I went through the drive thru and ordered a white chocolate mocha. I was so excited. It s my day off and I had a 1/2 off coupon. It s been months since I ve had Starbucks! As soon as I get out of my car the drink falls out of my hand. I literally almost cried. I called Starbucks and they happily replaced my drink! Thank you!

This place is rough in the mornings, lol. Do NOT Order ONLINE for in-store pickup or ORDER at the counter. Your best bet and quickest way to get anything is the drive-thru, trust me. They dont have the staff to handle your Online Orders to pick up Instore, Doordash, and UberEats that keep pouring in, yet they still take the flood lol. Its hilarious. Your best bet is Drive thru thats all Ill say.

Drinks are pricey, but most of the time this location does well. About one in three visits theyll take a crazy long time with mobile orders. Im wondering if they can update the time ready shown to users so they know before they order how long it will take to make their drink. I understand sometimes theyre short, but the app will still say your drink is ready in 5 minutes. There have been times its taken 20+ minutes beyond the ready time and Ive missed appointments because Im stuck basically.. Ive paid and the only option is to leave my drink if I still want to be on time.

Hopefully this will be more constructive criticism than a complaint, but I came inside because they had a long line outside and I was in a rush, and unfortunately it still took over 20 minutes to get 2 drinks. I watched all of the cars that were ahead of me (and more) in the drive through leave before I got my drinks. I understand that they were busy, but there was no hustle whatever and it was obvious that they put in house orders on the backburner. I finally went up and asked about mine and the girls order that was ahead of me, and he just THEN (over 15 minutes after we ordered) printed out our labels at the espresso machine. I used to work at that exact same Starbucks and we used to hustle and worked together like a well oiled machine but clearly thats not the case anymore. The guy who made my drink was kind but its frustrating that they purposefully leave in house orders to the wayside. All the workers looked stressed and sad to be there - it seems theyre over worked and perhaps under appreciated.

This is the 3rd time I ordered (through doordash) and they made my coffee wrong. Venti Iced white chocolate mocha, no whip, 10 pumps white chocolate, 6 total expresso shots and blonde expresso instead of the signature expresso. Grant it there were no straws yet again but the drivers are to do that part. However the coffee had whipped cream, and no pumps of white chocolate, not even the normal amount that is to go on there and they used the signature expresso. I feel that this will be my last time going here and ordering through app and for any delivery orders as well. This is a shame for sure. If you order, drink some before you walk away to ensure it is the way you like it. Disappointed for sure. Parking: Maybe 10 parking spots, drive through wraps around building which makes it hard to get in and out of the area as well. Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp yes to get in but the parking is not good for a wheelchair van for sure.

I dont live here, but come often. This used to be my go-to place. Unfortunately the last 2 times Ive been, they have either been closed (inside normal hours) or out of coffee. The bacon goulda sandwich is so delicious! They have a cold oatmilk brown sugar drink, but theyll make it hot if you ask. My husband doesnt drink coffee, so I dont have breakfast at Starbucks often since were retired and go most places together. This Starbucks stop was a treat when I came to town for a doctors appointment. I sat and enjoyed the atmosphere and a tasty breakfast while I did a little reading before my appointment. I wish I could give them a (I love Sbux) 5 BUT they are ALWAYS out of hot food early in the day. I have tried time and again to get a sandwich or egg bites. They tell me to come in the morning. Why dont they just order more so they dont run out so early? Never make the drinks with easy easy ice no matter how many times I ask for it that way. Also, customer service ranges from sub to mid. This is a busy location And the staff is trained and prepared well. I recommend ordering on the app ahead of time and going in to pick it up. If you like waiting in a line or waiting inside, the atmosphere then your way to be around 12 minutes. Never had any problems. The staff is always fast friendly service.

This location is extremely busy! It is non-stop, and through it all, the staff is very friendly and professional. Our drinks took a little while, but it was super busy so we understood. Went to this location ordered a holiday beverage asked for it to be a hot drink but drinkable when I got to the window after waiting in line for 15 plus mins the barista didnt know my order when I got my drink it was iced not the way I requested with almond milk and whip cream she took the drink just added whip and handed it back still wasnt what I ordered I had to leave for a Drs appt didnt have time to wait but barista didnt even try to fix it instead closed the window. I walked in today in not the best mood.. narcoleptic, sleep deprived, and having to go to second job after already working first job. as I walked in, an older lady (not an employee) was rude to me, so that worsened my mood.. the employees helped turn my mood around by keeping me informed with the status of my order without me even asking and also answered a question I had about a drink that was sitting on the counter that looked good. I appreciate how they not only gave great service but helped me snap out of my mood. also happy pride
