Poor customer service. We stopped on May 5th between 10-11am our way home from Wimberley to get some breakfast, the service was very slow. There was several customers waiting in the front waiting for their order to be taken and literally all the employees were in the kitchen talking and laughing and it wasnt a meeting according to the conversation as the customers stood there several minutes, not exaggerating. One customer asked have they helped you yet? Why are they all in the kitchen talking and laughing while we stand here. I guess Panera Breads mission isnt to provide excellent customer service. Its very unprofessional to leave your customers waiting knowing they know you see them standing there and not care to wait on them. Not one person said i need someone up front theres customers. Such a shame, being that we do enjoy their food.

I recently ordered food from here through Uber Eats and that salad! OMGEEPERS!! The strawberries, pineapple? or was it mangoes? Blueberries, walnuts and that dressing! The most delicious salad I ve experienced in a while. I suppose the service was good because everything was placed gently and orderly in the bag! I m not sure about the atmosphere. But I was very impressed! Thank you!!

Placed an order for pick up and the quality of food wasnt the same as the other panera breads have. Chipotle Chicken & Bacon Flatbread Pizza - Whole with No Chipotle Aioli and with No Chopped Bacon - The bread and chicken was not fresh. Creamy Tomato Soup - the soup was veery sour in taste. Chips - As usual as it was pre packed. Vegetarian Autumn Squash Soup - The soup was too sweet but better than the tomato soup Broccoli Cheddar Soup - 2/5 Seasonal Fruit Cup - Has been replaced without checking on us to a stinking baguette Please make sure you maintain the quality in the food. As we had to starve on our way back as the food lacked freshness and quality.

Staff kindly informed me of what they were already out of an hour before close. All of the exterior lights were off, signs and lights around the building. Out of bread...out of cookies...couldnt serve cookies visible to customers because they were for tomorrow. Then dont have a rack sitting at the front counter. I heard staff talking to the manager about more out of stock items for drive thru, they were told, its OK. If you know youre a high volume fast service food chain, prep more food, like bread that you literally have in your name! Should have been 1 star. I spent 17 dollars and got hardly anything. Manager seemed content with telling people no. Seemed lazy and low quality. My hot food was cold. Why did it take 10 minutes for it to be ice cold in the center? This location has gone down hill and is doing what with the money they make off the backs of others? Cant even keep exterior lighting on? Cant spare more dough for bread or pastries? Used to be one of my favorite places. Not anymore.

I always have great service when I visit this restaurant. I am part of the Sip Club so I visit 2-3 times a week typically. I enjoy the teas and pastries. I especially love the orange scone. The staff is always very friendly. This is one of my go-to breakfast places.

I tried to order a bagel on the app, but the app indicated that the store was sold out of all flavors except chocolate chip. I arrived at the store to find every flavor of bagel available except chocolate chip. Moreover, each flavor of bagel was sealed, as a group, in a plastic bag. Again, I was unable to self-order a bagel, as the kiosk gave an error message indicating that the system could not process that particular selection. So, I ordered the bagel at the service counter. The team member who helped me had no explanation for the troubles I encountered, and she made no effort to report the problem to a manager.

As another reviewer mentioned, i understand that pictures are not indicative of the product. But y all can do better. A $14 steak and cheddar melt shouldn t look like this. Additionally we placed the order via the Panera app, but on arrival they couldn t find our order . Said it hadn t arrived and failed to offer a solution. They weren t familiar with the app . Only after aprox 30 min of arguing did they offer a solution. Food was slow. Food was cold. Food was over priced. Food was mediocre.

Ive never been to a more poorly run establishment. 6pm on a Thursday night and they were completely OUT OF BREAD. The whole reason people come here, warm bread with a nice soup. It was our first time here. When I asked what does when you buy 2 mean cashier said that you basically get two items as a combo so it makes it cheaper, so we took two sandwiches. After we received our tiny sandwiches and learned that those are actually halfs, I asked girls at the front to work with me as I paid for full sandwiches as was said at the cashier. They offered me to buy another two half s if I want, which would bring the total to $30. That s insane for two sandwiches with ham and tomato. Meanwhile two full sandwiches would end up around $20. We were unlucky with customer service today and left hungry. No reason to come back or reference this place as a nice one.

Ive always loved Panera and have been going through the drive through here forever. However, recently my daughter and I ate indoors and I was appalled! The place was filthy dirty. The floors, the counters, chairs and tables - everything here had been horribly neglected since I last dined inside. Ive also noticed that they are constantly out of baked goods. I wont be returning again for a long time until they respond to this post and let me know when/if they intend to improve things and Im invited back.

Ive eaten here once b4 and I wasnt very impressed with the flavor of my food, I had the chicken Alfredo and the sauce was a little blank tasting and their drinks dont have much flavor either. I called the other day to get soup to go because I had dental work done and had to eat soft food and all they had was vegan soup and some other nasty flavor, they need to realize not everyone is vegan or vegetarian. I had seen the commercial for the Chicken Sandwich, so I decided I would give it a try. I had placed my order through the app, which was probably the only good thing about this store. The manager who was on the phone with someone, looked like he was doing inventory. I had to shake my head as he had black fingernail polish and a white Santa Claus beard. I stood around the register until some young kid asked if I needed some assistance. He handed me my order and I walked out. The spicy chicken sandwich was in a box. It had a little bit of heat, but almost no flavor. There was not any sauce on it. It expects a little more veggies on it and some sort of mayo or chipotle mayo, etc. The chips were their standard Panera Kettle chips. They were descent. They were probably the only good thing about the whole meal next to the chocolate chip cookie I ordered. I was very disappointed with the quality of food at this place. I have eaten here many times in the past and previously it had always been fantastic. Thanks Panera, I will order my spicy chicken sandwiches elsewhere.

Went here with my whole family. Ordered 2 family packs plus drinks and desserts. The family pack comes with 1 full baguette meaning we were supposed to recieve 2 full baguettes. However, when we got our food we were given one plate with cut up baguette which never happens, we always get a full size baguette. We told the server that we didnt recieve all the baguette and she escalated it to the manager when we didnt even ask for the manager. We just wanted the portion we ordered and paid for. Instead the manager claimed she personally cut up the baguettes and they were obviously 2 full baguettes on the plate. She got super defensive and refused to just give us what we paid for. She wouldnt give us a $3 baguette instead she wanted us to pay for another one when clearly we just paid over $50 and cant even get bread for our meal. The manager was clearly very rude and in the wrong. We have been there multiple times and never get the bread like that. Terrible service honestly.

I understand that pictures presented on menus are not indicative of actual products, but come on Panera! You could certainly do better than this! Went by tonight and the Stacked Mac N Cheese looked delicious as I love the Panera Mac N cheese! I was seriously disappointed in this sandwich and recommend everyone steer clear of it. It is far from stacked! Youd get a sandwich with more Mac N cheese by getting 2 slices of bread and a side of the mac! True...there are other things in the sandwich, but... CHECK YOUR FOOD INSIDE AND OUT! I come here all the time and this time I had found a DEAD BUG under my sandwich. I called to let them know to check their other boxes and all the manager said was ok. I ll let them know and that was it. NO sympathy towards their being a dead bug! Nor a solution. It s like they hear it all the time. Will not be ordering food from here ever again. Completely gross

Never again! My Tuna sandwich almost had Tuna on it. It was more like a leather and tomato sandwich with a spoon full of was supposed to be tuna although I could barely taste tuna. Barely chewable bread and you get a snack size bag of chips with it (way overpriced) plus a drink(the most enjoyable part) and I ordered a chocolate chip cookie which seemed more like just cookie dough. This was my first and last time to eat at this establishment.

Not very busy here today. I was told theyve discontinued the Potato Soup! Thats always been my favorite, so that was disappointing. I was disappointed even further to find that the sandwiches are MUCH smaller, the one I had was about 1/2 the size it used to be, AND the pastry I had was smaller! The prices arent smaller though.

I have ordered from them many times and its always been fine. Today I ordered my usual, the receipt I received was correct, but the whole order was wrong. When I re-ordered the same thing they gave me the wrong receipt and I was missing my small salad and side.

Order a regular hot coffee. They gave me a cup and pointed me to the self serve carafe. The coffee was ice cold. When I asked if they were going to make fresh coffee, they said No and I could microwave it instead and pointed me to the microwave. Poor service

The food was good and the staff was friendly. The girl working the register was busy typing on her phone, and seemed eager to get back to it while I was ordering, but she did at least put it down to take my order, unlike some places Ive been. Some of the portions are a little small for the price, in my opinion, but still tasty. Ill be back to try the pizza next visit.

Came in for lunch and got the chicken, avocado and BLT sandwich with a Caesar salad and a bag of chips. It was very delicious. They are having a lunch deal right now where you can add a cookie or brownie for dessert for .99 more. You do not have to wear a mask inside and they do have self-order kiosks for customers who are paying with credit card but I prefer ordering at the counter and having a person-to-person interaction. It was a little busy but we ordered our food and was served promptly. Very clean establishment. Thank you!

Yesterday I ate at Panera with some friends. I love your food because it is fresh and the bread is awesome. Unfortunately, this is my turkey sandwich. The bread reminded me of the generic wheat bread you can buy at HEB. I got a small amount of wilted lettuce and some red onion. Three slices of pressed deli turkey. This just bothered me. It was so unexpected for a restaurant of your quality.
