I went up there with my girlfriend. And they told me they couldn t let us in. But when we walked off other people were just walking in. I guess they didn t let me in because I was black and had tattoos. And the way I dress.

Ok this use to be called Muddles. They switched the stage from the front window where see the photo to the back. We all thought it was bit strange to have to walk beside the stage to get to the restroom which are now behind the stage. When we went they had a small crowd got a little busier when we were leaving. We were doing a pub crawl and this only our third stop. We had a couple of drink and off we went.

Had a great time with some friends from Dallas. The drinks were at a great price and the music upstairs was some of the good stuff. The ration of women to men was pretty equal so it wasn t a sausage fast.

Its a good place to go by yourself or with a small group to hangout and watch a game or two. Halftime is a two story building with a bar on both floors. On the first floor you can find a pool table, jinga, and a beer pong table; While the second floor has a dance floor. Fun all the way around.

This place is pretty cool. Halftime is trying to get the Austin TX vibe going on in Waco,lol, or the big city vibe. Not happening. The DJ on weekends is horrible,he just has a downloaded copy from another; REAL DJ from a Real City; and plays from downloaded files, and the staff, they are pretty cool. Bartenders are usually the good ones.

Place sounded amazing from outside. At 1 35am, security and police wouldnt let anyone back in or text enter, even if the designated driver. So many of us with/without risk band where denied entry unless you were a pretty lady, which security and police let back in.

We visited the Half Time bar around 1pm on May 5, 2016, and couldnt of had nicer experience. The food was good and the waitress was outstanding. My husband a I had a nice visit with the waitress, ate an appetizer and a drink. We highly recommend this place. Not to mention the 15 plus tvs they had
