I had a too good to go order and they were FAST at the counter. Parking: It is in a building but I didnot see any signs that said it is inside. I just missed that detail. It is like a foodcourt on a street level building., on the corner. the big neon signs outside the building made me think they were the restaurants there but they are just signs of different restaurants which are inside. Food was very delicious and easy to watch up and eat later, topping options are plenty.

The customer service is top notch here! My son has been wanting to go here for months and is a huge follower on tiktok. We decided to make the trip to Waco just for this Mac & Cheese. Highly recommend the F Me Up bowl. Since we love spicy, we added buffalo sauce and jalapenos. 10/10 amazing! The jalapeno popper garlic bread was good but I wouldnt get it again. The Garlic Parmesan sauce is fantastic on everything and you should put it on any bowl. Thank you for making my sons day! We will be back.

I was so pleasantly surprised. I wasn t sure what to expect. But they really elevate Mac & Cheese and the grilled cheese. The noodles are so good, NOT MUSHY!! Toppings are great. The brisket was very good. The bread for the grilled cheese is great. I ll certainly be back, and highly recommend you rediscover a favorite at this place!!

There is nothing special in mac cheese. Too long wait time. Very poor service and process organization. We waited more than 40 minutes for two mac and cheese. There was no option to pay by credit card, cash only. We ordered dine-in but delivery orders were served first. Food is ok, but nothing special for $15 per person. Bad service ruined all the impression.

Absolutely delicious. 100% recommend. I got the F Me Up bowl, recommended by my sister, and it was perfect. Very tasty. The bacon-to-mac ratio was perfect. The pepper jack added a tiny, tiny bit of a kick. Absolutely hilarious staff, very kind, and friendly. The environment was exciting and lively. We went out of our way to get this mac, and it was WORTH IT! I will say that it was a pretty pricy (about $18 per bowl) but that could just be from how we dressed them up.

Made a special trip down to Union Hall specifically to try Ronis Mac Bar and we werent let down, the brisket in fresh, delicious and tender. I highly recommend getting your creation topped with breadcrumbs, parmigiana and some sort of drizzle. 12/10 will stop and try a different combination on my next trip through Waco.

Watching videos for over a month, I came through town and wanted to try it out. Not a huge fan of the location, but this isnt the type of place youd see in its own building, so options are limited. You have to go in a building labeled Union Hall to find it. Its near the center of the food court. The food didnt disappoint! The noods were perfectly cooked and not mushy, the flavor was great, and the customer service was outstanding. I wish the ordering had an option for the ef me up bowl, or more personalization like a text box to type in. I had to go to the counter to explain all I wanted, but she was great to work with. Bad reviews mention lack of flavor. Well, its your bowl, and if you just order mac and 1 cheese and little else, there wont be much flavor! Its cheddar, not gouda. Geeze. I highly recommend the garlic butter topping. I love garlic and butter and got a double helping, which really made the bowl pop.

We came here during a stop on our way to Dallas and we ordered my boyfriend didn t get what he ordered, the staff said they accidentally picked up the wrong one and gave it to someone else but didn t offer to remake what he originally ordered or even a refund, he ate it anyway because he was really hungry and didn t want to give anyone a hard time. I usually avoid giving bad reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience here. I visited this place multiple times to see if it could live up to the hype, but unfortunately, I was disappointed each time. I didnt enjoy any of the food, including the cheesy bread, which I found bland, dry, and lacking flavor. When I think of mac and cheese, I expect a creamy, delicious sauce. However, their version fell far short of that expectation. I honestly prefer Kraft Mac and Cheese over what I had here. On a positive note, the staff was always kind and courteous during my visits. However, the portions were small, the food was overpriced, and overall, it just wasnt good. I genuinely wanted to like this place, and Im sorry I didnt. I wish them the best of luck, as it seems some people do enjoy it, but it just wasnt for me.

Where to start? First 10 minutes of waiting only to find out they were out of pepper jack cheeses and the brisket wasn t ready. So then apology #1. Then 10 minutes later still nothing, apology #2. Oh wait, they had no brisket so the bag of frozen brisket gets opened and cooked. So then 30+ minutes later here comes brisket mac without pepper jack and alfredo substitute- not quite what was ordered. To bad. Big hopes, but I d say go to the other mac bar around the corner. I asked every employee about the viral video that came from this location and they all had no clue what I was talking about. They did not attempt to help me. They could care less about me as a customer. The entire time I was asking for help They just stared at me like I was annoying them. I drove all the way from San Marcos for nothing. I have never had such a bad experience. They had 3 employees standing around drinking instead of trying to help me. The customer service and lack of professionalism has ruined my experience and I will never come back. The only one that was working was the young man I applaud him. I went here twice. The first time. I wasnt really impressed but the owner reached out to me and asked me to come back. On my second visit. It was a complete difference. The food was fantastic. The service was impeccable. They were genuine and kind and it was a pleasure to order from them. I would recommend asking the staff, if you have any questions. The only recommendation I would have is maybe offering preset bowls for those people that dont that dont know how to make one. The selection can be overwhelming and you could add too much and ruin the flavor of the bowl. The new cheese sauce is fantastic. I would definitely recommend going there and I will be back.

Im glad we gave them another chance and will definitely be long time customers! Original review: Mixed feelings about this one. I feel like the experience could be better but this one was not great. I have been watching their videos on YouTube for a while I was living in Alaska and was really excited to try them now that I moved back to Texas. We drove 3 hours for this and I ordered a Mac and a grilled cheese. While I was waiting I interrupted the staffs debate about going to work somewhere else to ask a few questions about the restaurant and tell them how excited I was. A few minutes later she told me it was going to be a while because they forgot to put the chicken in my mac. They remade it bagged everything up and I left. When I sat down to eat at a park I noticed the bag contained my correct macaroni as well as the wrong one but no sandwich. The 2 employees there were obviously distracted and messed up literally my entire order. I guess they have better things to do... I will say the one thing I did eventually get that was correct was very good. I just wish I could have tried everything I paid for and had better service.

Absolutely delicious. My long distance partner and I have been watching the vids for months and knew we had to stop by once they were in town and we were driving from Dallas to Austin. Saw this place on a popular YouTube Short and was excited to check it out. I m not sure if this is a different location from the video or what, but things like Gouda cheese weren t available, the kiosks had some of the most user unfriendly UI I ve seen (and you couldn t order preset menu items / things featured from the videos like a grilled cheese with Mac and Cheese filling), and worst of all - it just wasn t good. I ordered the buffalo Mac (with the ingredients recommended on their website) and, idk - it just tastes like something out of a microwave meal. Oh, and of course it was pricy.

Ive been wanting to try this place for so long and I finally tried it today It did not disappoint, the food was really good, cheesy goodness in a bowl. I got the Macaroni: Regular Cheese sauce: Alfredo (limited time), Cheddar and Pepper jack Meat: Brisket Toppings: Tomato, Jalapeño, Parmesan, Breadcrumbs Sauce: BBQ, Garlic Parm, Ranch Me and my siblings loved it! You can try any type of combination, the possibilities are endless. But honestly more than the food, what really made the experience special was the service. If you have any question theyre more than ready to answer and they really go above and beyond to make sure the customer gets the order they want. Came from Oregon and was so looking forward to trying this. Been following online for a while. Was very disappointed in the staff. Not a fan of the self order with machines. I wants a different option but wasn t able to request online. Girl behind counter was no very friendly I asked a question for mixed cheese and was ignored. Very disappointed with the little amount of meat on dish. Cheddar broccoli wasn t flavorful at all. Overall very disappointed. It was filling and we did eat it. But wish we tried someplace else especially for the prices that were charged as everything is an up sale

Mac and cheese is flavorless. The Mac is something you could make at home. Try the pasta from Armstrong s bayou it s way better and cooked to perfection. Pasta is same price as a bowl of Mac but better and bigger serving. Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free but it doesn t taste good.

It is very rare that I find something new in the culinary world, however I cannot say that I have ever visited a macaroni oriented restaurant until I came across Roni s. I was originally somewhat skeptical, as I feared that Roni s might have been just overpriced Mac and cheese. However, I was quite impressed on the variability and amount of customization on their menu. My meal was very delicious and well prepared and I definitely will be visiting Roni s again in the future.

The entire place that Ronis is in is like a hidden gem. Never knew this place existed until I got an ad on Instagram Ronis was a great place to stop for a quick lunch. Their Mac & Cheese bowls come in a really good portion, and their sandwiches are really delicious. Will absolutely be back here

This famous eatery is located inside the union hall which has several other eatery joints. I loved the part that the Mac and cheese is customizable. They offer a wide range of toppings from veggies to protein that goes well with the mac and cheese. You can place your orders through the kiosks in front of the bar. The kiosk is user friendly and also accepts payments. All I did was to order via the kiosk and got a text when my food was ready. The Mac and cheese tasted absolutely delicious. The cafeteria has both indoor and outdoor seatings. Vegetarian options: Can always make Mac and cheese without meat in it Dietary restrictions: Can build your own Mac and cheese with no meat in it. Not sure if they offer vegan cheese. Parking: Had to park my car near the Silos and walk for 6mins to this place.
