Shared the Cajun Pasta and a Burger with my Fiancé, delicious! Our server was pretty good too, nice enough guy. No fault of the staff and stuff but the restaurant is just kinda cramped, interior is meh. Not my cup of tea atmosphere wise, but will definitely be back for the cocktails and food!

We have been Chili s customers since the 1980 s. This Victoria, TX location is disappointing Service is mediocre. We stacked our finished dishes at the end of the table and 2 servers came to our table and left them sitting there. We stack our dishes to help the server. The third time the stack was picked up, but the mug beside it was left, despite her having a free hand My husband s Bacon Avocado Grilled chicken sandwich was very good, as were his fries My black beans we not good and my sautéed mushrooms was so salty they were inedible. All the Kiosks were in error please wait while scanning A better than nothing meal.

Absolutely horrible service. Super disappointed. Waiter never paid attention to us once, took our drink orders and ignored us the remainder of our time there. Served everyone around us, but never once stopped to check on us. We were there for maybe 30 minutes, we were sat down but afterwards were not acknowledged once. Waiter would ask us any appetizers? And then walk away not even a second after and that was the only thing we heard from him. He constantly passed our table and would looked at us, but had nothing to say.

Update June 19th 2024: Corporate has gone above and beyond to remedy my issue. Very quickly I might add! Saturday June 8th I the opportunity to have lunch at Chili s (Victoria, Texas). My brother a I ordered the 3 for 1 thinking there would be an advantage. We needed to leave and quickly finished OldTimer meal. I paid the tab knowing I d get the receipt via email. Later that evening when things slowed down I looked at the receipt and soon realized I was over charged $18.49. I made it back to the restaurant today, Sunday June 16, and explained the over-charge situation with Juan who asked me if I mentioned it to the server. I explained it again and he said he can do anything about it since I left the restaurant. I don t think I ll cross the threshold to this restaurant anytime in the future!

After a long day of softball this local Victoria team wanted and earned some much needed food. After arriving and being told that our party of 20 would be fine to be sat and served we were seated. Once seated were given ugly looks and were then told they were unsure how they were going to serve us and that they should not have seated a large party. Mind you there were plenty of empty tables available. With the restaurant closing at 10 there should have been plenty of time. This was not the first time we have dined with this many people at this place and it had never been an issue before. We are very disappointed at the manager that was on duty and the customer service that we received. If a party this big was not allowed this should have been relayed to us upon arrival not after a 40 minute wait. I sure hope that losing out on revenue and tips on a slow night was worth the trouble and disrespect that was given. On a side note thank you to Texas Roadhouse for accommodating these girls and for the best customer service!!

I love Chilis. I sat at the bar to eat. The bar was very dirty, not like it could just be wiped down. It needed scrubbed. I get it that there is a high turnover at the bar. This was beyond that. 3 people at the bar, yet the wait was several minutes beyond comfortable. The food was very good, as usual. Bar tender was friendly. I tipped 20%. Please notice, I hate the portable self pay machine enough, that I may stop eating there.

The food is always good, but without fail, the service is always abysmal. Out of the past 5 visits, only 1 was a positive service experience. The last time I was there, the waiter gave my table attitude when we brought it to his attention that similar sized parties had their food when they arrived well after us. After he gave us attitude and gave every excuse, but he was back in under 2 minutes with our lukewarm food. As far as the atmosphere is concerned, this is my personal preference. Im Autistic and the environment is a little too loud/chaotic, but I do not hold this against them.

It took forever to get silverware, drinks. Waitress looked like she was irritated. When my niece asked when the cheese fries were going to be ready which was an appetizer after waiting 20 min. The waitresses response was, Whenever they get here. I ordered a glass of wine and asked a couple of times. When they dont put guacamole on the burger its really good. I called last time it happened and talked to the manager. Last three burgers I got were great, then today.. guacamole ruined burger again... Spaghetti sauce is not sliced tomatoes, and guacamole is not sliced avacados. I dont want free food, or a coupon, or a gift card. I just DO NOT WANT GUACAMOLE on my food. If you dont have avacados thats fine. Dont volunteer guacamole as a substitute on my burger.

So we pull up to Chilis to get a to-go order. My wife was undecided so we ran in to get her a menu to see exactly what they had. In the meantime we get everything figured out and are ready to order a tour bus pulls up. They decided they werent doing any to-go orders and told us it would be an hour wait we were already there first. This and the filthiness of the restaurant is why I wont be returning to this place. I was thoroughly disgusted. And then on top of it all to be treated like that and told that our business is not welcome because we dont have a tour bus of people. I could not give a rating of 5 stars because flies were everywhere. Couldnt enjoy our meals. We really didnt eat the meal thinking about if the flies presence was just as heavy in the kitchen. Sorry
