Worst food I have had. Disappointed Logans used to be good. My steak was over cooked twice the second time it was over cooked and over seasoned. It definitely looked like it was heated up in the microwave. I like my steak medium rare more on the rare side. My popcorn shrimp tasted like the one you cook in the stove from Walmart. My girlfriends rice was soggy, her shrimp was caked in teriyaki. The sweet potato was over cooked.. the only good thing was her salmon and the free rolls. I hate to leave reviews but this was warranted. I didnt want to call for a manager and have an unpleasant dinner. I honestly wouldnt mind a refund but definitely more training is needed in the kitchen.

They had no A/C in the bar area, so while we ate. We marinated in our own sweat. Our server did a good job of trying to make us forget our discomfort. We ate quickly and went home. It is 101 degrees in Texas, and with the wind outside, it felt better than inside the bar area.

The staff is amazing. The AC didnt seem to be working, so a bit warm inside. However its been super hot lately. I asked for a special table and i got it. Staff was amaizing and food came out quickly. It would have been a great visit if the bathrooms smelled better and the table wasnt sticky.

I kept pushing the stars but it only gave 5!! This steakhouse beats out Saltgrass by far! This was awesome I had the Logan steak dinner and WOWSERS dude! The rolls are way better then Saltgrass! Our waitress was Shay and she was outstanding! Very polite and knew the menu very well. I will ask for her when I go back! Thank you Logan s for a great dining experience!

I provided the information below to a survey from the restaurant Please note: Order not placed during peak hrs. & although there are countless other places we could have chosen to dine in it, we chose your establishment. 1. The wait time regardless of what time is given/requested is always exceeded considerably. I ordered two salads for which it would take nearly an hour. Although this is not the first time this has happened, it will be the last. 2. There was no way for me to really modify my order in the sense of adding/removing extra items to/from our salads. 3. Adding gratuity to a curbside order for a better contactless experience is awful when what I have referenced above is something that consistently happens and it is definitely not any different from any other curbside delivery. The only thing I did not have a problem doing is paying for my order. Going forward we will probably try out some of the other restaurants in our area. Even worse when my order was finally brought out the bag that our condiments for the salad was hanging all out of the actual bag & was handed to me that way. And the salad was missing the nuts that were supposed to be in it

Updating my review. Just finished my meal. Had a Logan and it was probably the worst steak Ive had. Ordered it medium rare and it was easily medium well. Spongey and tasteless. Sat at the bar and was the only person yet I was pretty much ignored. Ate my bread before my meal and never was offered any more. Had 2 drink but mostly sat with an empty glass. Have been coming here every few months for 10+ years but its probably time to find a new steak spot.

Food is delicious here! Steak cooked to order as requested. Everything is fresh. The rolls are freshly made and brought straight to the table. I just had dinner there and havent been in a very long while. But chose the smoked wings you could never go wrong with that choice, excellent appetizer or meal also had the chopped steak with the fixings with broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. Now I was very disappointed with the portion size very small and it was very tasty, just not enough to satisfy my appetite. Customer service, great, I sat in the In the bar area with two small children running back and forth, very loud screaming but made it through lol I will return for other items on the menu just to see if everything has changed far as portions but the prices havent but still a great place and the rolls are still good.

Dined at this location on Wednesday, 5/29, for dinner. The entire experience was lousy.. Our server apperantly was too busy socializing with a friend or off duty co-worker than wait on her section.The manager has no authority and pretty much lets his employees get away with everything. It wouldnt surprise me if this is the next place to shut down. Restaurants are a dime a dozen. All it takes is a bad experience for people to move on and not bother on second chances.. The food was not great and the restaurant is a bit on the dirty side. The family and I have always chosen this for convenience. Its literally 7 minutes from our home. After this experience, I would much rather drive the 7 estra minutes and visit Roadhouse.

I love the yeast rolls with butter! Served fresh and hot! The garden salad was delicious and even though the dressing container is small, it was the perfect amount for the salad. The teriyaki grilled chicken was great and the broccoli was steamed just right! The dish arrived looking like the menu photo , no disappointment. The service and atmosphere was great.

I visited this location on Friday March 8th around 7-7:30pm. It was myself, my husband and our 7 month old baby. We walked in and the hosts a younger girl with long blond hair who had an AirPod in half greeted us. She asked how many and I said two and a baby (I was holding the car seat). She sat us in the bar. She s did not ask if we were okay having the baby in the bar, she did not ask if we needed a sling or high chair. Some younger girl took our drink order. They said full bar however I was told they couldn t blend my drink even though there are other blended drinks on the menu. The girl kept laughing and we had to repeat our drink orders because she said I m sorry I don t remember what did you want . That same girl made the drinks and a different girl brought our drinks to our table. 15 mins went by and no one took our food order however several young employees were sitting in a back booth in the bar area folding silverware this was clearly a social hour for them while other were not being helped. Our baby woke up and I grabbed a high chair from the front. Some other worker, a young Asian server or busboy told us yeah we re actually not allowed to have a high chair in the bar area . I said then why would she sit us in the bar with a baby . He didn t have an answer. My husband looked at me and said do you wanna move tables the server/busboy then said I actually don t know if we have any other tables . Clearly we were being discriminated against because we had a baby and they just wanted us to leave. I said let just go . On the way out the manager was standing at the door. I told him what happened. He was extremely apologetic and handled it (to the best of my knowledge). Shame on the employees at this location. The lack of customer service, training and pure discrimination towards a young family looking to have dinner with an infant is mind blowing. The fact we were made to feel like we needed to leave because the hosts didn t do her job correctly is absolutely disgraceful. I do not plan to stop here in notifying the proper channels of what we experienced tonight. Thank you to the manager who apologized to us. Train your people, manage your people, do better.

UPDATE: I decided with it being 7 months since my last visit and seeing if anything had changed (based on the owners reply to my previous review). It was stated by them that they were appreciative and this helped them to know what they need to work on. Well, on Feb. 9th of this year, I gave the benefit of the doubt and visited the same location and ordered the same entree. It FLOORED me that the serving of chicken was even smaller than the last visit (see the new pic). Its obvious that the response was just a cover and no intentions were ever presented that this would be addressed. Too bad...........this place could do so much better, if they just cared. I will say though that each time I visited, the wait staff was phenomenal!!! I m Done!!! I keep giving Logan s more and more opportunities to make it worth going there, but today at lunch, it was just enough. It s about value for the dollar ..everytime I visit a location, the size of the chicken breast just gets smaller and smaller, and no decrease in price. Look at the pic, the breast is the same size as the side of corn. This was not a lunch menu item, but a full size regular menu item. So sad . Even though the food is good and the service is always great (today Kevin served and he was awesome!!), there s no way this dish is worth $20 before tip! Makes one appreciate the 3 For menu at Chilis.

The food was amazing! It was 30 mins before closing on a carryout order. Gave my name for the order. She was more concerned about a phone confirmation, and my wife ordered it in my name, which was visible. Meanwhile, I get my order and make it home. Just to realize they shorted me on $40 worth of burgers. But I received my super secret order of bread... Moral of the story. Enjoy your meal, but make sure to check it before you leave, so you wont have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund because of their negligence.

We had not been to this location in several years because of not-so-great service (like waiting over an hour for food on multiple visits). We decided to try again and Im so glad we did!!! The service was wonderful, our server was kind and experienced, the food was hot, flavorful, and fresh, and the restaurant was clean. AND THOSE ROLLS AND THE STEAK!!! My husband had the pork chops and they were juicy and amazing! We will be back soon!!

Went here for dinner with a group of 6. We reserved a table because we werent sure how busy it would be for a Saturday. Luckily it wasnt too crazy. Waiter was great, food was great. I wish they sat us in a more open area instead of a corner booth. It was a tight fit for the 6 of us. Parking isnt bad, it was dark at night and one side is only an exit, not an entrance. So its basically a wrap around one way. Awkward to maneuver in if someone is taking their time driving in the parking lot. In our case someone stopped right at the front of us and we werent able to park bc they were in the way. Since it was a one way, there was a car behind us and we just had to wait for the person in front to decide what to do. Unfortunately, I dont think there is anything the restaurant can do to help with this considering its location.

I arrived at 6:30 PM CST, as a guest for a party of 30. . I received my drink 15 minutes later.Me and four guest went to restroom to wash our hands the waitress took orders while we were gone she kept saying I ll get your order she never did everyone was eating so I address the matter to a a manager she was so rude to me stating it was a large party things happen unapologetic. And II attempted to pay for my beverage she basically wanted to fight me for addressing no service for 1:30 minutes spoke to me amongst a crowd of 50 plus very loud like I was a nobody a looser of some sort said by 9:40 I could get a meal if I ordered: No soup, No salad, No bread but yet your requesting me to be patient I should wait longer Poor Customer Service all the way around

We went there for lunchder, you know lunch/dinner, and it was fabulous. I havent been here in years. The food was piping hot off the grill. It wasnt crowded and we were seated imma. The host was nice and friendly and checked on us regularly. He made a great suggestion for food. Will be going back soon.

From the moment I walked in, the service was fast and friendly. The food tasted good and the steak was as requested. I went on a Saturday night and I thought that since it was full we would have to wait, but that wasnt the case. As an appetizer we ordered the mozarella stick and they were crunchy and delicious. I recommend this restaurant.

When we walked into the restaurant, the hostess was looking at her phone and never looked up or greeted us. I asked her if we were supposed to seat ourselves or if she was going to seat us. While still looking at her phone, she answered, Im going to seat you and continued to look at her phone. I then stated, well will you please seat us then. She stood up and proceeded to seat us in the bar area. I requested that we be seated in the regular dining area. She took us to our table, put our menus on the table and just walked away. If this had been my first experience at Logans I probably would not return. However, I knew that this was an isolated situation. I informed the manager but also let her know that everything else about our visit was great!

Drove to our regular - Lake Worth - location to find out was closed with a note on the door PERMANENTLY CLOSED. This location is inconvenient so we must likely wont return. Food was good, service was good and the restaurant was good but the location itself is in a very busy area and is no longer close. It sucks because this is one of the last places to serve potato skins.

Favorite place to eat at when we are in that area. Food is always good! We even received a free appetizer because they didnt have a full serving of the one we ordered! My husband loves the rolls they bring out. My favorite is the Kickin Chickin Salad.

Waitstaff was pleasant. The bread was delicious. The food was subpar, to the point we didnt eat much of it at all. The food was a great disappointment (mashed potatoes were instant, crab cakes were something out of the frozen food section, salad was drenched in dressing, steak was bloody (ordered medium well). We wont be repeat customers.

Fries were bland. The burger I order medium rare and came out...medium well/well done. No pink. Its been 5 years since Ive been here. Used to be my favorite restaurant but now I see why I dont come here often. Service was great! But as a chef and former critic....this restaurant needs an good Ole home town food upgrade or someone who cares about the quality of food.
