Paid my deposit. Didnt pass the credit check to move in which is fine. Called in multiple times and 6 months later theres still no check or refund to my account. Its awful 300 dollars just gone. UPDATE: Finally got my money

Went to go look at apartments and out of all of them, the Encore staff was incredible. Everything was explained to the T and I left with no questions. I was given a tour and the places looked really nice! As I walked to the apartment I looked around and loved the sense of quietness I got. Thank Kirsten and Kenzie, you guys were awesome!

Please read before moving into this apartments. In case you guys may not know most of the apartments have uneven floor which it wasnt a big thing for me. But something that bother me a lot was that not having even a month of being here I didnt had water for a whole day and another day the bathroom cealing was leaking. Wonderful place, good looking but needs improvements also the laundrys are completely demolished and the pool doesnt have maintenance at all. 10 MONTHS AFTER Pool still not working, apartments prices are going up for no reason and they are not that good with maintenance. Apartments construction are cheaply remodeled. I feel like my apartment is falling and they don t care that much haha. Will be moving soon.

I currently reside here and its wonderful. Any problems i have they on it the very same day. Also, i wanna give a big shoutout to the office manager for having the parking lot lights fixed so i feel safe going home.

I moved in January 11th and in that time there has been two shootings, one a young man was killed. My question is why are people not bothered with shooting out here? Avery Trace had this problem for years, they got cameras, now the problem has moved to here. This is a quiet community of hard working and some older people. Just like they want rent by the 4th, we need to feel safe every day.

I gave them one star, if I could I wouldn t give them No stars. Them females in that office is stealin, how can your drop box get broken into inside the office. Then when asked, did they make a police report the female go say no. Why not? How can if it gets broken into on a weekend, a money order that was put in there after the supposedly broken into Dropbox be cashed and she have to pay again. No they in there stealing the peoples money orders. Then get mad when you confront them about it. The Mexican girl was lucky I had my baby on my hip she definitely would have caught these hands, with her nasty attitude and mouth. She don t know how stupid her explanation was and how it didn t make any sense. Then to make matters worse, the apartment has been taking on water for months now, and they will not come see about it. Absolutely not staying here moving out ASAP. I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Currently renting here, but dont think Ill be renewing the lease. Ive been trying to get the office to give me a quote on carpet removal for about 3 months now with no response. The office takes forever to respond and only do when the issue has gotten out of hand and they tend to give you the run around. The apartments are good if you want to stay temporarily, but I would not recommend long term.

The apartments are nice enough but safety is a concern. Multiple cars have been broken into (mine included) and some buildings have no perimeter lights. There are no visible building numbers so it s confusing trying to direct someone to your apartment. I was told that security rides through here but must be in the daytime, because the amount of times I ve heard shots being fired is ridiculous. Don t plan on renewing my lease here.

Apartments are very dark, does not have any natural lighting so it becomes very depressing. Renovated apartments are very cheaply constructed. There is NO security gates, whatsoever, so anyone just passes through. Went to go walk to the corner store for a snack, and roommate and I were harassed when walking back to our apartment by a car following us. For $725 a month (was raised within a few months from $650.) I d expect some security and more amenities for residents. Only giving this review and extra star because apartment manager, Heather, is good at her job and knows how to communicate. Will not be renewing lease and would not recommend. Spend the extra money to live in a SAFE environment.

i paid my rent up for a whole year and still was given a bad rental history if your black i wouldnt recommend you stay here. I have a one year old son and could only stay in apartments where there is murder and robberies heather is the worst

I came to know about Timbercreek from doing an online search. I met with their manager a few times to discuss the possibility of renting their apartments for my employees. From the start I felt at ease and comfortable. I did not feel pushed and gave me time to make my decision. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed on how they handle business very nonchalant towards there tentes !on a mistake that they (the office) played a major role in.. We the tente easily took care of it! & a note to them all your tentes or not the same. So stop comparing them! Its very wrong!

The construction and craftsmanship is cheap. Uneven floors, cabinets arent misshaped, just sloppy all around. Minimal reinforcement on the door frame. Extremely easy to force the door open. Again, EXTREMELY easy to force the door open. Being in a higher risk neighborhood, residents should expect to have solid doors and entry ways, especially since there are no other forms of security (the only cameras there watch the laundry room, the mail boxes, front office. Also, there is no gate, thus granting free access to anyone). More secure apartments just down the road. Edit: Mrs. Pat is nice, but the other office staff are rude and not helpful (the assistant). The pool isnt open that much because they fail to keep it chlorinated correctly and takes a week for them to get it right most of the time. When it is open, it is very nice.
