We used to prefer this location but on this day the sandwich maker ruined the experience. Obviously having a bad day I witnessed him throw his gloves on the ground outside. When we went in he was the one slicing. He got mad that i would not accept my roll cut leaving a sliver of bread on the bottom and when he got it right he just threw the cheese on the bread sloppily, not the way they typically place the cheese. At that point we left, it was obvious we weren t going to receive good service. 2:30 PM on August 11th

We usually get fast service with my online orders but tonights order took longer. While waiting I observed Delvin working circles around everyone else. That kid deserves a raise! Staff were all nice and for our extra wait offered chips to go with our order.

Our orders always take forever to get filled. Tonight our pick up time was 6:21 and I did not walk out of there til 7pm. I was told at 6:35, ten minutes after I got there, that our order was delayed because they didnt have any thawed gluten free buns and it would take another 10 to 15 minutes for it to thaw. Dietary restrictions: Offers gluten free bread but they dont have them readily available.

The first time I came into this Jersey Mikes, I had a great experience. However, this last time I came in, I felt completely rushed. Nobody paid attention to what I was ordering. I couldnt even barely finish my sub order before they were pushing me to the checkout line and the person in the back was talking to the employees and distracting them from remembering the orders they had to ask me three times what I ordered. First we placed a order thru the website then they forgot a sandwich, no biggie they gave us the sandwich and we went home. Come to find out it s the completely wrong sandwich just a double of one we already had. Then we drive back and the manager had the annoyed and absurd attitude while remaking our sandwich making the vibe so tense. Going to actively avoid this place it feels like it s run by a bunch of teens that don t care.

Great sandwiches. Rude counter service from young gentlemen slicing ham and working register. Dining room was dirty as they chatted casually. My daughter and I were both disappointed as we ate at the least-dirty table in an otherwise empty and filthy dining room. No managers I guess? I want my tip back.

Although the food tastes fresh the staff s attitude kills your visit. They act as if you re bothering them and they treat your meal with little to no respect. I clearly asked for the dressing on the side but the staff still started to put it on my food. What I asked him to stop, he looked at me as if I m really bothering him. The others stand around looking lost. Sometimes they seal your dressing container and sometimes not. No consistency except for the bad attitude they have. I ll go to Subway next door next time.

This restaurant uses the same model as many Mexican restaurants - where you see the advertisement of sizzling fajitas and end up with a plate full of green peppers,rice, beans and tortillas and overpriced. Now your sandwich has 3 pounds of bread, 5 pounds of lettuce, and the flavorless meat is so thin that I can almost see through it.

I love Jersey Mike s sandwiches and consider this to be my favorite cheat meal. I usually get it when I am treating myself from a long and deserving day. That being said I hold the sandwich in high regards. I recently moved to League City near my family and have been to the store a handful of times. Every time I come in the staff is very unfriendly and acts like I am inconveniencing them while I order. My other family members have agreed that they have also had experiences like this with this location. It takes maybe 1 minute to make the sandwich I order. Tonight I had to go over three times what I wanted and they still got it wrong. I can deal with unfriendly but when I get home from a long day and get a wrong order to, it really makes me not want to come back to this location. As someone who worked in restaurants for 5 years recently this is below the bare minimum.

As a franchise I love them. This store not so much. Waited for a very long time for my sandwich only to have it made completely opposite of how it was ordered. We ve been going to this location for about 3 or 4 months. We ve slowed down our visits because my husband says his rude the staff is. I ve blown it off until tonight, my son went there to get food and the first thing he said when he got how was how RUDE the staff was. First.. I love Jersey Mike s and have been a regular customer for years, probably go at least once a week. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular location last night, left NO taste in my mouth. Now, I will start off by saying I have worked in a sandwich shop and many other fast food and restaurants before, and I did walk in 10 minutes before closing at 8:50pm on a Friday night, so I get that the employees probably wanted to get out of there ASAP.. but you re a sandwich shop, your ONLY job is to sell sandwiches during working hours. (AND looks like this may be a regular occurrence here, according to another review from a couple months ago, stating the doors were already locked THIRTY minutes before closing.) When I pulled up, the neon open sign was already turned off. 3 employees working, 2 behind the counter. No greeting. Fine, whatever.. they re annoyed I m coming in right before closing time. Although, still not an excuse to behave like that towards your customers. I ordered a giant Italian. Employee 1 says they are out of some things. The lettuce bin was almost completely empty.. definitely not enough for even a small sandwich. Employee 1 continues to say they didn t want to cut anymore since they were closing soon.. so they had more lettuce, just refused to cut more. No apology, nothing. I commented they should always have lettuce.. and they were still open for 10 minutes. No response. Employee 1 & 2 just looked at each other and smiled as I walked out. That was it. No sorry . No have a good night . Employee 1 was not a kid either. Just terrible customer service all around. Hate that I will now have to drive a bit farther to get my Jersey Mike s fix, but I refuse to put up with rude employees at any place of business. Do your job when you re on the clock, without the attitude, or go work somewhere else.

Walked in like usual and Im usually bragging about how good the staff is. There was noone in line, one party sitting and eating, and a lady waiting for her to-go order. Unbelievable $8.45 for just a Sandwich. Chips an Drink sold separately. Bottle Sodas $2.69 EACH. Didnt see the Drink Machine because it was hidden in a Corner. They have the Refrigerator Drink Machine first as you walk in like thats all they have. Big rip-off. $26.56 for a #3 #10 2 bags of chips an 2 - 20oz Sodas. Only for the Richest man. There seems to be something missing when it comes to training people. This is the second Jersey Mikes in the last 2 months to have issues, and this one is 900 mi away from the other. There seems to be a hearing problem for the employees, and there is a big difference between sandwiches that you order in person and the sandwiches that you order through the app for delivery. If I eat Jersey Mikes anymore, Ill be going in person for sure. Putting incorrect things on the sandwich, and skimping on the extras you pay for is ridiculous. decided to try ordering a head today. Its not going to work, you have to be there in person if you want extra meat. Brain damage has to be a requirement to work here.

This location definitely has heavy traffic but the staff remained very friendly and as always the sandwiches are great. Made fresh and just the way I like them. After the line was cleared you could see the staff cleaning, restocking and preparing for the next rush, this is something you don t see in a lot of fast food places due to bad training. Glad to see great management!!!

I am a frequent customer here for lunch after work and generally love it. I also normally do not write reviews,especially bad ones. With that being said my boyfriend and I went here for some lunch after a work out and were really looking forward to it. When we got here ,there was an elderly guy waiting in line. The team member quietly asked him to step aside 3 times. After the 3rd time I decided to speak up and help, thinking maybe he just could hear well. He turned around and looked and me and kept standing there. The team member asked him again. He finally moved. When we go to the front of the line the team member just stood there and stared at us,didnt asked what we wanted or to hold on while he helped the other team member with the pile of online orders. I began to order a regular size veggie on regular bread, he cut my bread, than asked what my boyfriend order was which was an regular size chicken bacon ranch on the cheese bread. The team member, who for the record was a white guy with very oily longish dirty blonde hair, just walked away to the back and when his coworker asked what he was doing he said he was looking for the bread.....which was directly behind him..... Finally another team member came in, a black gentlemen with braids and a side ways hat, he immediately hoped on line and started to make my order. I wish I would have started with him. He had a much better attitude and seemed to know what he was doing. Someone to finally call the shots and put SOME kind of order to this mess. He made the hot order slip for my boyfriends order and went to help the order guy still waiting for his order. He told the oil haired one to finished my sandwich, reminded him it was a veggie and to ask me if I wanted it mikes way. I hesitated, because this entire time he touched the register, numerous sandwiches, bags and other things with the SAME pair of gloves. I said no I just want 2 slices of tomato, a little bit of lettuce and some pepper. The oily haired one threw 2 tomatoes on and a huge pile of lettuce. I stopped him before he put the pepper on and asked to less lettuce. He proceeded to throw the lettuce BACK into the bin! It made me wonder how long had he went without changing his gloves? All day? Has he continued to put food back from other peoples food into the bin? I had to ask him to change his gloves and with an attitude he did. The way he stood around not helping with the pile of online orders, or the guess there to pick up orders, he also continued talking back and being rude with the team member on the grill who was working on orders for online and in-store by himself. As someone who works in the food industry and is attending school to be in the medical field this really disgusted me how unsanitary he was. ESPECIALLY in the midst of a PANDEMIC.The ONLY reason this has 2 stars and not 1, is because of the black gentlemen with the braids. As I said before I work in the food industry and have for a while, I know it can get busy, and things happen. Which is why I dont like to write bad reviews. Being this unsanitary and negative though? Its unexceptionable and honestly I do not know how he still works here. If you see him going to make your food ask for someone else, or at the very least to change his gloves.

The subs and customer service is excellent in comparison to Jimmy Johns and Subways offers. The more you go back the more points you earn for the foods offered and they dont expire. If you want a good philly steak sandwich, you should try the Big Kahuna its delicious!!!!!
