I recently had the pleasure of attending a beautiful wedding at Willowynn Barn and I can t say enough good things about the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect! The venue was stunning, with breathtaking decor. The ceremony was heartfelt and intimate in the open air chapel. The reception was equally amazing delicious food, great music, and an energy that kept everyone on the dance floor all night. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring that every guest felt comfortable and taken care of. I also loved how smoothly everything flowed, from the speeches to the cake cutting, making it clear that a lot of thought and planning went into the day. Willowynn in house coordination was on top of their game. Willie the shot donkey was super entertaining! Truly, a wedding to remember!

My wife and I set out on the search for the perfect venue for our wedding. When we found the Williowynn Barn we were extremely pleased. I wanted to give my wife the perfect wedding in the perfect place and Willowynn had it all. Not only was the venue itself gorgeous, the property surrounding it was more than we could have asked for. The outdoor chapel had plenty of seating for our guests. The adjacent pond and large trees behind the barn made for an awesome backdrop for our wedding photos. The bride and groom suits inside the main building had plenty of room for the bridal party to get dressed and ready for the big moment. Besides the Beautiful amenities, Willowynn took all the guess work out of planning. We were provided a large list of vendors including everything one might need and then some. Further, the staff and owner were out of this world. They treated us like family and had an answer for all of our questions. To say our wedding was amazing would be the understatement of the decade. I was able to give my wife the day of her dreams and the photos to remember forever. We couldn t have been happier with our experience. If you re looking for the perfect location to make memories of a lifetime, look no further than Willowynn.

Went to a party here and the experience wasn t a good one. The owner and her son picked up the food utensils in such a rush. I didn t even have a napkin to clean myself when I had dessert because they rushed picking up everything. Then the owner asked me to pass her the fork, I couldn t hear her because of the music and she told me in a tone FORK like damn. Kind of rude. Wouldnt recommend having a party here.

I d like to start off by staying this venue truly is so beautiful! Alisha and Amanda went above and beyond to help make it the wedding of my dreams! They were the most helpful warm welcoming ladies! They have so many features to add to make your wedding memorable like the vintage mustang, and the sweet Willie donkey which was another big reason we booked. Our wedding was a dream come true! I was very excited to tour this beautiful venue. My mom and I drove an hour to meet Amanda for a tour with my 3 month old. I got a confirmation for my tour yesterday. We showed up to an empty venue with no one there to meet with us. We tried texting and calling the number we had, but no response. We unfortunately had to leave and won t be returning. We finally got a response as we were almost home asking us to come back. So disappointed with the lack of communication.

Willowynn is truly amazing! From the people, the location, the venue itself, I couldnt have asked for a better place to get married. Amanda and Alisha helped us with everything that we needed! This is not just another barn venue, you can feel the love that went into planning and building this venue. They care about you as a person/couple, they do not look at you as just another wedding to make money. I cant recommend Willowynn enough!!!!

First off, the most beautiful venue! This was the first venue we toured and I knew it was the one!! They put so much into their venue and it shows! Second, the staff is amazing! Amanda is a queen and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Alisha was also an amazing human and helper! My entire wedding day she just kept telling me who beautiful I was! They really become your fam throughout the whole process! Third, there is a freaking donkey!! And he is a HIT!!! We cannot say enough great things about this venue! I could go on and on about the venue, but know you will not have to stress one bit if you host any event here! They take care of you like you are family! A true gem that we are forever thankful that we found to host the most special day of our lives!! We love Willowynn Barn <3

I would not recommend anyone have their wedding at this location. This was over a year ago and the experience my sister and her husband had with this company was a nightmare. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime with more details. Amanda and the wedding coordinator completely became unstable humans to work with and unfortunately it wasn t discovered until during the wedding. Because I cannot respond to your response I will do it here. My complaint is separate from the situation that happened with the caterer. That was the fault of us. However, alcohol was not taken from the premises and if it was, we are unaware and the situation I am speaking about had nothing to do with this. You and I both know that. You accused us of destroying other parts of your site and we both know that never happened. My family went to court for you so you could keep the barn in your divorce ( the fact that you asked the bride to go to court for you the week before her wedding as part of your divorce proceedings is on its own a huge red flag), helped you keep your barn, and you still treated her like garbage. There are several other brides who had the same experience as my family either before or after the wedding we had there. They ve been in touch. I hope and assume your practices have changed since then based on your better reviews unless you ve been able to delete the lower reviews. Good luck.

Very country venue for weddings, parties or family reunions. Plenty of parking. The area is well laid out with an outdoor pavilion, walkways to the barn, and the reception venue with 2 large rooms in the barn.

Willowynn was the first and only venue I had to visit. I was sold the minute I stepped foot on the venue. It is such a magical place with beautiful views at any time of the year. When I booked the venue the atrium hadn t even been built yet, I was simply sold on the vision of what it could be. The venue was so beautiful on the day of, my guests had all their jaws on the floor. When you step into the reception hall you cannot help but feel a sense of awe because it is just such a gorgeous place with high ceilings and natural lighting coming from everywhere. Do not skip out on making use of the atrium for photos! The bridal suite brought all my princess dreams to life of course but my husband also was treated like a king because they actually have a groom s suite. Yes, you heard me they do not shove their men into a coat closet. It is a whole suite for the men to hang out and it is decadent. However, Willowynn is so much more than just a beautiful venue it is the people that really make it. Everyone who works there really makes you feel like family when you arrive. They could make anything happen without you having finished speaking it out loud. The night before when we had dropped off our stuff for the venue it was late and we wanted to just go anywhere for dinner but Alisha got on the phone and made a dinner reservation for 15 people before we could even bat an eye. I forgot a speaker for getting ready and magically one was already plugged in the bridal suite. I don t think a bride could even try to be stressed at Willowynn. Trust me, I tried to stress. It was just impossible when you have such a professional staff buzzing around making literal dreams come true. The whole planning process was so simple, at any point when I had a question I could reach out and have it answered. I also highly recommend that you use all their friendors. When you put together a team of people that are used to working together you will not have to answer any questions because they all just simply work so well together. I could not have made a better decision than to have picked Willowynn. You also cannot have a wedding with Willie because he truly is the star of the show, we were just opening acts!

We book thre and try to sing karaoke out side at the fire place and the cops say we can t ? We looking at the time only 10 pm and we way out there in the country? , I just feel weird , I m owning the land at Pearl and and we can enjoy all night long ?, I personally think it s to strictly and we book for weeding?

This venue and it s owner, Amanda, are absolutely incredible. We just had our wedding here on 10/20 and it was absolutely perfect. The addition of the atrium was drop dead gorgeous for our photos, Willie the shot donkey was a hit as he walked around to pass out Jell-O shots during cocktail hour, and their decor closet ugh AMAZING! I feel like I saved a lot of money because I was able to use so much of the decorations that were already in the closet and the venue itself is beautiful, of course. The bridal and grooms suites were so comfortable and perfect for getting ready. Amanda was also our day of coordinator and I cannot put into words how grateful I am for her!!! When we had our final meeting (20 days before the big day) and she noticed we had concerns about the DJ we chose, she immediately called up one of her DJs and booked us with him instead and had us cancel our other one. So glad she did because I think we would ve been in a bad spot if not. SHE IS AMAZING!!! Overall we are just obsessed with this venue and all of the staff. Our day was perfect because of them!!!

We had our wedding at The Willowynn Barn this month and it was amazing! We went with their Black and White package and they helped us from start to finish. With finding vendors, working to plan all the details, and killing it with day of coordination. Very professional, we had lots of questions that Alisha and Amanda answered quickly. They had great ideas and suggestions for us as well! We felt valued and prioritized like we were the only couple they were assisting in the wedding process. Would highly recommend them and their staff for any events you are planning.

Wow, I am not sure where to begin. My experience with Willowynn was outstanding. Not only is it absolutely beautiful, but it was one of the more affordable venues I looked at. My wedding was PERFECT. Not one thing went wrong. And I have Amanda and Alisha to thank for that. They coordinated my wedding the day of so well that I could sit back and enjoy the day. All my vendors, except one, were the preferred vendors of the venue. And I can now see why. They all showed up on time and executed exactly what they had promised. I couldn t have asked for a better wedding day! Thank you so much Willowynn. If you are considering this venue for your wedding, you won t be disappointed!

Were spending the afternoon and evening here for a wedding. Its a great spot to blare the music after dinner into the night for dance and fellowship. It seems to have all the essentials though we dont know all the particulars. We had a live DJ and food catered in. There was even a police presence for all of us crazy ones. We highly recommend this spot for a family get together of any kind.

My wedding was so magical. We had our wedding November 13th at the barn. I HIGHLY suggest a wedding coordinator even if it is just for the day of. I recommend Holly with Every Step Planning & Events. She went above and beyond for our special day and I can t thank her enough. Everyone complimented me on how organized everything was. There was never a boring moment. She made sure we were fed and that we got to enjoy our favorite drinks. I was so stress free and had time to share with our loved ones. They are an amazing team at the barn and I can t recommend them enough.

Making the decision to have our wedding at the Willowynn Barn was one of the best decisions we could have made during our wedding planning process. From the time we made that decision, Holly and Amanda were always available to answer any questions I had, or meet with me at the Barn if I had any decor questions. Holly made my wedding planning process very much easy and less stressful than what it could have been! My wedding day was absolutely gorgeous!!! It took place in July, and surprisingly it was not too hot. Holly made sure everything was set up the way it should be, that everyone was in their correct spots before the ceremony, she just made sure that everything was PERFECT!!!! I would recommend this venue to anyone wanting to have a stress free wedding and just wanting something different than just a typical wedding. 10/10

From the chapel to the expanse of the outdoors to the amazing people working here, this venue is truly phenomenal. My wedding was in November of 2020. Amidst all the difficulty and uncertainty of the time, Holly and Amanda went above and beyond to give my now husband and me the wedding of our dreams. They care about the couple above all else; which is something I learned is hard to find in the wedding industry. Holly, with Every Step Planning & Events, walked alongside us as our big day approached; she even went as far as helping contact a vendor that we had some miscommunication issues with and helped make sure everything was perfectly placed the morning of the wedding. The exceptional people here and the aesthetic appearance of the ENTIRE property gets a 20/10 from me. Thank you for it all, Holly and Amanda!

The Barn at Willowynn was the absolute perfect venue for us. We loved it from the first time we saw it. The property and barn are beautiful, and they re constantly making upgrades to make it even more special. Willie the shot donkey is adorable and so sweet; all the guests loved him (and I will definitely be coming back to give him pets!). I also love having the cows on property; you definitely know you re not in the city anymore. The one thing that I was slightly concerned about ahead of the wedding was the echo in the barn. Once the guests were there and the band was playing, we didn t notice it at all. My husband and I highly recommend the Barn at Willowynn for anyone who wants a quintessential Texas Wedding. Amanda and Holly worked so hard to make our wedding day perfect. We can t thank them enough!

Ive been at the Barn at Willowynn twice now as a wedding photographer and I have to say that this venue is every photographers dream! The location is beautiful and their bright interior will get you some great images! I cant recommend this place more, I love working with the director Holly, shes always so friendly and helpful.
