2024 EDIT: Theyve changed! They cleaned up, service is fast, food is great, changing from 3 to 5 stars. Awesome! 2021: I loved the food, the staff was friendly, but I cannot get over just how many flies there are!! Theyre everywhere! My whole meal was spent swatting flies away from my face and food. Theyre flying around any table that has food and just sit like vultures before diving in. Would have been wonderful without all these bugs.

Less than 1 star. The only thing, ONLY GOOD THING about this place is the cheap price. Other than that, worst burger place Ive ever been to in 50 years I assure you. Drive thru was blocked by cones and posts and no explanation why, when I asked inside. Burger bun was burned to a crisp. I couldnt even eat that hockey puck- bread. Meat was ehh, cheese was OK, ketchup and mustard was not on my burger like I ordered, no bbq sauce for my sons burger. Fries were HORRIBLE ! I mean really. How do you eat those? Freddys or McDonalds Is better. Sorry. 45-80 people in there. No tables or booths avail. My son and I had to sit at some half bar/ counter thing. Seriously like 60-70 people inside. Fire code violations galore !!! Too many employees behind the register. It was mass chaos. If you paid me $1000, I still- would NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!! Horrible food. Too many people inside. Drive thru not accessible. You go there if you want , Ill stay home or go to a real restaurant, where I feel like a valued customer. Sorry for being a Karen, but #@$%! , someone had to say it. :(

Cool place, the uniforms remind of the old school car hop clothing. The staff is very attentive and make sure you are taken care of. I had the Double Double hamburger with fries and drink; I also had a large chocolate shake. The hamburger and fries were good and the chocolate shake was too. The food comes out fast. The cost was not bad at all considering the economy today, it was around $40 for 4 people. I will definitely eat here again when the mood strikes.

They have a very limited menu, yet they excel at what they do have. To make things even better, their prices are lower than most of the other fast food chains. The only downside to In-N-Out is that, understandably, they are usually very busy. On second thought, one other downside (to Pepsi lovers) is that they have Coke products and they dont serve Diet Dr Pepper.

A friend of mine went and ate here at Sunday lunch. I know that is an absolute peak time in Waco, Texas, but we were very very hungry and willing to risk the wait. We only had one person ahead of us in line and we then ordered. We both got two sodas, two double burgers and fries. The young lady at the counter asked, do you want spread sauce? I had no idea what that was. I asked her to expound upon that and she said, its spread sauce. Okay, duh.... But that doesnt help me. So I said sure.... It was just thousand Island dressing for gosh sakes! Why the mystery? We were given a number and we only waited 3 to 4 minutes for our food. Both of our double burgers were great! The skinny fries were nothing to write home about as they were neither hot nor cold. This restaurant was extremely busy, thus we think its safe to assume that fresh fries would be made constantly. I guess I was wrong This was obviously the church crowd, but everybody was being served extremely fast. The place was packed but it was not irritatingly noisy. All of the employees looked very very cleanly dressed and focused on their work. Everybody just looks very blank in their expressions. Obviously if you are looking for fresh food that is prepared very quickly, yes, you will definitely enjoy this restaurant. I dont think Ive seen many fast food restaurants this clean in my whole life. You should definitely go here if you want a good affordable burger on the fly! Great job to everyone involved, but dont be afraid to have a bit of personality when interacting with guests. Parking: You wont have any problem parking here, even at busy times of day. There were also plenty of open handicap spots.

Hands down the best hamburger Ive ever had! In-N-Out never disappoints. Its been over 15 years since I last had an In-N-Out burger, and its as good, if not better, than I remember. The dining room was immaculately clean and organized, adding to the overall great experience. The only downside is that I live in Florida and dont have the opportunity to eat there very often. Cant wait for my next visit!

They were cold, dry, and flavorless. The burger was okay, but not the best Ive had. The prices are cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for. Its an iconic hamburger joint thats less expensive than Johnny Rockets. They know what they want to serve and dont complicate matters with excessive diversification. Arriving early for a weekend lunch is a good idea, as the place tends to fill up for a late lunch. Eat the French fries early, as they cool quickly. Note that they are gluten-free-dairy-free-friendly with their lettuce-wrapped hamburger meal; so only vegetarians and vegans need not apply.

Knowing how popular they are, im disappointed that in n out didnt plan a bigger lobby size, The restaurant fills to capacity literally every time we go. Its hard to say No to an In-N-Out Burger especially since we were hungry and were already right here in Waco. Super busy today but even with a line out the door, it moved quickly enough. Double-double, animal style. Fries well done. Ive just about worked out my order. Double meat, double cheese. Animal style means its topped with extra spread, pickles and grilled onions. I find the regular fries to be underdone and rather light, so its important to order them well done. Next time, Ill get the fries animal style too which adds cheese and grilled onions and the Thousand Island style sauce. Restaurant was clean, inside and out. If its busy, parking will be a challenge. Vegetarian options: They offer cheese-only burgers but totally vegan is a hard no. Dietary restrictions: I think theyre safe from peanuts but not dairy or gluten. Parking: If its busy, parking will be tough. Kid-friendliness: Yes, they have smaller portions for kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Step free access.
