be back soon.

We had an excellent lunch at Parigi today! The weather was beautiful so we sat outside on the patio. Our server, Robert, was fantastic! He was very attentive and really understand hospitality! We started with a bottle of Chardonnay and some amazing Portobellini Fries. We have the Portobellini Fries almost every time we dine at Parigi. For lunch we ordered the daily risotto which was a blackened shrimp risotto and was fantastic! We also ordered the Wild Boar Bolognese which was terrific! In the end, Parigi never fails! Great location, fantastic staff and amazing food!

Would highly recommend for brunch and for some girl time with the besties! Do not hesitate to walk in the door. You will get exceptional service and food that melts in your mouth. This jewel of a bistro is like a large, noisy St. Emilion (FW). It is a see and be seen place. If you are LGBTQ+ shy, you might be a teensy bit uncomfortable with this LGBTQ+ friendly venue, but man up nevertheless for the food. Exemplary of that is the flower in the photo an hors d oeuvre of goat cheese-stuffed piquanté peppers on a bed of pesto so pretty that you ll hesitate to eat it but only for a moment. Parking: Located behind the bistro.

I really loved this place. The decor is fresh and inviting. Very cool mixture of people. Ordered the parilla peppers for appetizer and it was plated beautifully. Im not the biggest fan of goat cheese but it was pretty good. My friends loved it. Then tried the award winning Caesar salad and it was very good. Served on individual leafs of romaine. Very nice flavor of the dressing. My main entree was the cacchio e pepe made with buccatini. It was incredible and I highly recommend if you like this dish. Finished with the peach cobbler a la mode. Wow! So good! Three of us shared it, it was so big. Overall, I was very impressed and will definitely be back and highly recommend. Make reservation and you will probably need to valet in back.

Hiding in plain sight is a true Dallas gem. Ive been coming here for 30 years and Im embarrassed that I have never taken the time to write a review. The restaurant business is hard but Janice and her team continue to create something magical. They walk that fine line between elegance and casual that few can master. The food is consistently delicious. I dont remember having a bad meal here ever. Dino makes some of the best martinis and Manhattans in town. Robert is a master at managing the floor and waiting on tables as well. Darryl Ann, Felissa, and Brie should teach classes on serving. There are many other fine employees that I didnt name but many have been here for years as well. All are top knotch. It is very rare, and speaks volumes about what they have created. I had a challenging week but my visit to Parigi made it all melt away. As Tafa handed me my keys, I thought how lucky I am. Thank you!

My dining companion and I had an early dinner tonight at Parigis. It was extremely warm outside so when we walked in to a cool, pleasant temperature in the restaurant we were very happy. We both shared a grilled artichoke appetizer and both ordered the Veal Milanese. Both were delicious, of the highest quality, andcwere generous servings. I paired the Italian red blend wine with my entree and it was a perfect match. Lance was our server and did an excellent job; friendly, efficient, and professional! Parigis is a top notch restaurant that consistently provides quality food, service, and atmosphere.

Upscale, low key neighborhood restaurant. Parigi is an Oak Lawn staple! Have dined here many times over the years, but just now leaving a review! Excellent experience every time. The staff is great. Awesome patio (great for brunch) and good place for casual or special occasion dinner. The menu changes but they always have a burger, which is one of the best! All meals are excellent. Shown: Caesar salad (split in 2!) with their amazing salad dressing , burger (they have daily specials but this one is just a regular cheese burger with Gruyère cheese), and mushroom cheese steak (if you like mushrooms!). Other menu items are a foodies dream! Small space so reservations recommended.

Hostess very helpful. Menu decent but food was not very flavourful and the service flow was completely off. We were still eating our first course when the main course arrived - I don t expect this in reasonable American service style restaurants. We were also served by four different staff - while there were not major service issues this meant the food and connection - part of a dinner experience was missing. Sitting on the patio on a nice night was very pleasant. We probably will not return. Update - I received a very prompt call this morning from the owner who had completed some discussion and wanted to talk with us. I thought this was very nice and very caring - not everyone does this and her desire to have as back was strong. Follow up excellent to customer comments.

Great outside seating. Owner came and talked to us and offered us something to celebrate our occasion. Some items from the menu are better than others. I was disappointed with the chocolate glob and the peach cobbler. The truffle fries choked me and the cesar salad was remarkably small (2 leaves to eat like a wrap). But, the mound of risotto was tasty as was the shrimp I ordered with my salad. The Manhattan was perfect.

Love the ambiance of this place especially dining on the patio gives it another reason to come back again. Service was very good, our waitress was very friendly and had a good sense of humour made our meal more enjoyable. Just a little over priced compared to other nicer places.

Sat on their comfortable, breezy patio. Service was outstanding. Large swamp coolers help with the Texas heat. Our server did an excellent job helping us find just the right wines.

I really wanted to like Parigi. It has been highly recommended by friends. We ate here twice last week and both meals were disappointing. On our first visit, the Texas Summer Salad was flavorless and the Grilled Artichoke was below average . The Texas Pasta was reminiscent of Olive Garden. We gave it another shot figuring everyone has an off night. On our second visit, the Veal Milanese was overwhelmed by salt. We barely ate it. The wait staff never asked how our food was, didnt seem to notice that the veal was mostly uneaten and seemed not to care if we enjoyed our meal. Im baffled at the love for this restaurant.

This is one of the finest restaurants in Dallas. The food is fresh, locally grown and cooked to perfection. When you have the food delivered, that make sure to include bread, butter and all the extras to make your meal just as nice - dining at home.

It is a pretty restaurant and I enjoyed the vibe. However, our server made us feel a little uncomfortable after I said I didnt like the lemonade, I felt like you have to like everything because they think their food is the best in town. Food is expensive but not necessarily the best. I think I would try another restaurant if I am going to spend that kind of money again. The average per plate is $30.

Came here for a friend s birthday celebration. We had a large party. Table was prepared and ready so we were able to sit right down. Love the decor here. The server was super kind and very attentive in the beginning, towards the end of our reservation she was nonexistent. We were flagging down random servers for service. At this point the restaurant seemed to be closing as they were cleaning and moving tables around us. The food was good. Very nice portions, drinks were a little pricey but good as well. The complementary warm bread and butter is so yummy! I ordered the baked garlic and warm crab dip. The baked garlic was my favorite! The garlic was cooked perfectly. The warm crab dip was just okay, i feel like something was missing. There were many pasta dishes and the table and everyone seemed to enjoy their food. Overall experience was okay.

The food remains outstanding. But like many other restaurants, they remain a slave to their reviews, so here goes. They have no physical menus. They force you to use your phone to get to the website. Maybe were traditionalists, maybe they are just cheap, maybe they just dont know everyone in the US has access to and can get the vaccine if they want one. Second, service. Our waitress appeared distracted. When we wanted to order appetizers, my wife ordered then waitress started to walk away without taking my order. After taking the order, she wanted to bring mine first and my wifes second since mine was faster. They kindly split the cesar into 2 individual plates for us. That was nice. We both ordered the wild boar bolognese. It was good. It came out hot and fresh. However, no twirling spoons were brought, no bread & butter was offered, nor any parmeasen cheese until we made eye contact with a different waitress, who then made it right.

Just an ok experience...my water glass had lipstick stains. The escargot was ok, not a bad flavor, but also not great, however it had great texture. The corn chowder again was a bit underwhelming in flavor. The burger was pretty good, a bit messy, and the fries were great. The risotto tasted like flare ups from the pan...service staff seemed very unorganized.

This has to be one of the best hidden gems in Dallas I have ever found. The menu is very good with the perfect selections. I had their combination pate which was divine to say the least. The flavors exploded in your mouth and was very refreshing. I had their famous Caesar salad which was the perfect portion with the right amount of flavor. The salad dressing was not overwhelming but a perfect balance on the tongue. I had the trout which was the freshest piece of fish I have ever had to date. It was flaky, hot, and tasted very fresh. I also had the chocolate glob which is their hybrid of a brownie and chocolate cake and it was phenomenal. Highly recommend this place. In addition to all of that the staff is super friendly, the atmosphere is very relaxed yet chic and they have a lovely outdoor patio.

As a person who has been here for several times, the quality of food at Parigi is great, but I have to leave my complaint about the service I was unhappy with today. Last time, I had panini set and risotto, and one of food was charged lower than the price on the menu which turned out as a lunch price. Today, I visited the restaurant and ordered the same thing as last time. After getting a check, I asked a male server (caucasian mid-age man- he maybe a manager or similar level) if he can double check on the lunch price. He bluntly said the restaurant never had lunch price on anything and rudely saying, you gotta pay this amount as on the menu and just walked away. Is that how he always treats customers? He seemed to believe I am making up something or begging for discount. People who come to this restaurant DO have $20 for Panini, OK? I certainly felt it was wrong. Later, I remember that it was risotto (not panini) that has different prices in lunch and dinner. When I asked, he certainly did not explain it at all. The taste of food matters more, of course. But hey, this is the up-scale restaurant providing a good service to people. Its not only about money, but about how you treat people. I was thinking of recommending this place to my colleagues, but as of today, I will not likely to do so. I graciously gave two stars for tasty food.

I placed a to-go order and despite sitting in my car waiting for 25min after the pickup time because they were late, they charged me an automatic 20% gratuity without informing me. And this is the lobster risotto (tiny piece of overcooked lobster). Not a good experience.
