I went in the restaurant instead of the drive thru because I wanted to try the wraps I heard people talking about. It wasnt that many people only two cars in the drive thru and one guy in front of me who order was already taken. I walked in it was two girls in the front one guy in the back, nobody greeted me or even said give them a min. So I stood there and just watched them serve the two cars in the drive thru after they were gone it just left the guy in front of me still nothing from nobody not even eye contact. So Im wondering what and who food was being made and why was I not being helped, after standing there 12mins I walked out and left I will never go back. It was two Mexican girls working and a black guy in the back. Rude and unprofessional service. Date 9-25-24 around 2oclock

I ordered a 3 piece tender meal & it didn t come with gravy. When I called and asked to speak to the manager he said I had to ask for the gravy. I asked if it came with it and he said yes but you have to ask for it because some people get ranch. Lol now I m just sitting here eating dry tenders just because I didn t ask for the gravy that it was suppose to come with

I grabbed lunch from Churchs today and had a great experience. The food was yummy, hot and fresh. I got the 2 pc combo with fries, biscuit and sweet tea. The chicken was crispy and tender and the biscuit was buttery and sweet, just the way it should be. The drive through staff was welcoming and friendly. The girl that took my order did it quickly and accurately while also being friendly and courteous. Richard P was the cashier that gave me my food. He too was friendly and quick to get my order to me. Thank you for an overall great experience! I didnt get a pic of my food so heres the receipt just for confirmatio.

We live around Waco, and keep coming back to this restaurant for take out. Dont mind people who give poor rating, but we have been grateful and lucky to get their good service and, importanly, the chicken! So crispy! Manager lady Jaquess ( not sure if i am spelling right ) is very rude. shes tells me we are able to make two orders then gets frustrated so calls the nice / sweet lady to finish our order. and after she finished she yelled at the Nice lady because of the orders im assuming??? and she was really rude to me and did not have on any gloves touching alot of food and make boxes. also no hair net and kept getting on her phone in the middle of making orders

I went through the drive through to place my order , the cashier told me to pull up to the first window. I patiently waited about 5 minutes for the car in front of me to finish up their order. As I pull up to the first window the cashier asked me what my order was again I asked her , you didnt get my order and she tells me she wasnt paying attention!! Oh my God, really!!!! It appeared that they were short on staff. Many fast food places face the same problem. But the 2 employees that I saw were really moving fast. I have eaten at many churchs before but Ive never had one where I had to throw the food away. It was absolutely disgusting. The corn was so mushy you couldnt eat it and the chicken was burned to a crisp. I ordered a 6 piece and got 3 bony wings, a breast and a thigh. Yes, thats right, that equals 5. My wife ordered the baked chicken and it was so dry it could not be eaten. When I called and spoke to the manager. She stated that she cooked it herself like somehow that would make it better. The chicken had a rancid taste like the oil was dirty. I just threw 30 plus dollars out in the street. I warn you to save your money and go somewhere else. Do not eat at this location, its nasty.

Make sure you visit this location and not the one that is in with a gas station because it is way better. Chicken tenders were fresh, they actually have honey packets (unlike most places), the fried okra was hot, crisp and plentiful, and portion sizes were on point. It is a little on the expensive side but no worse than competitive chicken places. Their honey butter biscuits blow everyone elses out of the water.

If you like Churchs chicken/sides, you wont be disappointed with their fare. However, what will likely leave you with a bad taste in your mouth is their slow service (though, as a rule, not unpleasant). Plan on waiting at least 15 minutes at this location from when you order to when you get your food, whether you go drive-thru or walk-in. Even if theres no one in front of you, you can almost guarantee there will be no fast in this fast food.

Zero stars if possible. Even though Ive been here multiple times and the food has been good. The service always sucks!!! Today was the cherry on top. Did a online order that would be ready at 4:35 pm and drove up at 4:37, waiting in the drive thru and was told to wait on the side and they would bring it out. I walked in at 5:15 asking what was the hold up? There excuse was there was only 2 people working yet when I walked in obviously there is more than 4-5 people. They werent slow and they had plenty of food ready. I counted 15 cars they helped while I was waiting. I would not recommend this place to any, ever. We went through the deive through and was told it would be at least 15 minutes. I understand being under staffed so we decided to order. We had to re order at the pick up window where we paid and was then directed to wait in the parking lot for over 45 minutes. If you are this busy, be honest. We were then directed to go back through the drive through to pick up our food. When the girl gave us our food a woman in the back geound rolled her eyes and said these people are bout to p$## me off. That did it. Im done. I have asked this place before to review thier managment, Now....i will never go back and I will make sure my friends and family follow suit. RUDE, SLOW, DISRESPECTF.

I have never 3ver waited almost an hour to be serve my food specially at a fast food place. This place is absolutely ridiculous. We stopped here after a long trip to Austin and in a hurry to get home to Fort Worth thinking we could quickly eat and get back on the road. But when we ordered 2 2 pc mixed dinners and 1 all white dinner,after 15 minutes of waiting because the cashier Burtram told us the cook had just dropped white meat in fryer we were then told it would be another 15 minutes because he dropped dark meat instead (when they had a whole big tray of dark meat already and no white)! I took tenders and my husband and daughter took all dark meat. The next day I called and let them know what happened. A manager called me back and when I told him we didnt live there he told me he would get with his manager and get us coupons good for Fort Worth. That was 10/29/21. Havent heard anything since then ! This Churchs doesnt care about customer service at all!!!!

I ordered my food before I came Postmates said order was ready but while I waited I called to ask where to park because there was no designated pickup order spots. Then I waited another 10 mins before calling again to see if I needed to walk too the door some dining room was closed. Food was ok but my biscuits was missing. When I called about that the guy that answered was a smart as so I just said thank you and hung up. I spent $25 for rude service, slow service, and an incomplete order. I will never put my money into them again!!!!!!!!!

Now thats how you run a drive thru Ms. Aisha! During a lunch break we went to Churchs Chicken in Waco on S. Valley Road and was greet with quick service. The food was hot, great and SEASONED. All the staff were remarkable and deserve to be recognized. Ms Aisha and staff I dont say this often....but job well done!!!!!!

The food is good just takes too long to receive your order. When going through the Drive Thru you have to put out and park, then wait about 15 to 20 minutes for them to bring you your food.
