Lili and Eddie have got to be two of the hardest working, most knowledgeable realtors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Hunting for our first home was a totally new experience, and quite daunting at first. However, the McDevitts made the entire process an absolute breeze. We were never left on our own to passively shop properties by ourselves, as this team was extremely proactive in suggesting properties for my family that would work best for us. Never once were we sent or shown a property that was outside of our price range, and the two were extremely attentive to our needs. (Even making valuable suggestions steeped in past experiences of their own to us.) Communication was well above average, as Eddie and I exchanged text messages daily, and Lili s emails have got to be some of the most detailed and professional reports I have ever been sent. Range Real Estate went above and beyond for my family, and I m sure they will for you as well.

To say this couple is the best is an absolute understatement. They went above and beyond on the sale of our place. They had the knowledge to know what to do, when to do, and how to do it. All we had to do was sit back and watch them work. They displayed our property is a way that highlighted it s best features. The drone footage was perfect in every way. It was an absolute pleasure to get to know them and choose them to sell our place!

This message is a month overdue. MLK day was our 2-year anniversary in our rural subdivision home in Woodway, Texas moving from Southern California. Texas has been good to us; we have nothing but blessings and new memories to count for in our first two years. We d like to praise the McDevitt family. They have been more than our realtor connection. They really go above and beyond, and value relationship building and make home purchasing smooth and a stress-free experience. Best of it, you get two for the price of one. Perhaps that came off wrong, but Eddie and Lili truly work as a team, a one stop shop, fulfilling all your needs in a timely and professional manner. Moving to a new state was something new to us. Eddie and Lili where our introduction to the Texas culture. After we hung up on our first 2 hour meet the realtor zoom meeting, my wife and I gave each other the same look. The impression Eddie and Lili left on us was one of are they faking it . They were so nice, not rushing, educational, and we really felt they were looking out for us. If you never lived in S. California, you might not understand the sentiment. The rest was history, here we are 2 years later, and I consider the McDevitt s far more than our realtors. We appreciate their genuine friendship and can t wait to see what the Lord will do in their new company endeavors.

First, let me say that Eddie and Lili McDevitt are a pleasure to work with. And that is under spoken, they really are genuinely good people who care more about their customers than a quick sale and paycheck. I have made numerous real estate transactions and have never experienced the high level of service, professionalism, knowledge or care that they give to every property. These guys really know their stuff! Whether it be pricing, floodplain, water supply, time on the market, or just simply knowing the facts about a property, they are unmatched. These are NOT your average part time Waco area realtors, they are the real deal. They put in the hours to make sure they are always on top of their game and it really shows. The McDevitt s will have my families business for years to come. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Lili and Eddie are amazing! They went above and beyond for us during our home search. We felt extremely confident that we were in good hands along the way, and were lucky to have them on our side, particularly in the crazy housing market we found ourselves in (where properties were being scooped up in hours, if not minutes)! We even received compliments about them from our lender and closing company. Very thankful for the McDevitt Team!

Best realtors ever! Lili and Eddie were amazing throughout the entire process! They gave us amazing advice, went to several different properties with us, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for! I would definitely work with these two again, and recommend them to anyone else in the area who needs assistance with buying a home or land! Could not ask for a better team who will help you day or night to find the right purchase, and never push you towards something you don t want to buy.

Lili and Eddie, in short, are incredibly professional and knowledgeable real estate agents. I accepted a job offer in Waco and had to quickly buy a home and move from my hometown, Houston, to Waco in the span of about 4 weeks. I contacted Lili to explain the situation and she immediately began putting in the work to ensure my family was moved into a home we loved in a quick period of time. We did just that, and I credit Lili and Eddie for being helpful, responsive and diligent. I highly recommend their services for those moving to central Texas.
