I had previously left a 3-star review due to the previously-outdated audio/video equipment. Since that review, we went back and theyve completely upgraded everything and they still offer drinks at the bar. We watched the latest Deadpool movie (Deadpool & Wolverine) and we had a great time. If I had to come up with a complaint, it would be that the chairs will need some upgrading soon, but they were still very comfortable and its now our choice for a theater nearby our house. Good work, guys!

It s obvious after last nights movie that there is zero management in the building. Starting at the box office it took the girl several minutes to put her phone down and get up to help. The concession stand had 4 people working it but only 1 person was actually working who couldn t or wouldn t follow directions. Now to the theater, there was no clean up done between movies, my seats were full of trash and popcorn, the theater was hot, miserably hot. The restroom was extremely dirty also. Not a good experience and considering how empty the place was there really was no excuse for any of this except there has to be zero management.

They offer an animated movie (rated PG) at 6pm then deny my 18 year old the ability to bring her 14 year old sister to watch it. They say they would need a legal guardian who is 21, to watch a PG cartoon at 6pm!!! Come on. This theatre will never get our business again. I understand R rated movies, and maybe late night movies being something you should monitor closely for minors. But from how empty the movie theatres are these days I would think you need all the ticket sales you can get.

This experience doesn t deserve any stars. I don t know if all the screen rooms are like this but avoid Screen 11 the seats are horrible!!! I didn t understand why the room was so dark long before the movie started .they don t want you to see the conditions in there. I turned my phone light on to see where I was going and the pictures tell the rest.

Went to see an R rated movie and was sat next to a group of 3 and 4 year olds who wouldnt stop talking and getting out of their seats. How they were allowed in to see an R rated movie is beyond me. In addition to not being able to hear the movie we paid money to see, the ac wasnt on and it was miserably hot in the theatre that our movie was showing in. If we had known that, we would have just rescheduled our movie or time for a different theater with a working ac. Very disappointed with our experience this visit.

Everytime Ive come to this theatres Ive had a great experience. I havent seen any stains on the chairs and none of the theatre rooms have smelled and sound system worked perfectly. Just my experience. Im saying this because some of the reviews I read said this...the restaurant food prices surprisingly arent that expensive and you can order your food ahead of time online and theyllbring it to you...plus if you are worried about cost, come on Tuesdays. Adult tickets only cost $6.

Its a really nice theatre. The theatre itself is probably a solid 4 star, there are others with better immersive sound and chair rumbling bass. However, easy access off i45, great parking, good seat availability and nice reclining seats. You can get adult drinks and they have a no unaccompanied minor policy in the evening keeping your experience great. But this theatre also plays some higher quality movies like Angel Studios offerings like Chosen, Sound of Freedom, etc. They also do concerts and arts. So one star boost for being more than a mere outlet for the big studios. Enjoy the theatre. Heart the review if helpful.

Worst theater I have been too! This was my first time at this place. It was dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting. The speaker in the theater was going out so it kept crackling and popping all throughout the movie. The screen (pre-show, previews, and movie) were so dark some scenes you could not see. Just awful. My husband even complained to the manager at the beginning of the movie and no change. Never go back again.

We saw Inside Out 2 yesterday. Online tickets. 8 of us. So easy to get in & 1 person showed person our tickets. It wasnt too busy. Plenty of employees at the concession counter. Theater was clean, including the restrooms . We had selected the upper seats. They were so are comfortable. They reclined ALL THE WAY BACK! Plenty of space on the aisle to get to our seat. Usual space on the lower level seats. Worth walking up the stairs

It s not a bad theater although their concession prices are astronomical and they change from day to day. It is normally clean, but at times there are odors in the theaters themselves that are abysmal. The restrooms are clean. The use of loyalty credits changes from day to day. Yesterday an item was 1000 points where two days ago it cost 500 points! Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. One girl named Nita, Nila, Nima, or something of that nature is just the opposite. She is borderline rude, and prevented me from getting loyalty credit on my rewards account. She really needs to be put in a position where she is not facing customers. I encountered her two times at the box office. Had I not committed to my wife that we were going to see a movie the other day, I would ve turned around right then and there. Santikos is a good brand but they are moving in the other direction.

If youre looking to come here to see a great opening movie I would choose a better option. I like coming here because its down the road however, yes the seats are gross, the screens may or may not have stains on them, it might be stuffy or really cold and speakers may not be the best. Im hoping since they made all these apartments nearby, theyll improve on the maintenance but so far it seems to be going the opposite. We used to love getting the cheese nachos but this last time we went they gave us everything in a bag, so its a smaller portion. Its lame because you never have enough cheese and they give you a shi+ load of chips. Over all I would not come here to see a movie I really want to see but I do like the fact that they show really good/old movies on Sundays (such as The Dark Knight, Land Before Time, etc.).

Recliners are comfy and popcorn is good but never in my life has a theater not given free refills on drinks. What s the point of paying $8 for a soda with no refills? This should be stated initially upon purchase. Do you want medium or large drink today? Okay great, just so we re clear there s no free refills on mediums. Ive been to this theater a couple times because it was so nice. I drive for a minute to get there. The most recent experience was shocking it was so unkept, and dirty. Recliners barely have cushion and the head cushions are rubbed off not to mention the carpet was filthy. I dont know what happened to this theater,but I wont be back. I can save my drive and watch a movie somewhere else.

After Death by Angel Productions, great film is more of a documentary than what I expected. This is my second time here at the theater, and I really like the luxury seats very comfortable.
