Roman did a great service for us. He was a big help in offering his views on how the home would be more appealing to customers looking to buy a home. I ve known Roman for quite some time through a mutual friend, but have not had the pleasure of dealing with him professionally until recently. I contacted Roman to help my wife and sister in-law sell a home they inherited from their late father. There were many hoops to jump through before we got to this point. Initially, we wanted to sell the home as sale by owner, but couldn t handle the stress. I approached Roman to get a quick sale done and he not only did that, but got more money for us than we were expecting. Roman is not only a quality man involved in his community through a plethora of avenues, but he is a quality professional as well. I struggle to imagine there is a better realtor in Central Texas or North Texas.

We used Roman to list our house and to find a new home. He came to our house and shared with us ways to best show it and then had a professional photographer take pictures to post. It sold in 21 days with 7 other houses listed in our subdivision. The problem then was finding a new home quickly! Roman helped us negotiate with the buyers of our home to have a longer closing to help with this. What we were looking for was hard to find and our standards were high. Roman would show us several houses in a day. He was never pushy and didnt make us feel like we had to make decisions quickly (even though we needed to). We finally found what we were looking for and we love it. We have recommended Roman to others and that is the highest compliment we can pay him.

We had a realtor through another company for 6 months and received ZERO offers for our house. It was very stressful and disappointing because we really needed to sell our house. I kept seeing posts on Facebook by Roman about properties he had sold quickly. It peaked our interest so I met with him. He came to my house and recommended some minor changes in the showing of the house and how to set it up. I was impressed with his demeanor and how he presented himself to us. I immediately signed a realtors contract with him after my other one expired. Within 7 days our house had an offer and was under contract! Roman was very cordial and attentive to our needs. He also made the process very easy and worry free. I wouldnt recommend anyone but Roman! Youd be stupid not to choose him if you need your house sold.

Roman first listed this house for 99k, made him a full offer , he declined. He asked me for another offer made him a 105k offer , he again declined. He told me that he had another offer that was much better than what I was offering. A few months later found out the house sold for 96.5k. Save yourself the trouble and find another more trustworthy realtor.

There was absolutely nothing easy about selling my home as a newly single parent. The co-owner of my home was an ex-spouse who was...less than helpful, but somehow Roman always found a way to present offers to him that made decisions no brainers. It should be mentioned that my house wasnt the best on the block either, but from the first time Roman came to evaluate my home I could tell he was the right realtor for me. Roman was extremely helpful through the whole process.
