English: I have to say the food tastes delicious and amazing, especially that first bite. I ordered a Carne asada burrito with a drink of horchata. The horchata is great as well. There is a total of 5 tables all different sizes depending on the visitors and half of it is a little store that shows main things for travelers. Their tacos were absolutely delicious. 2 tacos, side of rice, 1 burrito, and large horchata all for under $20 bucks.

Passing through Midland almost all day and nothing really sounded appealing to stop in for lunch. Since I was running out of time and needed to get back to work, I stopped here having seen it plenty of times but never tried the food. It looks like an old convenience store. Well, because it is an old and still operating convenience store that runs as a restaurant a well. Family owned and operated, undoubtedly feeling the abuelas kitchen atmosphere. I ordered the barbacoa torta with fries. The carne was plenty and perfectly seasoned with lots of traditional flavor profiles. Everything was fresh, including the crispy fries. The server was very sweet and patient with my embarrassingly limited Spanish. Great food, moderately priced, makes this stop a !

Got the asado burrito, very good fresh tortilla and tender meat. Just wish the sauce I got with it was fresh

Almost dont want to share this place. I saw a review about them on a local FB foodie group. And I thought to myself, Self we should drive to the other side of town and try this place. So I drove myself there on a beautiful Sunday morning and had a bowl of Menudo and 3 different tacos. All were just as delicious as the local foodies had claimed. The staff was super friendly. Only complaint is no fountain drinks or tea. They do have cans and bottles though. Ill be making excuses to go get tacos on the other side of town.
